I've been renting safe deposit boxes for my entire adult life, and the experience has usually been…read moreunremarkable. Recently, I needed a place to store my valuables while putting my house up for sale, and all of the local banks either didn't have any boxes available or sounded so indifferent that I didn't feel comfortable leaving my valuables there. I found Commonwealth Vault through Yelp, and the reviews were uniformly positive. "No, this can't be right," I thought. "People aren't enthusiastic about safe deposit box companies." But I gave it a try, and the reviews were spot on. This is a fantastic company. The owner Bryant treats you with such courtesy, patience, and helpfulness that he was more like a concierge. He described my options thoroughly. He made sure that I was comfortable with what I was paying for. He never tried to up-sell or use high-pressure tactics. It was one of the most positive experiences I've ever had from *any* company. I strongly recommend Commonwealth Vault and would be happy to use them again.
