    Caesar Salad

Why 4 stars? Because the pizza was a nice final meal of our vacation. --- --- --- I was in Southern California for a week and ate like it was my job. 2145 Eats was our final stop before heading to the airport and calling it a vacation. We intended to go somewhere else initially, but pivoted to this. We ordered a margherita pizza, a prosciutto and burrata pizza and a caesar salad. All of it was really solid. We almost didn't order the prosciutto and burrata because it was sauce-less, but we ended up enjoying it. The salad might have been the best thing on the table, which is no slight against the pizza, but more about how enjoyable the salad was. Overall, we enjoyed our final stop. The parking lot is tiny and is valet-only, for $8, FYI.

We stopped for dinner after failing to find a parking space at a nearby taco shop before a film festival showing at OCC. Parking was limited, especially considering the size of the restaurant, though this may be an issue to restaurants in this part of Costa Mesa. The waiter recommended the blue cheese honey pizza and it was great, albeit a tad too sweet for my tastebuds. The dough was delicious, but their baking process was not perfect -- see the giant burnt bubbles in the center of our pizza and crust (far beyond the typical "leopard spotting" on Neapolitan pizza). We also ordered a ribeye and it was fantastic. The purple mashed potatoes were a colorful treat. Our service was good, but kitchen turn around time was slower than expected. If you're on a time crunch, like we were, save this place for a casual date night. I'd love to come back and see if the burnt pizza was a one off.

We went to 2145 Eats after a workout and I couldn't think of a better meal. It was absolutely delicious! The pork belly is definitely one of the show stoppers there, we were OBSESSED with the flavor. The argula and dressing complimented the pork belly nicely. I also loved the garlic pizza we got, I am a huge fan of garlic and it had such a good amount! Our other pizza was delicious too, but I do prefer the garlic one better. The fries were also delicious, with a nice crunch and some house made sauces to compliment them. Since it just opened up, there was plenty of room for us and we were seated quickly. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and it was pretty cool given there's shade in that area. Would definitely come back again!!

Such a cute date night/hang out spot! We went on a Tuesday & they do a special martini menu for Tuesday nights. The outdoor seating area was so comfortable - perfect spot to get together with friends! Our server Hailey was so sweet and the food came out so quickly & was so amazing. We got their burrata snack as an appetizer, it was a 10/10 and we ate it too quickly to get a pic. The mushroom pizza & caesar salad were delicious and tasted so fresh. I can't wait to go back and try more pizzas!

Ohhhh yeahhhh! Finally got to check this off my list. Their food does not disappoint!! The cocktails are beautifully crafted and they taste amazing!!! Their Caesar was delicious and large!! Enough to share! The pizzas!! We got 3 different ones to share and they were all delicious!!! My favorite was the Calabrese with hot honey. The sausage one was our other fave. Parking is valet or you can find parking across the street.

A really cool spot with great food and drinks. Came on a Thursday night around 5:30 and there was no wait. Sat on the back patio which had heaters. Dog friendly restaurant FYI. Our server, either Melissa or Marissa, was awesome. Very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. She was perfectly attentive and just an all around great server which is not altogether common nowadays. We had the Brussels sprouts which were so good but a smaller portion than I expected. That could have been because they were on HH. The blue honey pizza was amazing too! Great flavor combo. Loved the crust!! Wood burning ovens are a totally different experience than I'm used to- the crust is almost like naan bread and not a typical pizza crust. Would I come back? Probably not because I live in Laguna niguel but I would recommend this restaurant to those who have never been. My Paloma was delicious too!

    Valet only parking.

Food is good, service is excellent. Restaurant is very rustic style, Great for a quick bite - whether solo or group. Great pizza. The garlic cheese bread is very salty. Meat balls are ok. It's been a couple of years since we've been here cuz it's such a hassle to get here, location wise, plus it's valet only parking.

The pizza dough it's great, however I am not impressed nor will I be returning. The Tiger Shrimp Pasta was so gross, we had to have it remade. The Mushroom Pizza is the best thing on the menu probably. The marinara sauce is too thin & watery on all the other pizzas. The Cesar Salad is alright, nothing special. The Fries saved the day because they were amazing but why tf are they $10? lmao. Servers were a mess, so unorganized. We got so many items on the house because they messed up on so many things.

Diavola pizza was amazing! That's a mezcal cocktail, packaged in a dainty wrapper. Like brass knuckles in a velvet bag.

It's a cool place, with a relaxed but special vibe. There's a full bar with a strong craft cocktail menu. Neapolitan pizza with great salads and appetizers. Serviced is friendly and attentive. It's on the slightly pricey side, but the vibe is there if you're looking for a casual night out with a little sparkle.

Came here for dinner last Thursday. Good food and service. Haven't been here in a while but my hubs was here with his friend a week ago and enjoyed it. Valet parking only but if you don't mind walking and getting some steps, it's right next to a residential area where there's plenty of street parking. We had a couple of appetizers that were good - melon (honey dew) and prosciutto and brussel sprouts. For entrees, we ordered salmon and Gabagool pizza (with cured pork, hot honey, basil and San Marzano marinara).

