Just had a free consultation for 2 bathroom remodeling and it was a sweet short conversation. Our bathrooms are typical guest and master bathrooms. After answering few questions, the guy said, they will work on anything around $12K per bathroom project and then he walked out. It sounded like: you don't even think about it if your budget is lower than $10K per bathroom. Also, he didn't even bother to offer products and services that make me buy in or at least think about it. What a waste of time. The guy said: "good company is always busy". Busy wasting other people's time? He's right his company is good company. BTW, 2 stars for showing up on time and in a mask. Thank you. read more

I contacted 4Ever Remodeling to upgrade 2 master bathrooms. I couldn't have picked a better contractor to do this work. Robert was always on time or early, his work is amazing. I picked out the tiles for both bathrooms and they picked everything up for me. Damian stopped by several times to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was being done and answered all my questions. Damian and his staff are detail oriented and would recommend where light switches should go or how high I wanted the mirror. Overall a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

We had a couple different requests (one was a hockey shooting room) for the team to figure out and they all worked together and got it done. All of the trades people were very respectful and kept the job site as clean as possible. Our project manager, Magda, was fantastic! She kept us informed throughout the entire process and made sure all the trades were lined up to come in when they needed to and we're getting things done in a timely manner. We love the look and quality of work in our new basement! And the results? Absolutely fantastic. Better than we ever dreamed it could be, and we had some big dreams. The space went from "game room surrounded by dirty, dark spaces full of old mechanical stuff, pipes & wiring" to three fresh, brightly-lit, multi-purpose rooms & a clean, airy, laundry/storage area. We are thrilled to pieces. read more

What an annoying experience. I wanted my whole 1st floor redone and parts of my second floor (lots of drywall patched, all new flooring on the 1st and 2nd floor and stairs redone, new bannisters, both floors painted, etc.) but he wouldn't even give me an estimate because he only does "full rooms". Unless you're gutting your whole home apparently they won't grace you with their presence. They just lost out on a $15,000-$20,000 job from me. However I will say that while his responses were curt-- they were timely (why I gave 2 and not 1). My take away: He replied very quickly to tell me my business was no worth his business' time. read more

Our tired old kitchen was in need of a beauty makeover. Choosing 4Ever Remodeling proved to be, in hindsight, a wonderful blessing on many levels. The 4Ever Remodeling personnel were very professional and communicative, the process was efficient, they kept to their anticipated schedule, and the results were stunning (far better, in fact, than I could have imagined). Our designer, Magda, was great. She took time to find out how we use our kitchen and what our style is. We trusted her opinion and experience and she had suggestions that we hadn't thought of. I also showed her a photo of what we wanted for the backsplash. She looked at it and made it happen. What I did not expect, however, was how interesting it was to observe the methodical way the installers functioned and the labor-intensive skill they all exhibited. They were also more than happy to answer any questions I had. Our kitchen is gorgeous, the refurbishment has added greater value to our home, and I truly enjoyed interacting with everyone involved. My most sincere regards and thanks to all. read more

Awesome experience! Best costumer service and work! 4Ever Remodeling did a great job remodeling one of our bathrooms! Before they started they gave us a start date and completion date! I especially liked that they were very meticulous in every detail and made sure everything was perfect! I would definitely hire them again! Great company! read more

Quoted $18,000 dollars for labor and materials for a bathroom rehab x 3 for a grand total of $54,000. I knew from the start I was being given a rip off deal, because I was quoted $7,500 x 3 = $22,500 parts and labor from a more honest bathroom rehab business. Other business were as truthful give or take 1 - 2K. Give your business to honest businesses. 4Ever Remodeling recently completed a full master bath remodel for us. I can't say enough about the professional experience we had working with them from start to finish. Their process for planning is very smooth. Ryan was our initial contact - came to our home to measure and give preliminary information. Super nice gentleman! Then we worked with Magda to design the bathroom and choose products. Magda was awesome to work with! Listened to what we wanted to accomplish and helped us design a beautiful bathroom. Then we met Maciek. He coordinated noisy project days and kept us informed as my wife was working from home. Super friendly! We never felt rushed to make decisions which led to our beautiful result. The plumbers and electricians were there on the day promised and completed their work expertly. Thank you 4Ever Remodeling for making our experience with you a pleasure! read more

