We went to 4 Seasons for the first time tonight. Outdoor seating was nice and clean. The music playing when we got there was great, and the live music that started a little later was fantastic. We got the summer rolls, chicken sandwich, and bulgogi bowl. I actually intended to order the salad rolls, but wasn't paying enough attention, and was nervous when I realized I ordered tofu, but the rolls we're great and very fresh, and the peanut sauce was delicious. The sandwich was flavored well and very juicy, and the side of spicy house sauce for the fries was phenomenal. The bulgogi bowl was the best thing though. Everything on it was amazing! We will definitely be coming back to try more! read more

My wife and I stopped here coming to and going from San Diego because the food was so good! My wife had the chicken sandwich both times. She liked the sauce on it and the crispness and tenderness of her meat. The bun was a great pairing. I had the Grilled Pork Bahn Mi and Teriyaki Combo rice bowl. The Bahn Mi was very fresh and delicious. The veggies were nice and crisp and the meat was cooked just right. The rice bowl had a great sauce and plenty of meat along with cooked just right broccoli. The service was wonderful. Checking often for refills and if we needed anything. Michael, the owner, was such a pleasure to talk to. He definitely has a passion for his restaurant. Food is outstanding and different with an Asian twist. Have tried most things on the menu and haven't disliked any of them. This restaurant , in my opinion is about the best in Tehachapi. They make fresh food that is different than any I've had anywhere. Not much parking, better for pick-up unless you want to sit in the patio area when it gets warmer. It is dog friendly on the patio which makes it nice so you don't have to leave your dog in your car. read more

Came down for The Apple Festival... I really wanted to like it here, but I'm 50/50 on it. My husband and I ordered the Mahi-Mahi Fish Tacos. That was NOT mahi-mahi being served. It was definitely breaded cod fish. And it says mango inside the taco, well we got dehydrated mandarin oranges. Did I mention it took over 20 minutes to get our food, to-go? This is probably due to the conflict they had being out of Mahi-Mahi and mango. Would have been easier to just let us know and be honest. Stopped in for a 4 seasons bahn mi which was one of the best I've had in recent memory anywhere. It was so good that came back later that day for a mango chicken salad which also was super fresh, tasty and hit the spot. Every time I go here I tell myself I'm going to take pictures of the food but then I get my food and just get so excited and side tracked that I always forget. That's how good this place is. I feel like it's very underrated for our small town. I have been here at least a dozen times and it has never disappointed. Always fresh and delicious. I'm not a huge chicken person but I absolutely love their spicy chicken sandwich. I don't know what they do different but it is honestly the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. My significant other gets a multitude of different things every time we go and he's never had a complaint. His favorite though I would say is the banh mi. Their waffle fries are also very good and always fresh. The staff is always super friendly and they have never once gotten my order wrong (between my partner and I we are allergic to a handful of foods so we have to ask for some things without). I came here with some friends for dinner on a Friday evening . There were a few people there but not that crowded. My friends ordered and they brought out their food one at a time. I thought it took a little long since it was just sandwiches and a salad. I was sitting waiting for my food while they were all eating. Finally after almost a half hour my friend went inside to inquire and they told him the cook lost my ticket. They would bring my food out in a few minutes. Their food is good, but unfortunately they are guilty of deceptive and illegal business practices. Today I went on their website and selected an item for $11.95. When I arrived to pick it up, they tried to charge me $12.95. The cashier said "oh yes, we've raised our prices but we haven't updated our website." I pointed out that California law doesn't let them advertise one price and charge a higher price. But the cashier refused to honor their advertised price. I'm not going to make a formal complaint to Consumer Protection over a dollar, but I'm also not going to reward this restaurant by going back. read more

If you haven't tried the food at this restaurant, I'm telling you you are missing out on such a treat. Every single thing that we've had has been off the chart amazing. The fish tacos are to die for. The crispy chicken sandwich is so good you'll slap your mama. But let me say something about the owner of this place. He sent me an email this morning regarding an order that we placed last night. We ordered food for ourselves and our two grandsons. There was a corn dog missing in the order once we got home. I called the restaurant and he made it right and sent me an apology email this morning. Most restaurants wouldn't even make it right in the first place let alone sending an email apologizing. My wife and I live in the Tehachapi area and our friends were telling us what a great place this was. The owner, and his business partner have a wonderful location on Tehachapi Blvd across from Kohnens Bakery. The atmosphere was light, clean and casual. You walk through a beautifully lighted patio into the restaurant, where you can order from a wonderful variety of food with a Thai and American influence. They have an unbelievably epic fried chicken sandwich (original or spicy) that was thick, moist and covered in a lightly crusted buttermilk batter. We also tried the Caliente fried rice bowl which came with shrimp, chicken and lots of veggies. We met Michael the owner to tell him what a great job he was doing and that we'd be back. read more

We were ecstatic that a new restaurant came to Tehachapi that is actually serving unique menu items. Food did not disappoint! We got the pork belly bowl and a seasonal Jamaican jerk bowl item and orange chicken for the kids. Kids wouldn't eat the orange chicken because they are fools so we ate that too. It was all delicious and extremely flavorful. We don't eat out a lot because we like cooking and it's hard to justify paying for something we can make at home. Love having somewhere in town we can go to that offers food we don't usually make at home. We did take our and the crew was doing a heroic effort following health dept guidelines and keeping everyone safe during the pandemic. We will be back often. read more
