We went there for New Years' Eve dinner. Yes, it was a party of 11 but we did have reservations. We showed up on time and were seated right away. We were in the back room with 2 other "large" parties. The room was very nice. We ordered our drinks and meals. While the drinks were served promptly, 2 had to be sent back as they were the wrong drinks. 2 hours later (yes, 2!) our meals finally came out. Another person and I ordered the beef wellington. Asked how the beef would be prepared and requested it to be rare to medium rare. What we got was super thin piece of beef and well done. Another woman ordered a chicken dish which came to her cold and unseasoned. Must have been sitting there while the other meals were being prepared. One meal was cooked to perfection - filet wrapped with bacon. But that was 1 of 11. In the end, 3 meals were taken off our bill. Sadly, a place that claims to be a top steakhouse in the area failed miserably. I know 11 people who won't be going back. read more

I never post reviews but because this experience was so horrible I felt compelled to share. Last night, we had a reservation for 10 at 730, we were seated at 8pm. Drink orders and appetizer orders were slow and some were missed. Our food was delayed but due to the size of our group we remained patient....by 1020 we were restless. (Yes over 2 hours after we ordered) Our waitress was scarce and I don't blame her since we kept asking for our dinners. I walked through the restaurant and not one table had dinner on it. The tables were full of empty appetizer dishes and glasses....along with people that looked he same as we did...frustrated and hungry. We asked for our bill and left...Taco Bell, and leftovers is what our group ended up eating. Happy New Year....hopefully 2019 brings better luck, but we will not be going back to 350 Grill. read more

The food and drinks were creative and terrific, our waitress very enthusiastic. What ruins it is the ambiance. The patio is lovely, but the restaurant is in a terrible, run-down area. In fact, the restaurant shares the building and parking lot (which they charge you to use) with a strip club, so the people-watching is sketchy and the scenery is non-existent. Once inside, the interior is very nice, except that the giant bar, which extends almost the length of the restaurant, has 6 large screen TVs above it showing sports, news, and Keno. Yes, Keno. Hardly conducive to fine dining. And with the high tin ceilings, you can hear every conversation in the place at once. Omar, our server, increased the rating by one star. His service was excellent. The older hostess (owner? She checked on us right before we left) didn't seem to know what 'al fresco' meant. It was used because I read the menu while Yelping before we came, and I was in the mood for Tapas. This restaurant seemed to be the best choice, based on reviews, for downtown. Saturday night. We weren't starving so we went with salads and selections from the tapas menu. Caprese, nice darker varieties with heirloom grape tomatoes too, mozzarella was really good, could have used some seasoning or something to bring out the favors. Caesar, almost had a watery feel, could have used more dressing, not horrible but not great. Crab Cakes, fried to perfection, nice crunch, no salt. Who doesn't salt fried seafood? The whipped butter consistency lemon topping was marvelous but could have been a deeper flavor, the lemon wasn't strong enough so I used the lemon wedge supplied, after I salted the dish it was really good. Served two, we ate 1.5. Veal Meatballs, the marinara was astoundingly good. The meatballs were dry, over cooked, and flavorless. Who doesn't salt beef? Served three, we ate two. Mini Pork Shank, served over a light cream Alfredo fettuccine. Two pieces of pork, about the size of a chicken leg. No crunchy skin! Again, no seasoning on the meat, and was a little overcooked. Not a bad dish, missed the mark because of execution. No depth of flavor on the pork at all. The pasta was typical, I've had worse, and I've had better. We ate both shanks, and half the pasta. Maybe this was a bad night, but as we are traveling through there likely won't be a follow up. They did not seem busy, and we arrived about 8. Says their kitchen is open until 11, so for the food to be sent out the way it was doesn't make sense. Chef, meet salt and pepper. read more

