Based on our estimate we were expecting it to take at least 6 hours, and cost is largely based on how much time it takes, so they saved us hundreds of dollars by being so quick. They unloaded everything at my new apartment and then continued on to unload my daughter's belongings at her new place. Thankfully, both of the new buildings had elevators, it was a big job. They moved everything where it needed to be, and even helped arrange our upstairs living room area to make it completely functional.
