I'm a little late in posting this review but I feel oligated to show my satisfaction with 3 Stage. My wife scratched the back of her car lowering the garage door. I took it into 3 Stage and Mike Jr. was extremely professional and easy to talk to. The estimate was competitively priced but it was the written estimate detail and the thorough explanation of the work that made me confident this was the right place. And it was. They did everything on schedule. The final price was a little less than the estimate. The work was PERFECT! My wife was so happy to have her car back in new condition. I highly recommend them. read more

I highly recommend 3 Stage for any bodywork you might need for your car to look brand new again! My car was sideswiped by the city bus and the team at 3 Stage were sympathetic and empathetic to my car dilemma. The team s was very professional and you can tell that they take pride in the work they do for their customers. They were honest and very reasonable with pricing. I was anticipating the job to take about a week or so but I was pleasantly surprised that the car was three days before I anticipated! I have a loyal mechanic that I've been going to for years and now I am confident to say that the team at 3 Stage has earned my trust for any future body work that the car might need. I cannot thank the team enough! Made my car look like new again! read more

I was in a hit and run accident and took my car to 3 Stage and they did an absolutely phenomenal job! They kept me updated with the progress and completed all the repairs necessary. Customer service is above and beyond excellent. Mike is very knowledgeable and so patient with all my questions about insurance coverage. I was updated with the process the whole time my car was getting repaired either phone call or by text. They even offered a repair front end damage on something else not covered by the accident for a fraction of the price! My car looks so good and the work they did on it is amazing! They are amazing and their technicians do quality work! Thank you 3 stage auto! read more

An accident can be very unsettling. However, the Feeley family has always treated me and my auto repairs excellently. They are always willing to work with me, and handle all insurance paperwork. The quality of their work is above par and I've never had any issues. My family and I will continue to take our vehicles to them. read more

Definitely recommend their services! They had my car done fast, and they sent electronic updates every day (huge plus for me) but most importantly they don't nickel & dime you at all. If anything they really tried to give me a discount. read more

I brought my car here after an accident under the other drivers insurance. The whole process took longer than it should've but that's the fault of the insurance. The repair itself took two days longer than their initial due date which I didn't get any communication about. Once I picked it up everything looked fine and great but not even a full day of driving it, the next day the engine had shut off on me and the car was undriveable. I was very concerned considering I had just picked it up.. I had no issues with the engine previously. I brought it to a dealership to get it checked and basically there was a big dent under the gas pump, with no explanation of the cause. We had the insurance look at it and they won't claim it under the accident. Now we are left with paying 2500 after leaving this shop with a damage that was never there previous of getting it repaired here.. we are left with no explanation and I called and left a voicemail on the owners phones and still no explanation. There's a warranty on the repair but I can't say I'd trust my car here again read more

This auto body shop is the best kept secret in all of Orange County, period. When I first visited 3 Stage, I smiled as they are located in a modest building. This meant that I wouldn't be paying for the overhead of a fancy building/location and I didn't. At 3 Stage, you don't deal with a manager or other employee, you're dealing directly with the owners of the business who are a Father & son team. I brought my 2002 Toyota Avalon in for body work after a minor accident. I'm the original owner and this car is my baby and I wanted it to look as original as it always has. I'm not exaggerating here, but 3 Stage managed to restore my Avalon to its original condition, and their work reminded me of when I took delivery of my car 23 years ago. I received excellent work, excellent value, along with excellent customer service. I am beyond pleased with my experience with 3 Stage Auto Collision. And if this isn't enough, they are also good people. read more

Mike and his team at 3 Stage Auto do great fast work. Up front and clear about what type of work will need to be done and true to cost. Beginning with the website where you can easily upload pictures of the damage and receive a detailed quote within a hour or so. The drop off was fast and almost as fast you begin receiving updates on your repair via text or email. When replacement parts are required, Mike will run you through various options. In my case, due to supply chain issues it would taken 4-6 months for a replacement part from the manufacturer to arrive (if ever); Mike came up with a solution that was far more expedient and with much better results than I could have imagined. Color matching was perfect too. Highly recommend 3 Stage Auto Collision for any fender benders you may encounter - small or severe! PS. You may feel like you are driving into a neighborhood, 3 Stage is toward the end of the street on the left. PSS. I almost forgot - they handed back my car cleaner and better looking than before... even gave the tires some shine! read more

I got my car back when on time , I had some damages to my car insudidnt want to cover and he made my day by giving me a reasonable quote on the side. My car look good I am happy I found this place. Michael Feeley and his team helped my husband with an issue after a fender bender. They were incredibly welcoming and transparent about the options my husband had, they educated him on the different aspects of the insurance process even though they didn't have to do that. Just by explaining it in detail they saved time, money and unnecessary stress for us. This is exactly the type of businesses we need more of in this world. Thank you so much 3 Stage Auto Collision! read more

I got in a car accident on 9/15/22 and it hurt to see my car like that. I called around for a shop that could fix it and I found 3 Stage Auto Collision. I called to see if I could take my car and spoke to Mike the owner. Right from the start he was so knowledgeable and nice. Told me he would take my car in and even waited for me since I had to drive it slow. Updated me on how my car was going and kept his promise. My car looks brand new and I just love it. They did an awesome job on it and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service. Thank you so much Mike. read more

I am forever grateful for the Mikes (father and son) and their staff at 3 stage auto collision! They saved me from my nightmare that I faced when my catalytic converter was stolen from my Prius. Originally I went through the "preferred vendors" that my insurance provided and they were garbage. They told me that I would have to wait a year to get the part and said if that didn't work for me then I need to figure it out. I was able to get into contact with Mike Jr, and he was responsive and kept me up to date on the whole process. He is a man of his word and was able to find a CC and replace it in week! They saved me financially! I would of had to get a new car as I couldn't keep my rental past another two weeks! I am coming to them for anything car related. They are a one stop shop! read more

They made the process so easy. We used my insurance. My car looks great. Delivery estimate was accurate.

