You can tell they thru things at it to increase business but it just got tacky from the red/blue lights to the Keno TV behind the bar. Staff: friendly and attentive but unsure of the menu items and had to go ask someone every time Food: good but you can tell many of the items were out of a frozen bag or portion sizes/presentation off the mark Price: two people with drinks was about average and fair. They would be making more money if their cooks learned portion control! I'm back! The move date (to 247 Worthington St.) has been delayed a month. It's dead in here but I'm early. It is really cool too. For my first item, I'm having the Side Salad. This is made with garden greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, purple onions and banana peppers. They do not toss it. I love this dressing! That's a big portion. It came out quick too! Fresh veggies! This is good! Now the bread and dipping oil. This is a new bread for this place. The two pieces are huge and coated lightly with flour. I like the dipping oil too! They are using a limited menu until the move is completed. For my entree, I'm having the Grilled Salmon with sides of carrots (that's new) and spinach. Will you look at this! Fresh carrots! Had dinner here last night. Food was okay. A bit on the pricey side. The appetizer meat balls were cold. My fiancé' got the filet mignon which was very thin and small. He asked for medium well and it came out overcooked. Dry and cooked very well done. His asparagus can more than midway thru his meal. The chicken was good but the stuffing was very wet and smooshy. In Springfield we were all starving, after a quick Yelp search we ended up going to 350 Grill. We were quickly seated on their outdoor patio, and given waters... we waited over 15 minutes to receive some menus. It's not like we were the only ones sitting here, there were three other tables full of guests. The waitress kept coming outside to talk to the other table. You may ask why did we stay after being ignored, well our original plan for dinner didn't work out, at a different restaurant around the corner from 350 Grill, we were so tired and hungry, I just wanted some food. Eventually a different waitress came out, and exclaimed "omg.. you guys have no menus, I'm going to quickly get you some", and that she did. For my drink, I went with The Salted Caramel White Russian, this was ok, it tasted like popcorn in my cocktail. We were given complimentary bread, butter and oil. The warm bread and the oil were pretty tasty together. We got the Sweet Chili Calamari and the Beet Salad. I loved the beet salad, it was so fresh and delicious! The Calamari were ok, others in my party liked it better than I did anyway. I got the Eggplant Tower and the Lobster Bisque. I'm not sure what happened to the Eggplant Tower but it never made its way to our table, despite the waitress saying it'll be out in a minute. The Lobster Bisque, was too salty for me, it was creamy and had pieces of lobster in it. I'll have to note the waitress may have been over worked but it wasn't her night at all. She has spilled several things on our table or on the chair, was extremely forgetful, and didn't bring part of our order out. Was in town for an event that let out late. Did a quick search for places still open for a late dinner and found 350 Grill. Walked in to find that they had a person playing live music. Sat at the bar and was greeted quickly by the bartender. He answered all my questions and based on his suggestion. I ordered the Surf & Turf Tower (medium rare) and a glass of wine. This entree has EVERYTHING in it and I was surprised how well it all paired together. Sautéed spinach, a risotto cake, scallops, jumbo shrimps, beef medallions and a super tasty sauce. Let me start off by saying the best part of the night was our server, Cami, who was the sweetest and really made up for the rough start. She was incredibly attentive, very helpful, and deserves the world! My friends and I came here for a birthday dinner. Many of us were waiting at the bar area as they would not seat us until the whole group was here - very fair and we completely understood, but the snide comments we heard the manager/owner say was not okay. The birthday boy came late and the manager made a comment about how he needed a watch for his birthday to one of our guests. When he finally came, the manager/owner walked us to the back room and I overheard her raising her voice to my friend regarding how many seats he needed. I understand it can get frustrating with a big group, but yelling at a customer is never okay, especially since he was apologizing profusely for the confusion. I was truly horrified walking in. Eventually, she did leave and wished us a good time. Many of us felt soured after this exchange. We were so thankful to have Cami, who really brought back the good energy. The sad thing is, the food was not bad! I ordered the Surf n Turf tower which was good! The steak was perfectly cooked rare as requested and the sauce was good. I enjoyed the risotto cake. My partner ordered a steak and found the serving to be very large and very filling. Many members of our party ordered the lobster ravioli which was large and filled with lobster. Once again Yelpers steered us straight. There's a lot of concern because it's next to a strip club, but the area is several old renovated buildings with an enclosed parking and it was easy to get to from the MGM Casino hotel, whose own steakhouse was closed on a Tuesday night. Another recommendation had been Max's but in discussions with others, consensus was that it was overpriced and, while steak is good, some of the other menu items are compromised. Yes, this is hearsay but isn't that what Yelp's about? First hand hearsay but still.... Anyway, 350 Grill--2 drinks, a shared Caesar salad (excellent), shared 16 oz NY Strip (excellent), shared baked potato (more than enough) and sautéed spinach all for under $100. Oh, yes warm rolls brought in a timely fashion along with our salad by a pleasant, accommodating waitress. Pretty perfect. Our favorite steakhouse is Michael Jordan's at Mohegan Sun (continues through the years to be pretty "epic" but twice the price). This came pretty close, the chef new how to cook a steak, medium rare was perfect. My only hesitation in giving 5 stars was that the meat wasn't as tender as MJ's. But the flavor was perfect as was the "char", and for the price you can forgot about the strip club next door. No one was running through the door to scare the kiddies or the missus. read more

