    Car repair, before and after

Andres and his team did an incredible job. I had gotten into a severe accident, no direction on the next step on what to do. I was referred to Andres and he was able to guide and give me great advice on what to do. I felt very comfortable, confident, and easy through the entire process. Thank you so much again to Andrés and his team for doing a wonderful job. Highly recommend to anyone that may need Any type of body work.

I can't say enough good things about Pro Auto Collision. I brought my car in after a collision, and the whole team was amazing from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, worked directly with my insurance, and kept me updated throughout the repair. When I picked up my car, it looked perfect! You'd never know it had been in an accident. The paint matched perfectly, and they even cleaned the inside, which was such a nice surprise. Everyone there was friendly, professional, shout out to Martin!! Highly recommend them if you need any bodywork or collision repair done!

Lawrence Rhee General Manager, approached me and said it is relatively minor damage and that he could fix it right there. He gently pushed against the fender until the crease went away and pulled the bumper edge outward until it lined up flush against the fender. He did some other work quickly and finished after I came back from lunch. I couldn't believe my eyes! I got three other quotes up to $2600 requiring to replace the bumper and paint the fender to match! The car is over 5 years old but the entire body is in great shape. I wasn't looking for a perfect repair. Lawrence at the start asked if I wanted a perfect restoration or something reasonable. I definitely wanted something reasonable because I didn't want to go through my insurance company for an aging car. After he finished the repair, you can't even notice any damage. I wish more body shops were more honest like Signature Auto body. What surprised me was he actually quoted me LOWER than expected and I just picked up my car today, they had taken the time to even clean and detail my car. It looks so clean and fresh I didn't even think it was the same car! Shout out to John and Crystal for taking care of me, I'm so bringing them something as a thank you sometimes this week. If you want professional help with open communication this is the place to go, no wonder it's 5/5 stars!

Let me start off by saying that John and his team at K&T Collision Center went above and beyond…read more I went to John a few years ago for my 2011 Toyota Corolla to help prep my car to sell. The paint on the roof was peeling and I was concerned with the quality of the work and I was reassured that they back their paint job with a lifetime warranty. The turnaround was quick and he got it looking brand new. Years later, here I am. I have a 2025 Honda Odyssey Elite trim that sustained a windshield crack from debris. Unfortunately it was a huge metal object. So it was a crack that continued to spread & expand from the heat during the day & cooling during the evening. I asked for quotes around town on how much it would cost for a windshield replacement. I got quotes ranging from around $590 to upwards of $1700+. On the low end, $590 seemed like the most cost effective. However, windshields aren't made the way they used to be. Sensors, cameras, etc. play a role in the cost. Superficially seems like an easy fix. The glass is engineered to meet specific standards so these systems work the way they're supposed to. $590 (Safelite) was the easy way but if the technology malfunctions due to lack of calibrating or being the right product so the sensors/cameras work as specified. With bigger companies/corporate I often stray away because their business is built around quick work, productivity, quotas, etc. What sold me was my past experience and also, his facility being a Honda/Acura certified repair center. John went through all of my options ranging from aftermarket, OE, and OEM windshields. For the few hundred dollar differences between the options, OEM was the way to go with all the sensors/cameras, and tech. John quoted me a very fair price in my opinion (about $1400). A simple search online puts this job towards $2500 from the dealer. This was with all the recalibration of the cameras/sensors. Other shops were quoting me $1400 OEM BEFORE calibration. Rip off. The choice was simple. Great past experience & customer service. Honda Certified repair facility. Transparent with costs & options. Well below dealership pricing. The job was completed within less than a day. He called me for pickup yesterday. It was close to closing hours. I was unable to get transportation due my ride having prior obligations. Without hesitation he offered to have his team member pick me up from my residence. No charge. I arrived, he showed me the vehicle and to my surprise, the car was cleaned inside and out. I had come in to also obtain a quote for damage on the passenger side quarter panel and sliding door from a sharp turn into a pillar. It was dented. The paint was marred and exchanged paint with the pillar. It was horrendous to look at especially on our new vehicle. John & his team went ahead and cleaned it up for me and it looks almost brand new. Absolutely amazing. A local gem for a Honda body shop. Unfortunately, I don't have any before pictures of the damage but it was bad enough people stared over while we drove. K&T Collision Center made my day and my wife's day. We will be coming back to him to get the repairs, but for now, we will be able to drive our '25 Odyssey without getting negative attention. Thank you so much for taking care of our vehicle! P.S. You know a repair shop is legitimate when their employees roll up in cars that are very well maintained aesthetically and internally. Some employees drove older 90s cars that were very well taken care of and that same care is shown in their work!

This photo was what I submitted when requesting a mobile repair quote, and the damage is centered…read moreon the reflector itself, along with dents above and below it. The repair quote I received did not specifically exclude the reflector repair, and it included a charge for "additional materials." Because of that, I reasonably believed the visible reflector damage was included as part of the repair. When I called the office before making the appointment, they didn't tell me that the reflector itself will not be fixed. When the technician arrived, he informed me that they could only repair the dents above and below the reflector, and that the damaged reflector itself was not included. When I called Bumper Buddies for clarification, I was told that because I, as the customer, did not specifically request reflector repair, it was not included in the quote even though the dents directly above and below the reflector were included. As a customer, I relied on professionals' expertise to evaluate the photos and provide an accurate estimate. If a major visible part of the damage was not included, that should have been communicated with the customer or clearly stated in the quote rather than assumed to be excluded. It's not unreasonable for customer to expect the communication of "hey, I see your reflector was also damaged, but we cannot fix the reflector itself, but we can fix the dent above and below it". The repair quote may have matched their internal interpretation of the estimate, but it did not match a customer's reasonable expectation based on the photos submitted. During my follow-up call with Nick, he repeatedly stated that it's a "communication error" and the quote did not include reflector replacement because I had not specifically requested it. That explanation raised even more concerns for me. As a customer, I relied on their expertise to identify and quote the visible damage shown in the photos. I should not be expected to name every individual damaged part or anticipate every technical detail in order to receive an accurate quote. If I had the professional knowledge to identify every repair item myself, I likely would not have needed their service in the first place. That is exactly why I turned to them for an estimate. Based on this experience, I would not feel confident on any future estimates from them unless every single item is spelled out in writing beforehand.
