I would never refer anyone to this shop !! The work the do is terrible and they rush everything !! I had them replace a Frame for me on my Truck and the work was substandard at best. The did complete the work. For Instance they were suppose to Align the truck after the work was done. They didn't do it nor they have any record of it being done. Thy gave me the Run around etc never returned my call ! In addition the did not tighten several parts bolted to the frame, and Did not inform me that i needed Mount Bushings, Trans bushings and a Host of other things directly connected to the Frame. Also they did not re install the ABS Brake System back the way it was supposed to. This Guy Jamie lied and said he the truck was ready. I had to take it to the dealer who gave me a Laundry list of items that were supposed to be addressed with the Frame install. Several issues came up " after" they did the Frame swap !!! I was struck by a man on an E-bike which resulted in having the back passenger bottom door panel ripped off along with some scuffs in the door. I was able to purchase a new part from the dealership but it needed to be painted. Using yelp I found Precision Collision in Orange because it was right by my house. Friday morning I was able to pick up the part from the dealership around 11am. I then took it right over to Precision Collision where a nice gentleman named Gibson helped me. To my surprise, he was able to paint the part exactly to match within the SAME DAY at such a fair price. Around 3pm I received a call that my part was ready and within 15 minutes they put the part back on and buffed out the scuffs. I was pretty bummed out when my new shiny Black colored Tesla Model S Performance's front bumper, hood, and right-side pillar got deep scratches that revealed the shiny metal underneath. The damage was due to metal debris kicked up by the leading vehicle while traveling at high speed on the freeway. The owner, Gibson, is really friendly and knowledgeable about collisions. He fixed my vehicle in less than 5 days, and even offered to wash the car once the work was completed. The job is spotless and I couldn't thank him enough for it. His shop is the best one I've been to. He also has 2 friendly small dogs at the location, that will come right up to you and let you pet them. You get your car fixed, and you get to see some dogs; what more can you ask for?! I got into a car accident back in 2022 October and my insurance co concluded as my fault, with that being said I needed my car to be appraised with a auto body shop of my choice. I ended up choosing one that was near my dealership and this place ended up saying my car damage was over 10k, making it, a total loss; my car is a 2016 Chevy Malibu LS and the damage was to both my doors on the driver's side with some slight damage to the center pillar towards the bottom or maybe the sill pillar, either way both my doors closed and locked, so I didn't feel as though my car damage was over 10k! Anyway I couldn't afford a whole new car & have payments when I nearly paid this car off & was about to move & money was tight. I needed a second opinion and fast! This place was recommended to me from a friend that I went to high school with and they really came through for me. I called and Gibson answered, he said to bring my car over for an estimate and I explained what damage occurred and made it clear that if my car couldn't be fixed for less than 10k that would be a total loss but if it is, then I would understand but that's exactly what I don't need! I just wanted my car fixed! Mind you, I'm a nurse not a mechanic. Anyway, my car was fixed for no more than 6k and it looked amazing! The customer service, timing, labor, updates and honesty really did make me feel as though they truly cared about me and my vehicle. Where do I even start? I was in a pretty good car accident on Dec 17, 2017 that rocked my world. This guy came out from a coldesac and compelety wrecked the front end of my car. Mind you this was my 1st car that I've bought all on my own so you could imagine that of course it's my baby let alone a sporty looking car. I thought my car was done and I was never going to get it back. Then I called my best friend since we both have been around cars our whole life to ask him where I should take the car and he said Precision Collison and I thought "Okay, you know best" Little did I know it was the best decision I've ever made and I can't be greatful enough that I listen to him! When I 1st called Bobby answerd as it was nearing the end of her long exhausting day so I'm sure she was ready to go home but she was so happy and cheerful and said that she was expecting my call. Unfortunately there was no way I was going to be able to make it before they had closed that day but she made it all possible for me to drop my car off that same night!! Crazy, I know!! I knew going into this whole repair process was not going to be an overnight thing or even a couple of days but Bobby called me to give me updates when it was necessary about my car which I couldn't be more thankful for since I did not want to be one of those people who called everyday asking if my car was ready (because I know how annoying that is). Unfortunately the only reason it look over a month was because of the wonderful insurance that gave them the run around with all the repairs (which I am really sorry about). Finally this week I got the call I had been longing for and was so overjoyed to hear Bobby say those wonderful words of my car being ready. Regardless of how long it took it was worth everyday not having my car because last night when I saw it, I busted out in tears because of how beautiful my car was.
