So much to look at I was tempted on a long board but would rather get it at a skate shop. Even though most Big 5 stores are a bit smaller in size, they most definitely cram a lot of products into every surface area. I was looking for bat grip, and spent the previous few days looking up bat grips online. Since I wanted to support the local store, I decided to check out Big 5 when I was in the area. The employee quickly pointed out to me where bat grips were and I was on my way. There were not many options, but it was exactly what I needed. It was even better priced than online stores. After grabbing what I needed, I checked out a few of the sale racks, and there were many! Great service, in-stock products, numerous sale racks, and plenty of parking! Abe and his partner gave me a flat rate fee (which I was content on paying) instead of a standard hourly service since it was a fix for two machines. Not only did I save $ on the service but they also had the parts ready to replace both the belt and particular model motherboard on hand. It took them a few hours to fix both machines and they even gave me a 30 day service warranty after. They also provided information on proper maintenance care before leaving. Top notch service! I would go with them again without a doubt.