4Ever Remodeling did a complete bathroom renovation on our primary bathroom. I felt the value was quite good in the services they offered and the finished work. They provided design assistance, project management, coordination of most materials and obviously did all the work in the bathroom too. It was a pretty seamless experience from start to finish and I enjoyed working with them. Design assistance is included in their services and even though I had an idea of what I wanted it was nice to have someone to help quickly narrow in on options and bounce ideas off of. It was also great to have a designated project manager so we didn't have to do any of the coordination, etc...as the work was happening. The bathroom itself looks great, everything was very well done and we are happy with the result! read more

Walking nearby I came across 2 signs for this company in the front yard of houses that had done basement remodeling. I called and scheduled an appointment, one week later Damian came for estimate. The work was impeccable and timely, it is definitely an investment, but he provided financing options. I did some shopping around and talked to 2 different companies and I compared the prices and the reviews of other companies I decided to stay with 4Ever Remodeling. They were reliable and dependable and did fantastic job, but I think we paid too much. read more

My bathroom is amazing. They did a great job. We hired 4ever Remodeling because of their pricing and design services for our basement and bathrooms. We appreciated how collaborative the whole design process was from start to finish and found Magda was always open to whatever ideas would help create our vision. We were very impressed with Derek's carpentry work that seamlessly built a new linen closet into our hallway's existing space and maximized the space beneath our staircase to create additional storage. When issues arose, we always felt that Magda was committed to finding a solution that would leave us happy. We are so happy with the final design of our bathrooms, basement, and storage. read more

We recently entertained the idea of remodeling our two bathrooms. We started the process with the multiple quotes from different contractors. As a result we Received only two proposals out of five companies that we interviewed. The others didn't provide us with pricing or scope of work for our project. Even more they stoped picking the phone calls form us. The reason we decided to use 4Ever Remodeling for our project is that they were very responsive, provided interior design assistant and offer very good warranty. The plus is that they have open showroom during the days and you can talk to the designers or office personnel if and when you have any questions. Another factor that stood out for us was  4Ever Remodeling was able to provide pricing and scope of work right on the first appointment, explained the next steps and what to expect when we start the process. The sales consultant gave us two options before we went to the next step. First option was to pay flat fee for the whole design and get the prices for all of the finished materials and labor after design is completed.  The other option was to go over the scope of work review detailed scope of work and sign it. As we are not decisive what we wanted,  we went with first options and start with the design as a first step. We paid the flat fee up front for design  and right now we are 4 weeks into the design. We are positively surprise with how quickly and how responsive the whole team is. We already had two appointments at the showroom for reviewing the 3-D rendering plus additional plans as well as material selections. The next step is to finalize the design and receive final proposal with all the details for approval. If no surprises to the price after design compilation we will move forward and start the remodeling project. What we have received so far it looks like it's gonna be very good experience. I will update this review after the project is completed and in the meantime I am adding a few pictures from the selections that we made at the show room. 4Ever Remodeling we like the way you work. read more

Well, this has been a rollercoaster! We reached out to 4EVER Remodeling for an estimate regarding two bathroom remodels at our Buena Park condo. It was finally time to trigger a renovation project and my partner, and I were excited to get the ball rolling. Our first meeting with the 4EVER Remodeling representative went well, just like the other vendors we received estimates from (4EVER was our 5th estimate surrounding this project). We went through all renovation details. I also provided a project document that indicated every element of the proposed renovation. Once we finished with the initial meeting and the estimate was received, we decided to work with 4EVER Remodeling on this home project. The vendor representative stopped by again, we went over details again, and the representative read the entire contract and project plan to us, making minor refinements as necessary. We signed and initialed everything in the documentation with the next step being a meeting with the designer along with measurements to begin the project. The design process would take approximately 5 weeks according to the representative. We were truly excited to begin this partnership with 4EVER Remodeling! Less than 24 hours following contract signatures, we received a call from the representative. The vendor decided that they would not make enough money off the project, and we were told that the cost would increase 38% for labor. We were shocked and dismayed. The representative tried to save the deal by deleting some of the work we agreed upon from the contract. "How about using less tile?", "We can lower the price a bit if we do less demo work", "if you lived in Evanston, we could do it at the original price", "you don't have an elevator". 1. The representative was at our condo twice and knew we didn't live in Evanston, (unless he's really bad at geography) 2. The representative was at our condo twice and knew we didn't have an elevator and we were a third-floor walk-up. It was discussed and noted several times 3. Increasing the renovation price by 38% is absurd. The original, 4EVER Remodeling estimate came in at around the same price as two other vendors we received estimates from. We decided to partner with 4EVER Remodeling because we liked how thorough the representative and project plan was. Essentially, if 4EVER Remodeling had their acts together, we would have gladly paid more for the project, but getting the news that the cost would go up 38% for labor AFTER the contract had been signed was ludicrous. Why would I partner with a vendor who can't even get the estimate and contract process correct. 1. You wasted 3.5 weeks of planning to get this project started. Now, we are delayed and starting over again with another vendor. What a waste of time! 2. Your organization should really consider some process improvement initiatives. Hint: when presenting a contract for signatures you should include a firm price. Contracts aren't meant to be fluid agreements for labor. We completely understood that the price may increase depending on finishes chosen during the design process and that price for materials may change as well. 3. How can you be trusted as a vendor when you increase the price on a signed contract less than 24-hours following signatures? The only thing I can agree with is something our representative said. "I'm happy we are changing the price now instead of later". Yes, I'm happy this happened before we became partners in this project, but I would never do business with a vendor like you again. Now, please excuse me while I copy and paste this review into my "Next-Door" neighborhood blog app! I want to make sure all my great neighbors have a heads up on what to expect from 4EVER Remodeling. Do better! read more

