Great price. Fast turn-around. My car looked great. They even cleaned up my headlights for free. I had a couple other quotes gong in so I had an expectation in my head -- they came in way under and were vey flexible in when they could do the work. Gibson was a great communicator - direct, honest, and transparent. These are not always things you can say when getting work done on your car. read more

I would never refer anyone to this shop !! The work the do is terrible and they rush everything !! I had them replace a Frame for me on my Truck and the work was substandard at best. The did complete the work. For Instance they were suppose to Align the truck after the work was done. They didn't do it nor they have any record of it being done. Thy gave me the Run around etc never returned my call ! In addition the did not tighten several parts bolted to the frame, and Did not inform me that i needed Mount Bushings, Trans bushings and a Host of other things directly connected to the Frame. Also they did not re install the ABS Brake System back the way it was supposed to. This Guy Jamie lied and said he the truck was ready. I had to take it to the dealer who gave me a Laundry list of items that were supposed to be addressed with the Frame install. Several issues came up " after" they did the Frame swap !!! I will list below ! Again steer clear of the Guys !!! read more

My front bumper was hit on the freeway. My husband recommended that I bring my car to Precision Collision. He is a car guy and about six month prior his car was hit on the side door. He said they really did an awesome job with his repair! Customer service with Bobby was amazing. She explained to me the process of how the payment would be made to me and any extra damages they found that they would work directly with the insurance company. Gibson and his team did an amazing on my car. I had some other minor work done on the car. They gave me a good COD price. My car looks almost brand new looking even though it is 10 years old. I highly recommended Precision Collision! read more

I was struck by a man on an E-bike which resulted in having the back passenger bottom door panel ripped off along with some scuffs in the door. I was able to purchase a new part from the dealership but it needed to be painted. Using yelp I found Precision Collision in Orange because it was right by my house. Friday morning I was able to pick up the part from the dealership around 11am. I then took it right over to Precision Collision where a nice gentleman named Gibson helped me. To my surprise, he was able to paint the part exactly to match within the SAME DAY at such a fair price. Around 3pm I received a call that my part was ready and within 15 minutes they put the part back on and buffed out the scuffs. This was the best customer service I have ever received when it comes to fixing my vehicle. I would give this place a 10/10 any day of the week. read more

I was in a jam as something happened to my car and I was near this business. I spoke to Bobbi and she was absolutely amazing! She had a calming presence, was extremely honest and transparent, and very efficient with the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. The crew there was very friendly and did a great job on my car. In a world where the general public is leery of dishonest auto shops, it's refreshing to find one that's the exact opposite of that negative stigma. I highly recommend this place! read more

Just picked up my car from precision collision.. what a fantastic job they did on my car. I was rear ended and the insurance company told us to pick a collision shop of our choice so we went with them. We are so happy we did, they were quick, communicative and SO friendly. Bobby at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. Such a good vibe as soon as you walk into the office. David took great care of my car and it was even freshly washed & looked brand new when I picked it up! My husband was side swiped on the freeway by a dunk driver. Thank goodness it was just minor damage to his car. We had taken it to a different repair shop first for an estimate. We were not happy with the previous place for multiple reasons so we searched for another shop and came upon Precision Collision & Autobody. And I can say I'm sooooo happy we did. They are by far the best shop to work with. Gibson is so professional, knowledgeable, and a great guy. He helped us through the whole process. And they did a phenomenal job on my husband's car. I hope we don't have any more accidents that need repairing. But if we do, we will always be returning here. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again Gibson! read more

I was pretty bummed out when my new shiny Black colored Tesla Model S Performance's front bumper, hood, and right-side pillar got deep scratches that revealed the shiny metal underneath. The damage was due to metal debris kicked up by the leading vehicle while traveling at high speed on the freeway. After searching many autobody shops and calls specializing in tesla autobody repairs I settled on Precision Collision. Gibson was happy to give me an estimate and assured me that the materials and repair process would be to specs and no shortcuts will be taken. He handled it all with my insurance representative. All in all, Gibson was very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He set me up with a rental car through Enterprise. They came and picked me up and brought me to the rental car facility. Upon return, they brought me back to the auto body shop. The experience was painless. The car was dropped off on a Wednesday at 4 pm and I got it back on a Thursday at the same time, the following week. I am very happy and satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this shop. Many thanks, Gibson! read more