Menus needs to be a little more descriptive some items didn't really have any info...would not come back future wise...wishing it would of be great though . After years of hearing how great this place is, we finally went there for Valentine's Day dinner. When we arrived the hostess did not greet us nor did she offer to take our coats, nor did she suggest we hang them on the coat rack located right in front of her. She was rude, miserable, and looked like a retiree from the strip joint next door. Instead, we greeted HER and wished her a happy Valentine's Day. She rushed us to our table - and walked about 25 feet ahead of us - (for which we had a reservation) which was located in the back by the emergency (?) exit and my chair was very close to the top of some steps to said door. From my seat though, I had a wonderful view of the riff raff coming and going from the strip club. Yay. Our server was good and had a great sense of humor (as did the decorator of this establishment, clearly. The Gustav Klimt prints and oversized bejeweled clock on the exposed brick walls are a huge mismatch and didn't agree with me at all.) We started with the stuffed mushrooms which were filled with a spicy andouille sausage. They were good. I had the sweet potato encrusted salmon which was AMAZING. My date had a steak that he really enjoyed. Bottom line: this place is NOT like a New York City restaurant. It's tacky decor and proximity to the Mardi Gras make this a ridiculous place to dine on holidays or with family. The food is good, but in my opinion, extremely overpriced. Sorry no pictures because it was a dimly lit place. It was my first time here at the request of a friend who visited here a couple times prior to our visit. I had the New York strip steak with a baked potato and friend had surf and turf. Steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, and yes it was an awesome cut of meat. " Real New York strip". Some friends and I dined at 350 Grill on Saturday. We were greeted and seated immediately upon arrival. It was a lovely evening, so the hostess happily let us sit on the patio, which ended up being a great decision. Our waitress (not sure of her name) was out-of-this-world. She was incredibly attentive to our needs, polite, friendly, and helpful. The menu was decent, although I do wish there were a few more pasta or chicken options. I ended up going with the filet, as that I am a huge fan of steak. My friend and I both added gorgonzola (yum) to the top of ours, and we each got asparagus and mashed potatoes. The kitchen got our meals out very quickly, and the presentation was lovely. Although slightly overcooked, my filet was still tasty. It was not as tender or flavorful as I would have liked, but the gorgonzola helped make up for that. The mashed potatoes were probably the best that I've ever had, and the asparagus was cooked perfectly. Overall, we were satisfied with our meals. Our lovely waitress informed us that they do not usually split checks, but she would happily do it for us this time. I thought that was very nice of her to do, considering we were not aware of this policy. I greatly enjoyed my experience at 350 Grill, and I would love to return in the future to try some of their other dishes! read more

Some of my girlfriends and i went to 350 grill for my birthday dinner (my first time there). We were seated almost immediately after arriving. Our server, he was outstanding. One of the nicest guys. If I remembered his name (I wish I did) I would tell everyone to ask to be sat with him. The drink menu was good and had a variety of things. I ordered some kind of grape martini and it aas so delicious! The food menu had a good amount to offer. My friend and I split the lobster mac and cheese ( best I've ever had) and the jumb shrimp cocktail, also amazing. The only thing I would change is the spacing in between tables can get a bit tight if you are in a large party. Besides that I would definitely recommend 350 grill and will most definitely be back. read more

Was in town for business and the hotel recommended this place. The decor is wonderful and very festive during this time of year. The light snow made the perfect backdrop. Our party of 8 was placed in a side room which could have held about 30ppl. We were the only table in this side room and service was very slow. Our server only checked on us when she was either serving a plate or clearing a plate. Our entrees came out 2 at a time, with a good 5 min gap between the first and last. We also waited about 15 min for the server to take our credit card and finally got fed up and had to take the card to the hostess so we could leave. Overall the food was not bad, but the portions were very small and lacked presentation. I started w a Wedge salad and it was very fresh. My entree of pan seared duck breast served w/ Basmati rice and asparagus was disappointing. A Saturday night dinner with fiends while in town for work. Their selection and a fair visit. Started off with some champagne and oysters with both selections being excellent although I wouldn't have minded my own serving of horseradish to spice it up :) We decided to go with tapas as we wanted a bit of variety. Eggplant tower was the first and the best if the selections. Eggplant was sliced thin and lightly fried. When combined with mozzarella and a fresh tomato the flavors popped Blackened scallops were also delicious a though it had more of a Jamaican jerk flavor that a true blackened taste Calamari was good but the batter was a bit sweet Veal meatball was neglect my described by another reviewer. The marinara was delicious and I could have dipped some bread into it all night. But the meatball was a bit dry and flavor was just bit there. Tuna tartar was good but also missing something. Past preparations have had the tartar tossed lightly in balsamic and I found the drizzle just didn't add enough tartness. Wine selections were very good (but unattributed the selection to our friends and not a recommendation from the house). No separate listing of after dinner drinks (whiskey and ports) which seemed odd. Also desert selections were very limited read more

