Stopped here on July 1, 2019. Food and service were excellent! I had the Seasonal Salad with Blackened Salmon. I have had salmon several times now and at different 110 Grill locations and for some reason it is always perfect. This restaurant knows how to cook salmon! Others in our party had a perfectly cooked burger and the Roasted Beet Salad. Everyone was pleased. We also enjoyed an appetizer of fried pickles which can be made gluten free. My daughter is a vegan with a gluten allergy so 110 Grill is an easy choice for us as there are options for her. Erika was our server and she was friendly and efficient. Was at 110 yesterday and sat at the bar. Being it was Father's Day, I expected a wait. What I didn't expect was to be ignored by the female bartender. I sat there for 20 minutes before being acknowledged. The male bartender had to tell her to serve me. She was running like around and doing nothing. The bar was half full; therefore, it's not that she was very busy. The male bartender was waiting bar and making drinks for the wait staff. I finished my cocktail and wanted a glass of wine. After waiting again for 15 minutes, I asked the male bartender for my wine. I will say, I had a very good steak salad. I will go again, but will not sit at the bar if she's working the bar. read more

Our server Maureen, was excellent and accommodating to our requests! She was great with our two little girls as well. The food was delicious! Me and my husband both got burgers and they were SO juicy and tasty. My daughter got the quesadilla and it was a nice fluffy dough not a super thin tortilla. She loved it. I like that they had options for sides like celery and carrots, cucumbers or seasonal vegetables. PLUS fries , sweet potato fries or rice. We will definitely be back! read more

Such a let down. We have been coming in every Friday night for the past few weeks. Seeing how busy it's been I knew to make reservations. I made dinner reservations for 2 people for Friday night at 6:30. We got there early and had to wait, which was fine. By 6:45 we still hadn't been seated. We were able to then get two seats at the bar. 7:00pm, still not seated so we ordered an appetizer. 8:30pm still not seated. When we asked the hostess her response was 'oh did you want to be seated?' ... well yes that's why we made reservations!!! We ended up eating our dinner at the bar and the burgers were good. I gave it two stars because the bar tenders were great. I'm very disappointed with the lack of care by the hostess when we expressed our disappointment in being forgotten. I doubt we will be going back any time soon. read more

First restaurant my wife and I have dined at in over a year since pandemic. We chose the Saugus location on a Sunday around 2 in afternoon assuming it wouldn't be busy and it wasn't. Waitress took our drink order and brought us our drinks about 15 minutes later and took our food order. Twenty minutes later she brought our food. We were looking to enjoy a few drinks with dinner since that's what we missed most about getting take out only for last 14 months. Not so fast, our waitress disappeared and mind you restaurant not busy at all. Finally long after the time we wanted to order another drink and had finished eating she finally shows up with our check in her hand and inquires if we want another round. We said yes about 30 minutes ago but it's way too late now and since you're handing us our check. She got all bent out of shape as though she were the offended party. Didn't offer us a doggie bag even though we had a good amount of food leftover. Food was ok but service wasn't, not sure we'll give them another chance. read more

We went to 110 grille and unfortunately the food wasn't very good. My friend and I both had onion soup without any bread, which was strange. The soup had no flavor, taste. The steak tips had no flavor nor taste. The chicken cordon blue had no taste this sandwich wasn't your typical stuffed chicken with cheese and ham in fact the chicken had one slice of ham on top and one slice of cheese. All you tasted was chicken. The prices were expensive and very limited parking!! I strongly DON'T recommend this restaurant read more

Decent place food wise. Atmosphere wise very good if your getting drinks on a weekend night, food was just above average I got steak tips and they weren't a thing special. My dad got steak and it was undercooked and below average, not the spot if your just looking for good food, good variety for drink menu and solid atmosphere if your looking to get boozed up read more