I have been meaning to leave this review for over a week. We visited on Wednesday 9/13/23 during 1. The Springfield Water Main Break and 2. The MGM Casino hack so we were looking for a good restaurant with running water and proper cybersecurity protocols 350 Grill ended up being the silver lining in what could have been a rather underwhelming Springfield visit. We started with the French onion soup along with fresh oysters, a solid beginning. I enjoyed the sea bass but the star of the evening was my husbands dinner. My husband had the Beef Wellington - OMG, he has been craving this dish for years and 350 Grill did not disappoint!!!! Went around 10 pm last night for a very late dinner. It was emptying out when we arrived but still people at the bar etc. My friend ordered the lamb chops with truffle fries and asparagus and I ordered the eggplant tower. Both were beautifully presented. The lamb chops was enormous and was a full rack for $40. My friend said he loved it and it was tender and juicy. I snuck some fries and they were so good. My eggplant tower was perfect. It was a $12 appetizer but perfect size for my meal and I even brought half home. Tasted great. Actually We both went home with leftovers- his could have fed 2 or 3 people. Also our waitress was so sweet - she had dark short hair but didn't catch her name. I took my son here to celebrate his birthday. It has been awhile since we went there. Our hopes were high for a good meal, for our meals have always been great. I can no longer say that. My appetizer the wings were very good. The pecan salad which was always my favorite--was awful this time-they had a brown balsamic dressing that totally ruined the taste. My son had the onion soup--after two spoonfuls-he could eat no more--the taste was totally not satisfactory. When he told the waitress, she gave a knowingly grin (obviously, other customers in past have complained about it). Entrees-one item in his surf/turf tower (rice patty was cold inside); my entree of chicken was totally ruined by the gravy-the brown gravy had an apple taste. As for desserts, the lemon cake was dry and not enough lemon flavor. My strawberry creme brûlée needed more sugar. Waitress was kind enough to take off the onion soup on the bill. Would I go again--no. The atmosphere from the minute we walked in (hostess was not that friendly) to the waitress who was nice could have been a little more attentive. The food has gone down. If they would change a few aspects in their preparation, food would have been more than satisfactory. It was obvious no one seemed to care about the quality of the food given to customers. Ate here last night and it was wonderful! My partner and I have been looking for a good local steakhouse as I recently moved here. We checked out this one on a whim and we're satisfied. We ordered garlic bread which was delightfully crispy and extra cheesy. My drink, a Snowball, was delicious and creative with coconut vodka and baileys with raspberry sauce. Definitely a unique drink. My partner ordered the 16 oz ribeye with Parmesan risotto and Mac and cheese. He LOVED the risotto and I stole his mac and cheese because it was easily one of the best Mac and cheese I've ever had. His steak was a little overdone, he ordered medium rare and it was clearly medium. The flavor was amazing so he didn't mind it being overdone. I ordered the beef Wellington (I've never had it and I always see Ramsay talk about it). It was soooo delicious. The filet was perfectly cooked all the way through, the pastry was nice and flaky yet soft and the sauce was the star of the dish. I could pour that sauce over everything in my life. I had the risotto as well, I didn't like it as much as my partner did but it was still very good. The atmosphere was beautiful, swanky and a band played all night. It was a fun crowd and definitely not your typical stuffy steakhouse. This is a steakhouse with a party. Think New Years Eve. I'd highly recommend this place and we are definitely coming back. The prices are a little steep but I think it's justified based on the quality of the meal and recent supply shortages.. it makes sense. However, I wouldn't get my drink again at $14... that was very unreasonable in my opinion based on its size despite how much I enjoyed it. The desserts.. skip! They were clearly frozen, prepackaged desserts. We got raspberry creme brulee and a peanut butter pie and it was still ice cold and we're clearly mass produced. I don't fault them for that, the rest of the food was amazing so we will just find somewhere else for dessert. The parking situation does leave little to be desired but that's to be expected in a major city. It is directly next to an "adult establishment" so it does fight with those crowds as well. Incredible!! Im the first to admit I'm incredibly picky when it comes to Steak and Seafood! We Started with an Ahi Tuna drizzled with a light teriyaki With pickled ginger and seaweed salad! Generous and incredible flavor. I also had a delicious shrimp cocktail which were ice cold and wonderful. My wife has perfectly cooked sea scallops over a lobster Risotto. The scallops were incredible as sweet as any day boat ones you'd get normally only at Cape Cod and the Risotto was Devine with a good amount of fresh lobster meat, deliciousness! I Ordered A 16oz Rib eye OMG ( our waitress Brandy confidently recommended even after I informed her I was picky)! Brandy and 350 Grill did not disappoint! This was bar none the best steak I've had in many years! Every bite was tender and juicy with exceptional flavor! Sadly I hoped the good reviews would yield a worthwhile dining experience, but the service was slow, no waitress attended or even greeted us for nearly five minutes after sitting, and the food was only average at best. Brussel sprouts were supposed to be crispy, but were soggy. The most lavish cowboy ribeye was supposed to be generous and medium, but ended up only maybe an edible 6 oz with mostly gristle and fat - poorly cooked and unseasoned. We approached the manager for some adjustment or correction of any kind, but received no understanding or grace. We might have ordered more and continued to be hopeful trying other of their dishes if he had, but we were more motivated to speed to the exit instead. My only logical conclusion can be that the usual regional clientele simply have rather low expectations to which this establishment delivers. read more