Dinner here tonight. We had 7:00 reservations and arrived to find a crowd with reservations waiting for their table. Finally seated at 7:25 and it was so loud we could barely hear each other. Rearranged our seats so that got a little better, but not much. Our waiter, Omar, made up for the bad start with excellent service. The food was delicious. Great salads and we shared tapas. The lobster ravioli was outstanding. The calamari and spring rolls also very good. So overall, a good meal. But it was so loud and so crowded- not sure I will return. read more

This is my second visit and I was very disappointed as I had high expectations because of my last visit. On my last visit which was Dec 2014 I had the lobster mac and cheese and the shrimp it was so delicious and full of flavor that I had to try it again. But last night was not the case, maybe they had a off night or a different chef but the food was horrible. For starters the BBQ shrimp was spicy, like really really spicy and I didn't taste any caramelized BBQ sauce and the Mac and cheese had no flavor to it at all. It was just off and I am very disappointed because I've had both before and it was tasty. I probably won't visit there again! read more

Really great birthday dinner all around. My guy deemed the tuna tartare as the best hes ever had and the veal meatballs are always tender and super flavorful. For dinner my mother in law and I both had the beef Wellington, prepared sous vide. Perfectly medium rare are very flavorful. Seared tuna and veal shank were equally as good. Our waitress, Mary, was outstanding, and even brought our table a tray of desserts for my birthday. Topped off with Peter Thomsen and his band, it was a hit all around!! read more

Found this place on yelp and was staying down the street. Ate at the bar and had excellent service, food, drink and conversation. Started with a fresh half dozen half shells and then move to to stuffed ravioli in a pesto cheese cream sauce that was out of this world. After I enjoyed that along with bread with evoo,garlic and a balsamic drizzle, I went for the pan seared scallops and asked them to be blackened as well. The sweet and spicy scallop is awesome. I had dinner with a group of girls at the 350. We've been there before and I think out of convenience for everyone, we chose to return. The reservation had been made weeks in advance and we knew that as a group we may be laughing/talking loudly, and hoping to not disturb other diners, we asked if at all possible to be seated in the small, private room in the back (which was empty throughout our entire dinner so it didn't appear as if was booked for another party.) Instead we were seated basically in the middle of the restaurant where tables were pushed together to accommodate our group; unfortunately I know we may have been a bit loud for the surrounding tables but we had tried to prevent that..... First off, it was too dark to be able to read the menus, we all had to use the light of our cell phones to make anything out Secondly, the waitress seemed a bit disinterested, almost annoyed. She was not very personable at all, I don't think she managed a smile all night. No sooner had my plate been given to me was she asking how everything was, I think just to get the obligatory question out of the way. The food itself was very good. The dinner rolls were fresh and warm. I ordered 2 of the "small plate" choices and they were excellent. I don't think anyone at our table had a single complaint about the food. The drinks were great as well, I had a delicious martini. I think this was my last visit to the the 350 Grill. Although the food itself has never been an issue on any of my visits, it doesn't make up for the poor service and what I consider to be an overpriced menu. read more

