I don't usually leave reviews like this, but people deserve to know who they're dealing with…read more All In One Moving & Storage promotes themselves with the phrase "In Jesus' name we move." As someone who takes faith seriously, I find that deeply offensive given how this company actually conducts business. There is absolutely nothing about my experience that reflects honesty, integrity, or accountability--values that are foundational to Christianity. Using faith as a marketing tool while operating like this is misleading at best. After my move, multiple items were lost and damaged. I went through their claims process in good faith and ultimately signed a settlement agreement for $1,549. The company confirmed in writing that payment would be processed within 3-4 weeks. It has now been over nine weeks, and I have received no payment and no meaningful communication. At this point, I've had to escalate the situation beyond the company itself. I am in active discussions with the Fort Belvoir transportation office, and this company's handling of claims and failure to pay is being reviewed in the context of their eligibility to continue handling military PCS moves. Service members and their families deserve far better than this. Let me be clear: this is no longer about the money. It is about principle. A company that signs a settlement agreement and then ignores it is not operating in good faith. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be pursuing legal action for breach of contract. If you are considering using this company--especially for a military move--I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that will treat you with honesty and respect. This is not one of them.

I retained legal counsel to send a letter stating that I was going to initiate legal action if the…read moreagreed settlement was not paid. The demand letter from the attorney generated an immediate response within a day, rather than the weeks I spent from March to June I spent trying to get a hold of someone at the company by phone messages or emails, none of which were returned in the last two months. A settlement check was issued in early July and sent a week later following the correspondence with the attorney. I have every reason to believe that without the attorney's involvement, no such check would've been issued. Keep a copy of all your correspondence with the company should you have to do the same. Make sure it's in writing.

DC Moving Inc completed my cross‑country move from Arlington, VA to Seattle, WA in just 4 days!!!…read more 4 days!I! I first requested a quote in late December before I even had a new apartment lined up. Their online tool made it easy to get an initial estimate without an in‑home visit, and Dasha (and sometimes Lilith) answered all my questions over the following weeks. A month later, when I was ready for an in‑person assessment, they honored my original quote even though my inventory had changed (many more smaller boxes, one less big piece of furniture). They visited on a Thursday and scheduled pickup for the next Tuesday. A team of three loaded everything in under two hours (right after Winter Storm Fern). I arrived in Seattle on Saturday, and the driver called 15 minutes after I had picked up my keys from the leasing office (I am not kidding). Despite my building having no loading dock, he found a workable spot, unloaded everything, and rebuilt my furniture solo in about 4.5 hours total. The original delivery window was up to two weeks, so four days was beyond anything I expected. I'm incredibly impressed and highly recommend DC Moving Inc for long‑distance moves.

Price was a very reasonable flat rate and the best quote i received. But the stars of the move was Toivo and John . They are a fast and experienced guys and did I mention they was fast !! Last night at 7:45 pm I called Brian F. for help moving some items out of a storage unit…read more I had previously arranged this with ReSupply -Habitat for Humanity's service for items they cannot use in their ReStores. They confirmed the night before, that morning, at 2 pm, at 3 pm, at 3:30 pm and at 3:48 pm they said they weren't coming. This was already after canceling the first day and moving the pick-up out 3 days. Needless to say I was in a sweat. The unit had to be empty the day ReSupply bagged on me. I got a 1 day extension from the storage facility to avoid paying for another full month. So - back to Brian at Suburban Solutions. He answered his personal phone at 7:45pm and was personable and promised they would help. Today (31 Aug 2023) at 1:30 pm, he and 3 fellows showed up as promised at the storage facility and took away some heavy furniture and drove it off to be donated. Above and beyond what I wished for... I am very happy. A+ Brian!

AVOID! DRIVER FELL ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL, $48K OF PROPERTY DAMAGED, REPEATEDLY LIED TO BY OWNER…read more This was our 3rd move with Suburban Solutions. I now wish that number was 0. Here's why: - They got into a major accident destroying much of our stuff - They lied about it straight to our faces in an attempt to cover it up - They told us they would cover the repair costs but then backed out for most costs Suburban Solutions is the worst and most dishonest company I've ever done business with. See excruciating details and cringe-worthy photos below, then decide whether this is the company you want to entrust with the contents of your home. First, the Suburban Solutions driver got into a major accident causing major damage. Brian, the OWNER of Suburban Solutions, called to say the damage was limited to front corner of the truck, and that he would take care of repairing the broken furniture. He said the driver was run off the road by another vehicle. Then he provided misinformation about the date and location making it harder to track down the police report (which told the truth of what actually happened - yeah, keep reading!). When our property arrived, the damage was much more severe. Several furniture pieces were broken beyond repair and almost all were battered. Most of our smaller items had been repacked into new boxes - along with dirt and weeds from the side of the road. Once he realized the extent of the damage, Brian reneged, saying he would only cover repairs for some (cheaper) items. He found vendors he said were rated 4.9, but they were 4.1. One vendor we called said they FIRED HIM as a client because they refused to do business the way he was trying to get them to. He told us the items would be fully repaired, but behind our back he told those vendors to only fix things minimally and ignore any dents, scratches, etc. We were without a sofa for weeks while he said repairs were in progress. We later learned he had refused to authorize the repairs so instead the sofa just sat there untouched. Our items were in pristine condition at the time of the move and Brian personally commented on how beautifully maintained everything was during the walkthrough. Thankfully, our renter's insurance applied, but when our claims adjustor spoke to him, he lied yet again, telling them that the pieces were in bad shape initially, hoping to deflect responsibility. Hold on, it gets better! A week after the move, the driver texted us to inform us that Brian had actually been LYING the whole time and had required him to play along! The driver had fallen asleep at the wheel while going 70mph. The truck overturned and the top of the truck broke off completely. Our stuff was smashed and dumped all over the side of the road. We were finally able to obtain the police report which confirmed the driver's version of the facts. This happened in the middle of the afternoon on day 2 of the journey after the driver picked up his cousin using the moving truck on day 1. Why was his cousin with him at all? And what were they doing the night before that caused him to doze off at 4pm? Regardless, according to the driver, he had called Brian an hour before the accident to tell him he was falling asleep, but Brian told him to keep going anyway. Brian has since fired the driver and reported to FMCSA that the driver has a "medical condition" that should prohibit him driving in the future. This was never disclosed to us, and if Brian knew about it, then why was he on the road in the first place? Or was this just another tactic for him to deflect blame away from himself? Look, accidents happen 1 in 10,000 times and we drew the short straw. It sucks. It's a low risk for you. But the outrageous lies that followed (and perhaps even led to the accident) were intentional, unprofessional, and fraudulent. Suburban Solutions lied then doubled down to save face after throwing our stuff - and our lives - into complete chaos for the next 6 weeks. They treated their previously loyal customers like total chumps. Hopefully this review and our formal complaint to BBB proves how badly their attempted cover-up backfired. In case Brian tries to reply to this and explain things off with more lies or sugarcoating, I've included photos of the state of our items, written exchanges with him (contact info redacted, of course), text exchanges with the driver (same), and the police report itself. Take a look for yourself. Then ask yourself: Are you willing to risk that this same thing happens to you? Are you willing to do business with a company whose owner will lie directly to your face after wrecking your life? You and your belongings deserve better. And Suburban Solutions deserves to be out of business.