Mike and his team are professionals with great communication. They are fairly priced and do an excellent job. Highly recommended!

They tell you one thing and then end up doing the whole opposite I wouldn't recommend this shop they fixed my car not to long ago and they didn't even leave it correct had to go somewhere else to get a part they couldn't even get because it was "backed up " . I was very upset wouldn't go back there at all .... and on top of that they were really mean about it and basically told me I had to fix on my own read more

Got into a minor accident a few weeks ago and was referred to 3 Stage. Michael was great to work with from the get go; very knowledgeable, informative and provided reasonable pricing. Couldn't be happier with the end results. Not only was the repair and paint flawless, his crew also detailed my car inside out. Hoping to not have to come back to a body shop, but if I have to, it'll definitely be with Michael and 3 Stage Auto Collision. Great work guys! Thank you! Magaly read more

Very great and honest guy (Alex) l, his colleagues are professional with there work. Brought my girls car to get her hood re-painted, Alex took pictures all around for both parties safety, he was very informative on the different routes we can go concerning pricing. Price was very reasonable, and paint job was great! I did notice some imperfection but my guy Alex handled it with his great customer service. Thanks again man! read more

I was in my first car accident and brought my car here covered through insurance. I received my car with some dust particles inside (I assume from the paint job) and some of the glass from the accident still inside. I had to go back a couple times to get some things fixed that I noticed so that was a bit of an inconvenience. My door didn't stay open anymore like it used to so that sucked too but I was over going back there for another issue. They seemed like nice people willing to solve the issue, but it showed that quality control is not properly done before the car is picked up. read more

Thank you, to Mike and his staff at 3 Stage Auto Collision. When I went to their shop I asked them to take their time as long as they left my car looking like new, and they accepted and delivered awesome results! Couldn't be happier. I am the type of person who doesn't like to have his property driving around looking like it's gonna fall apart at anytime. So I give 3 Stage a 5/5 on their work. They also kept me updated through text and email on the stage process my car was at (Ex: stripped down, inspection, paint etc...) Best part Mike always does things personally he speaks to people about the process and how they will leave your car impecable. Thank you again. read more

Exceptional service and staff! Mike and Edith helped get my wife's 2014 Prius back in tip-top shape after her parked car was hit by some kid trying to re-enact a scene from Fast N Furious. They handled all of the interaction with the other driver's insurance company (which has a notably bad reputation). The car was in and out within a couple of days. They also performed some additional mechanical checks on my behalf at no extra charge. I highly recommend this shop! read more

Big thanks to Mike & Reuben for making this experience great for my s/o and I. My s/o took his car into the shop looking so bashed in from the bumper, to the hood, grill and head lights. It looked horrible, but thank goodness we found 3 Stage Auto Collision who worked with us every step of the way. We came in as cash customers and paid over 10K and Mike did very well in assuring we got discounts and he tried to help as much as he could. There's an app/online portal you can log into that shows the status of your car and parts they are currently working on. Isn't that cool? To be able to keep track of your cars progress all through this communication service. Nice! They kept my s/o well informed and provided us with great customer service. Very humble, kind and professional people here. They even gave the car the nickname of "THE Dodge" which made the experience feel even special and proved to us how much care, time, and patience they put into fixing this car. My s/o and I are so happy with the work done here and would recommend this place 100% read more

I am so impressed with this company that I feel compelled to write a review. From the very beginning I was treated with the utmost courtesy and honesty when it came to a quote for getting my front end fixed as well as a variety of other issues. They kept me up-to-date with text alerts and let me know when there was ability to save me money by repairing something as opposed to replacing it. I highly recommend anyone that needs bodywork done to go to this company. Mike and his crew will for sure be your body shop of choice from here on in read more

Let me tell you if you're looking at this auto body shop -stop wasting your time and take your car here. I had a great experience with Mike and his brother-in-law at 3 Stage Auto Collision! My car was hit by a random person in a parking lot so I had very little information about the damage other than to guess at the speed (since it was a parking lot - fortunately low speed :)). Mike was fantastic about managing my expectations and helping me navigate my insurance, as I'd never had damage like this. He and his team handled the repairs and I work in health care (not medical staff - they are the heroes :)) and with all the uncertainty of coronavirus, Mike was great at both working with me working insane hours and my husband and insurance. He did a great job of always keeping me in the loop while also making sure my husband could keep my updated about my insurance, the work of picking up and dropping of my checks :). I really appreciated his flexibility. But, most importantly, I appreciated the work he and his brother-in-law did. My car looks new! I felt "broken" and just awful about the damage to my car and the experience in general when I first met Mike and his team. But now, it's all behind me with positive memories and new friends. 'm super impressed with 3 Stage. So, my quarter panel was all dented with paint removed, and rusted. I picked up my car today and it looks better than when I bought it, detailed and all.