We recently used 4Ever Remodeling to completely gut and renovate our master bathroom. We could not be happier with the result. We just had a wonderful experience working with the 4Ever Remodeling team for our master bathroom remodel. Magda, our designer, created a stunning design of the bathroom of our dreams. The customer service we received from our Project Manager, Maciek, was phenomenal. He was extremely meticulous in taking extra steps to ensure we were happy with the design. My husband and I were looking to get 2 bathrooms in our home remodeled. My husband called and was told that 4 Ever Remodeling does not service our area. Needless to say, we were confused seeing that this company remodeled a home across the street from where we live. I decided to go on their website to see the areas. Again, not only do they service the Oak Park area, they also service two surrounding suburbs. I called back to ask why is this and was told that it was because of my area code. I tried telling this company that I was literally one block from the expressway, however 4 Ever Remodeling kept saying, it's the zip code. I felt it was very discriminatory and we shouldn't be judged based on the area code. Being a former Oak Park resident, I will share my experience with family and friends in OP as I will share on social medial as well. read more

We had our kitchen refreshed with cabinets painted, new countertops installed and new sink and appliances . All three bathrooms were totally redone. From initial meetings to picking out paint colors, knobs and faucets to lighting and tile, each step was handled professionally. During construction we were informed of when contractors would be in our home and approximately when. Our Project manager, Maciek, was the best: On-site almost daily and always keeping us constantly informed of what was happening on the project, and proposed schedule changes. Most important, I cant say enough about the craft team. Their attention to detail constructing the kitchen, right down to perfect moldings, was exceptional. Concerns were handled efficiently and all staff and trades were polite and respectful. We enjoyed the entire process. I am so happy I went with 4Ever Remodeling. After following 4Ever Remodeling on Instagram for the past few years and loving their work, I finally reached out for a quote for a kitchen remodel. Then we worked with Magda and Anna who were the interior designers. They were amazing in the design process and assisting with picking out items that we needed. When Damian remodeled our attic, his practical solutions to our old-house challenges impressed me as much as his ability to meet his time schedule. His sub-contractors remodeled our bedrooms and bathroom, install hardwood floors and painted all rooms, and I appreciated both his attention to their work and the good advice he gave me on purchasing fixtures and materials. The temporary kitchen he set up for us made our project a breeze. I have always been able to rely on his honesty. These guys give contractors a bad name... They promised that, if we paid them $4,000 to complete our cabinet design, they would hold the remainder of the prices in our quote while they prepared the design and credit our $4,000 toward the project. Not so. The day that they (sort of) finished their drawn-out design process, they sent a *new* quote with prices that were MORE THAN than 30% higher for the SAME work. They attempted to justify their actions by claiming that they increased the prices on 29 other customers, 28 of whom let them get away with it and paid them more money. They can't honor their price with anyone and that's supposed to make us feel better??? And they refused to refund our $4,000. Any honest business would have done at least that much given their flat refusal to honor their deal. read more

Was taking a shower while husband was in the basement. He heard water and yes there is a leak. Damian sent someone over who told us it was a defect from the manufacturer on the bathtub spout. Bought a new one from plumbing supply store (they said if it still leaks with new part it's a bad soldering job). It still leaks. So we're out $52 on a part that we didn't need. Also my husband had to spend a day of his paternity leave dealing with this nonsense instead of being with his new baby. Looks like they fixed the problem but we just have to wait and see. Hopefully that is the last of the shoddy workmanship. I don't understand how we got shafted by a company with such positive reviews. read more