We used Patton's Moving to move us 15 minutes away from our current house. The move was today - May…read more22, 2026. Their employee, Tyler, came to our house and looked over everything we had to move and gave us a price of $1750 to move 2 beds (frame and mattresses), 2 nightstands, 8 dressers, a washer and dryer, and 1 mirror and a small chest freezer. We also had another quote for $1200 from a competing company. I told Tyler, the estimator, that the other price was $1200 and he said, "let me see what I can do" and then offered to do the job "all in at $1425.". All we had to do was leave our $200 deposit & we'd get a call from scheduling. The price fair and we shook his hand and left the $200 deposit. A few days passed, and no one had called to schedule a time for the move. We called them yesterday, the day before the move, to see when the movers would arrive. They told us that our time was between 8 AM and 9 AM. They arrived around 8:30 today. We met the movers -Carlos, the lead mover, Juan, and Jesner. The gentlemen were just awesome. They were professional, hard working, excellent at making sure our items were placed where we wanted them, and they were so kind. They are the only positive part of Patton Moving. When they finished the job, Carlos provided us a bill for almost $2300. We explained to him that Tyler had quoted $1425 for everything. To get this fixed, we needed to call the office. The owner was so incredibly rude and argumentative. He told us that quotes are "just ideas" and he demanded payment. We explained that there was absolutely no information, spoken or written, that covered this. We reiterated that Tyler told us that we were "all in at $1425..." and shook Tyler's hand. The owner remained belligerent and started telling us that the movers didn't have lunch and had to walk 36 steps to get into our house and it took longer than expected to move us and to pay him. He was extremely unprofessional and treated us as if it was OUR fault that their employee lied to us and misquoted the job. We are the customer and Tyler had ample opportunity to walk our home, see our furniture, and provide us with a price. Tyler demonstrated that either he is awful at quoting jobs, or he is awful at it AND he engages in what I believe are devious business practices. The owner must also engage in these devious practices as he did not listen to a word we said. Tyler did us wrong when he lowered our price just to get the job. He told us "all in" it was $1425.00. He said nothing about mileage, additional hours, or that your "quote" was floating. Never in my life have I had a "floating" quote for moving. He walked through our house with us, gave us a price, and we shook hands. I felt horrible for the gentleman who did our physical moving for us. They were just awesome. Patton Moving does not deserve to have such good people working for them. I'd hire all three of them to work for me any day! My husband agreed to split the difference with them, and yes, we did get screwed over. Legally, we didn't have to pay it. I would've preferred to see them in court than pay a company that sends people out to give low ball quotes with nothing else disclosed, then bills them frivolously and fraudulently. My husband just wanted an end to the stress so he paid - although now he regrets that. We paid more that "splitting the difference" because they also didn't credit our $200 deposit. I'll be contacting them about this and will update my review. Another tactic. Incredible. As a business owner, I would be mortified if a customer walked away misled, baited, and lied to. Tyler - you should be fired. To the owner, you should too. To Carlos, Juan, and Jesner. Thank you. - the owner replied to my review and said that there were "things that were not disclosed" in the walk through that made our final bill higher. Tyler was in my house and saw everything that needed to be moved. We told him about the other house re: location and where furniture would go. The owners reply our blame on me for a bad quote and he said that there was extreme distance for the movers to go from the truck to the house. This simply isn't true. He also said my husband was rude when he called to talk about the bill. My husband was not at all rude. From the moment the owner picked up the phone, he was aggressive and my husband called him out on his rudeness which made the owner even more aggressive. This company is not one with integrity and I cannot believe what we experienced from the shady tactics to the treatment from the rude owner and his lies. Buyer beware. What I've written is the truth. This company failed at providing an accurate quote, provided not 1 small print sentence regarding additional billing, they refused to be accountable, and both Tyler and the owner were incredibly unprofessional.