We were in the area and craving Neapolitan pizza. Thankfully the wait was minimal and we were seated quickly. Service was helpful and our pizzas came out fast. The main dining area is a covered patio so their gas heaters were crucial to keep the diners comfortable. We all really enjoyed our pizzas although I personally felt like the dough ratio was too much for me.

Yummy pizza! Came on a Friday night and the OC weather was just perfect. I was able to join the Yelp waitlist so we were seated right away after checking-in in person. We ordered drinks, fries, and two pizzas: The Spicy Salami and the Gabagool. For my drink, I had the Costa Mesa Mai Tai. It tasted delicious, I could barely taste the alcohol, but boy oh boy was it strong for one drink. LOVED IT. By the end of dinner, I was feeling goooood haha Now the pizzas were terrific! Slightly upscale without being too extravagant for a pizza. The crust was FABULOUS! I normally skip eating the end crusts but this crust was sooo fluffy and tasted delicious dipped in their ranch. I appreciated the beautiful char and leoparding on the pizzas. Between the two, our entire table preferred the Gabagool. Such good pizza! Service was a little slow. But our server ended up being such a sweetheart so I truly can't complain. Overall, a fun restaurant! I'd definitely come back and have more pizza!!!

Came here for dinner with a bunch of friends. There is valet parking at their lot but they told us to park at the lot across the street for free which we did. We ordered a bunch of appetizers which I did not care for but the pizzas were amazing. The combinations and toppings were unique and the dough was excellent. Would definitely come back.

The vibes are still intimate and drinks are still strong which is AWESOME. I noticed they expanded the space a bit toward the back recently to offer a little more seating. It's great so that each patron/party has a comfortable, undisturbed experience. It's not a crowded, loud, or messy type of bar. Love that they initially provide us with water before we order. Old Fashioned was fragrant and smooth. Orange peel scent was pleasantly present throughout the drink - they used a spray instead of zest - impressive! My partner prefers his whiskey with stronger flavor than the default Makers Mark though he might ask for a different whiskey next time. *RATED 8/10 Fuzzy Navel was sweet and flavorful just as I like it. Major points for the foam being vegan-friendly as is. The foam texture is fun and very peach forward. The Cheong (Korean fruit preserve) is apparently different sometimes - this time, it was blueberry. First time taking my boyfriend here and he LOVED the experience. We'll be back!

You can make reservations on Yelp, and there is also a Yelp live wait list. We visited during happy hour (Tuesday thru Friday from 4pm to 6pm) to take advantage of their food specials. We had the coconut shrimp ($12, but $7 during happy hour) which are always good. We also had some fries ($7, but $5 during happy hour). They were good and a generous portion. She wanted to try the vegan (cauliflower) salt & vinegar wings ($14, but $9 during happy hour). They were breaded and fried well, but had very little flavor. There was just a light sprinkle of a salt & vinegar seasoning. More salt and a dash of malt vinegar on them, or a side of malt vinegar would have made them a lot better. The happy hour food was a good value and got something in our stomachs. My first cocktail was the Wilderness Badge (Tequila, Lemongrass, Basil, Bergamot, Lemon, $17). This was by far my favorite. I love Italicus liqueur and this drink had great bergamot flavor up front with a light basil flavor from the basil infused tequila. It was very balanced and I would have never guessed this was a tequila based cocktail. She started out with the Sasquatch Sighting (Jamacian Overproof Rum, Cynar, Mango, Molasses, Lime, $17). This was balanced, with a light bitterness and light sweetness with mango flavor. Next, I tried The Lost Camper (Demerara Rum, Thai Green Tea, Pineapple, Coconut, Lime, $16). It was a pineapple bomb with a hint of coconut. I didn't like it at all and actually sent it back. I did think the skeleton arm and hand swizzle stick was cool. It is served with the hand at the bottom, but I took the picture with it sticking out. Instead, I had the Black Sands from the regular cocktail menu (Bali Hai Pineapple Rum, Diplomatica Reserve Rum, Pineapple, Orange, Guava, Lime, Coco, charcoal, $18). It is served with a flaming lime and sugar cube. I've had this several times and love it. It has a great funky complex flavor. Next, she had the Naked & Afraid (Mezcal, Campari, Smoked Pineapple, Serrano, Passionfruit, Lemon, $17). This was really good with a great complex mix of smoke and bitterness with a little heat. She gulped it down, and I was lucky to get a few sips. We decided to share the last new cocktail, the Scouts Honor (Vokda, Peach, Mandarin, Orgeat, Lime, $16) so we could say we tried them all. It looks nice with a bright orange color, but it was very sweet and peach forward with a hint of orange. Our server Crystal was great, very friendly and provided great service. We started collecting mugs recently, and we bought the Belly of the Beast Monstro mug ($62) to take home. BOTB is their Pinocchio themed speakeasy in the back (separate reservation required). They also have several other Stowaway branded mugs available. This visit was definitely better than our last few. As far as the five new Summer Camp cocktails, two were excellent, one was good, one was ok, and one was not good. The food was good, and is a great value during happy hour.
