So yeah I didn't "sleep" on the mattress until well after 24-hours just because it was soaking wet when y'all left the first time. And I would also say that when I contacted you that I informed you about possible urine smells and stains either on my carpet or my mattress from my dog. It wasn't until you all returned that you then decided to use the UV light which you should have done the first time y'all came out to pin point the areas. So besides the stairs and the mattress you had to redo my room still smells and stains still remain on my carpet. And you also commented that my carpet is old as if I asked and didn't know that myself. So yeah you came back and "cleaned" the mattress but besides that nothing else was done correctly.

They were very responsive to my initial inquiry and were able to accommodate our request to arrive 15 minutes earlier than they originally wanted to come out. In addition to the great job they did in cleaning our carpet, what separates Stainbusters is their attention to detail and the little extras they did. For example, they used a dark light to first see if there were any hidden animal stains (we have 2 dogs). Also, they made sure to raise our furniture while the carpet dried. Ms. Foxley inspected our home, did a thorough assessment (so we thought) and was well aware that we had six dogs. Based on her supposed professional assessment she elected to enter into a contractual agreement for a one time deep clean @ $440.30 and every other week regular cleaning service @ $151.80 per cleaning. Ms. Foxley had every opportunity to NOT enter into a contract based on her own professional assessment, but instead gave us the terms mentioned above and scheduled our deep clean for 2/5/24. After her 4 person team completed the deep clean on 2/5 we also gave them an $80.00 tip, bringing our total cost for the deep clean to $520.30. On 2/6/24 we got a call from Ms. Foxley to notified us that Total Clean Freaks would not be returning to do any further cleaning due to the dog hair and the wear and tear on their vacuum cleaner. Ms. Foxley did her own inspection, assessment and pricing and still backed out on our mutually agreed to service contract. Let this be a warning to other potential customers. Ms . Foxley and Total clean Freaks are not a reputable company and may back out on the agreed to services .