Really took the hassle out of getting the window repaired. Very highly recommend Precision Collision in Orange. read more

The owner, Gibson, is really friendly and knowledgeable about collisions. He fixed my vehicle in less than 5 days, and even offered to wash the car once the work was completed. The job is spotless and I couldn't thank him enough for it. His shop is the best one I've been to. He also has 2 friendly small dogs at the location, that will come right up to you and let you pet them. You get your car fixed, and you get to see some dogs; what more can you ask for?! Best place ever! I would highly recommend this to everyone that had a car accident or car damage!! The staff is great and so is the work they do :) read more

I was referred here by my chiropractor, as the body work done on my Mustang at another shop had been half assed. I was able to get an appointment, estimate, and all the work done within about a week's time. It would have been quicker if we did not have to wait for insurance company approval. All the issues were fixed to my complete satisfaction. I received excellent customer service and communication throughout the entire process. I will definitely come back here if my vehicle ever gets slammed into again. read more

My daughter had a small fender accident in a parking lot with another car. We felt terrible for her really just being a new driver and accidentally scraping this gentlemen's car that was in the lot. So I quickly called Gibson over at Precision and he said send him over. Which we did and they took care of the other car right away and at a very reasonable price. Gibson even called me back to follow up on both vehicles. Needless to say we will continue to take our cars there for repairs. They were great! read more

A couple weeks ago, I was sitting at a red light, just minding my own business, when a Honda Odyssey two cars back decided it would be fun to not stop and instead smash into the car behind me causing damage to 4 cars! Good times. Actually, she was really nice and it was just an accident. No one was hurt.... just our cars! Luckily I was in my company car (yeah!) and not one of my personal cars. $2,500 worth of damage! So my fleet company gave me two choices for body shops, one was Corporate Collision in Placentia which I used a couple years ago and it was a 2 star experience. PASS. The other choice was Precision Collision in Orange. Precision Collision did a great job. I dealt with Tom there. He was a nice guy and got the job done. Good service and a good repair to my car. Everything went smoothly. Car was ready when they said it would be. I would definitely recommend this body shop. They also offer free loaner cars while yours is being repaired. read more

Needed to get the fiberglass Bubble Top on my Chevy van repainted. I checked with several paint places that handle fiberglass painting. When I came to Precision Collision in Orange on Batavia St and talked with Gibson, the owner, I knew I had come to the right place. He gave a reasonable quote for the job and explained in detail what he would do. He worked with me on setting up a time to drop off the van prior to me going out of town for a days. When picking up my vehicle I was very pleased to see an excellent paint job, the paint matched the rest of the vehicle perfectly. Job well done, am pleased. will highly recommend his shop to anyone that needs painting/body work done read more

I got into a car accident back in 2022 October and my insurance co concluded as my fault, with that being said I needed my car to be appraised with a auto body shop of my choice. I ended up choosing one that was near my dealership and this place ended up saying my car damage was over 10k, making it, a total loss; my car is a 2016 Chevy Malibu LS and the damage was to both my doors on the driver's side with some slight damage to the center pillar towards the bottom or maybe the sill pillar, either way both my doors closed and locked, so I didn't feel as though my car damage was over 10k! Anyway I couldn't afford a whole new car & have payments when I nearly paid this car off & was about to move & money was tight. I needed a second opinion and fast! This place was recommended to me from a friend that I went to high school with and they really came through for me. I called and Gibson answered, he said to bring my car over for an estimate and I explained what damage occurred and made it clear that if my car couldn't be fixed for less than 10k that would be a total loss but if it is, then I would understand but that's exactly what I don't need! I just wanted my car fixed! Mind you, I'm a nurse not a mechanic. Anyway, my car was fixed for no more than 6k and it looked amazing! The customer service, timing, labor, updates and honesty really did make me feel as though they truly cared about me and my vehicle. I 100% recommend Precision Collision Auto Body in Orange to everybody in OC! Check out my photos. I'm extremely happy about the entire outcome and experience, even if I was stressed and needed a second opinion but good thing because I found a hidden gem! read more