I'm rounding up from 3.5 stars. Some friends and I visited 350 Grill for dinner on a recent Friday night. Though we didn't have a reservation, we were seated right away at a table towards the back of the restaurant. Ignoring the strobe lights that flashed just feet away in an interior doorway shared with the adjacent strip club proved easier than I initially anticipated, so I can now vouch for what must be a common refrain: "Yeah, but you barely notice the strip club!" Anyway. We ordered eight tapas-- two each-- which we shared. Because, you know, tapas. Our waitress was excellent, and made sure not only that the tapas were staggered in their arrival at our table, but that one of each person's choices came out during each "round" of tapas. My favorites were the calamari and risotto balls, both of which were excellent. I was a little disappointed that they seemed to be out of a number of dishes that I would have liked to have tried, though. (Also, it's worth noting that this isn't Spanish tapas at all-- it's literally just "small plates" of fairly standard Italian and American dishes with some random Asian influences.) On the whole, the food was good-- though some dishes were better than others, even the "worst" were simply average. read more

Went on a weekday evening, in the summer. The only issue we had was unfortunately with the only other people inside (others were outside), a small group at the bar being really loud, to the point one their friends, or maybe the bartender, starting shushing them. They left before our appetizers arrived, or maybe they were requested to leave, and the hostess / owner came over and apologized and comped our bottle of wine, which was appreciated. We were for a birthday, and they had thoughtfully decorated the table a little, and provided a birthday card. The steaks were excellent, and the sides were decent, as were the extras (gorgonzola cheese etc). Regarding the location - it's pretty obvious as you park that there's a strip club next door, and I wouldn't want to sit outside, mostly because you're overlooking the carpark. I can imagine on a busy night, there could be an issue inside with traffic to and from the club next door. We didn't have any issues, and had a great time there - 4 stars. read more

When we arrived (with reservations) the hostess did not know where to seat us and even said "where am I gonna put you" as though we'd inconvenienced her (The restaurant was not full). Also, a restaurant that offers $30 entrees and appears to intend to give the impression of upscale dining, should not have a local pop radio station blaring from the speakers. Once seated, we were informed by our waiter that all but two of their steak entrees were unavailable. These were the vast majority of their main dishes. When asked about what could be made gluten free, our server informed us that we'd be "better off picking something and asking him then", which was fine, but a little strange. We ordered a couple of drinks which were fine, and the scallop appetizer was fine, but small. The arugula served on the side was wilted and clearly old. I'm not usually one one to complain about a meal especially from a restaurant with such a great reputation. However last night was an absolute nightmare. I order a ribeye and blackened scallops with a side of potatoes and mushrooms. Well my order came out with a black end steak, regular scallops, and no mushrooms. So everything that could have gotten messed up did. Pretty upsetting considering the environment and price. Kind of hard to justify the cost when the entire meal is incorrect. read more

I got the bone in ribeye steak "cowboy". From what I can tell it was slightly over cooked it was so dark in the place I couldn't see my food... The steak was tough... Not season properly and just kinda sad... It's not worth the visit... Won't be coming back for food... However did get a Moscow mule and it was fantastic... On a side note I'm not sure if their electricity bill is high but this place was steaming hot I am sitting at the bar sweating it's awful... Not worth it... read more

All I have to say about this place is to order the risotto balls and the calamari. We could have gotten by on just sharing the incredible offerings of tapas, but went all the way with entrees; all of which were delicious. I like the décor, too, even though it is painfully close to the local strip club. I expected the interior to be cheesy, but it had a 70's elegant lounge feel. The server was spectacular and our desert (all 5 of us shared one and had more than enough) was really, really good. Overall a great place to eat if you have some cash to spare, this is no small change. read more

A gem! In my humble opinion, one of the best restaurants in Western Massachusetts. Service, quality and ambiance is tops. They change their menus a couple times a year (by season I think). Started out with lobster ravioli. Big chunks of lobster in a red sauce along with lobster stuffed raviolis. I order the filet, medium rare. It came out perfectly complete with a demi glaze and accompanied asparagus and french fries! (Fries are not on the dinner menu but if you ask nicely... :-) ) I've taken my fiancé, parents and sisters there - they all loved it.