This was our first visit to 350 Grill, and we look forward to dining there again. We held a 40th Birthday Dinner party on 11/11/23. Our party consisted of 17 people and was held in a private room. The set up was perfect and just as we expected. Our main event server, Brandi, was amazing, as was the other staff that helped out from time to time. We were Brandi's focus throughout our entire event. Everyone ordered their own choices from the menu. From steaks, filets, seafood, pasta dishes and burgers, our meals were outstanding. Not a very good experience! My wife ordered a margarita with sugar on the rim and got salt instead, then her truffle fries came out with no truffle and just Parmesan, and she did not get the blue cheese that she ordered on the side. Then when the girl helping our waiter was clearing the table she spilled tomato sauce all down my wife's back, in her hair, on her coat, and on my suit pants leg! So after spending over $100 on dinner, we now have to put my suit and my wife's coat in the dry cleaners! Given good reviews, we stopped by on Sunday night. Nice place with live jazz. Well, after we were given water service stopped. After 15 mins I had to go and ask for the waitress. 30 mins after ordering , food came in( not after I had to go and ask where it is) Three out of 5 dishes were unedible, one (at$42) was ok and one was very good. Service was bad!!!! Nobody came to check on us at all during entire meal as well. Waitress did take two dishes off the bii though and did not loose her tip) Will NOT come back! read more

We were a party of five, choosing to take my wife out for her birthday. It was the first time we'd been to 350. It was a profound disappointment as a steak house. We try to support local businesses. Springfield is a struggling small city, and local politicians had naively hoped that hosting an MGM casino would stimulate the local economy, but the demographics of poverty in the city cannot be reversed by a casino. 350 was full, so it must be popular, so perhaps it comes down to expectations. There was live jazz which was very good. I would reclassify 350 as a pub with adequate food. Do not expect a Capital Grille level steakhouse. The food was underwhelming; the menu was formulaic and designed as the greatest hits of pub fare. The cocktails were not terribly ingesting. Deserts: cheesecake, red velvet cheesecake, and carrot cake, likely bought from a restaurant supplier, not in-house. The kitchen staff need to up their game. On another, note, the ambience was friendly but the decor tired; service was good; it was too noisy to hear the person next to me talk. It was overpriced for what it was. read more

I've never witness racism the way I did at 350 grill. Me as a white women felt so bad for a minority couple eating at the bar. The older bartender (over 65-years-old) white women with black hair called the couple the N word more than once. She looked at me and said I wish we had a sign "whites only". I have been an avid supporter/ patron of the 350 Grill for years and have never been disappointed in any way. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is always well prepared and delicious. On Sunday nights, starting at 6pm, the 350 offers live jazz with a featured vocalist and a lively band. The majority of the acts focus on American Songbook standards, and they will usually take requests when asked. The venue varies from week to week, but all the performers are excellent and there is no cover charge. You should make a reservation if you plan to dine there during the show, or you can simply enjoy a beverage at the bar - try to get a seat near the front of the bar for the best view of the musicians. Also, you can arrive and depart whenever you choose - the performances usually last until 9pm or so. If you're looking to do something other than sitting in front of the TV on Sunday nights, I recommend attending one of these jazz sessions soon. Very few places in western MA offer live entertainment of such quality and variety, from my experience. There is also plenty of free parking in their walled-in lot, and the surrounding area has proven safe and secure to me over the years. read more

We decided last minute to change our restaurant choice for the evening from a place we normally go to while in town to 350 and we were not disappointed. We have no complaints . My boyfriend got the surf and turf tower and he isn't one to eat a lot of beef and he absolutely loved the medallions. He said the risotto cake was just ok but who cares when you are paying for the protein. My filet was amazing . We have been to some "famous " restaurants like Gordon Ramsay's and have had the filet there. I will say that 350's filet was sooo much better. I would go here for it anytime if it always tastes as good as it did. I even had my leftovers today for lunch and it was still amazing. Price was fair considering you also get 2 sides with it. Not sure why you have to pay an extra $5 for melted seasoned butter that honestly I am not sure I even tasted but if that is the worse complaint I have then that is good !
