I had to go to urgent care, where they confirmed I had an infection and prescribed some antibiotics. When I walked into the nail salon and saw flies and ants I probably should have known to just leave. I don't understand all the reviews saying the salon is so clean because that was not my experience at all. Unfortunately I took the chance since the place had good reviews but now I'm paying for it. My friend has a specific nail tech she likes there, so if there's someone there you like, that you know does a good job, that might be different. But still, I say go somewhere else unless you want to risk an infection.

I was able to make a same day appointment on their website as long as it was a 4 hour advance notice. I loved this! I chose the date, time, service and picked a nail tech. The nail salon is in a small strip mall, don't blink you'll miss the turn in. I was greeted with a huge smile, which made me happy and put me at ease. I mean I felt like I was cheating on my regular nail people! They gave me the gel colors to look at and I was impressed with their selection. I waited about 10 minutes to be seen, which wasn't bad at all. Chan was the person I chose to do my nails. She was absolutely fantastic! She talked to me the whole time I was there and made me feel so comfortable. Everyone that walked through the doors, she addressed and knew by name, so I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks she's fantastic. She was very quick and thorough with my nails. She made sure I was happy with the length, shape and the color before she moved on to the next step. This was very appreciated. The price was on point. The job was done well and timely. The ease of getting an appointment and not having to sit on the phone is a huge plus. I will definitely be back and will continue to see Chan for my nails.

They have all of the newest nail colors, dips, gel colors. They have 4 different pedicures, I believe we chose the deluxe one. It was very relaxing, the massage chair was great. The atmosphere was perfect, the music wasn't too loud and I had SNS done on my nails. While I was getting my pedicure I started looking at their other Yelp reviews I saw the beautiful nail art and I couldn't help myself but to request if I could get a couple nails done. I love the way they file and shave the cuticles. The nails look so clean and well manicured. Also, they file to perfection. No sloppy, rushed, uneven or lumpy acrylic job. That means a lot to me so I always try to go here as my first option. They close at 7pm and are busy most of the time. That and the prices are a tiny tad bit higher than usual. We specifically stated the Basic Package, which is $31 (they had "31$" on their placards, which drives me INSANE), yet by the end of it we got swindled into paying the $41 package + $15 for gel polish. I have never experienced an upcharge for gel before- wth. And the extra $10? We didn't experience anything unusual or extraordinary as compared to all other pedicures we have gotten. Despite Kim's service, we won't be back.