All three meals tonight were not good. I requested my burger cooked medium and it came very well done. My wife's steak tips again were ordered medium and came well done. Our friend's burger was ordered without grilled onions but came with onions. She sent it back and the replacement came with you guessed it grilled onions. Totally unacceptable. Today was my first time at 110 Grill. I've heard so much about this chain and stopped for lunch at the newly open Saugus location. Our server Cass was great. The first words after introducing herself was to inquire about any food allergy. Very important to me since my wife has an egg allergy. Lunch was great. Service was even better. Great menu. Had a wonderful lunch with Allene as our server. She was wonderful, and the food was delicious! Hubby had the special filet and scallops with potato cake (YUM) and asparagus. I'm so disappointed with this place. Four of us went on Tuesday evening and experienced THE SLOWEST service I have ever had. We had already finished our appetizers before the waitress even remembered to take our dinner orders. The three people I was with received their food and my meal didn't come out for three more minutes. Also when my food arrived (Pulled pork sandwich and asian noodle salad) the sandwich was room temperature, not hot, and the bottom bun was soggy. The asian noodle salad was a giant congealed lump in the bowl. It looked like the noodles had been sitting packed in a container for a long time and someone just dumped them into the bowl and didn't even bother to fluff them up to look presentable. When we told the waitress about my disappointing meal (and we said it very nicely) she didn't even apologize or ask if I wanted anything else, she just took the plate and walked away. My family agreed we will never return. read more

Came to this location for the first time tonight. The food is so good! Very nice atmosphere. My server and her trainee were great. I believe it was Erica and Bo. They were helpful and friendly. Came in on Saturday evening for dinner and some cocktails. This was our first visit here. We ordered our drinks and waited over 25 minutes, at this time we ordered our appetizer, salads, and our entrees. After waiting for some time, I had asked our server about the salads and the appetizers. 10 minutes later, everything came out all at once... We were sitting at the high top tables and continually kept being bumped into by staff, backside of the servers literally on my table. At one point, even a staff members hair was grazing my salad as her back was turned to me... Coincidentally, the couple sitting next to us also received their drinks, appetizers and meals all at the same time. A server had bumped into the chair next to me, spilling a full shaker all over the floor. He cleaned it up and left the ice on the floor.... Deciding that weren't going to stay for desert and just asked for the check, giving our server a credit card and he returns with no pen. The overall experience was very chaotic to say the least. read more

Well done, 110 Grill! Tonight was our first experience dining here. We made a reservation on Open Table and were sat right away upon arrival. Danny was our server. He greeted us right away and asked if we had ben to 110 Grill before, which we had not. He told us all about the menu and what was great. We started with the wedge salad and fried pickles. The Wedge Salad was top notch. Great combo of bacon, blue cheese fresh iceberg and bacon with a drizzle of balsamic to really tie all the flavors together. I got the Chimichurri steak and my husband got the rib eye. They were both fabulous. Super tender, perfectly cooked and well flavored. I have to say I could have done without the seasoning on the fries because it over powered the chimichurri sauce. The service was the best part of our experience. Danny helped guide our menu decisions. He was super knowledgeable. Danny was just the right blend of personality and professional. A top notch server indeed! Just returned from dinner. Two meatloaf dinners, one fish and chips and one classic cheeseburger. Person who ordered burger gave a perfect description of the restaurant: "upscale 99." The noise level was high; couldn't carry on a normal conversation. Wait staff over-eager; it's nice to have attention, but we were bombarded. Meatloaf good, but smoky glaze brought it out of plain old American comfort food and into Tex-Mex. The meat itself was tasty and moist, but the piece of meatloaf came with no sauce. I asked for anything in the kitchen that would serve as a sauce and was brought a thimbleful of what was called a Jameson sauce, but which tasted of heated milk. No flavor at all; both meatloaf people agreed. It served to moisten the meatloaf when you put it on a fork with the garlic mashed potatoes (good), but did little to raise the level of the dish. The side serving of broccoli was fresh, plain, cooked perfectly. I added some butter. (You have to request plain butter; garlic butter is served with the mediocre bread.) The onion strings were like frozen rings that had not been cooked enough. Insipid, bland, just shy of soggy.... They need to be cooked a lot longer; it may raise them to acceptable, but I'm not sure it will. The fish and chips were good, crispy cod and nice French fries. Large piece of fish, too many fries. A drop of cole slaw and a thimbleful of tartar sauce. My friend liked the tartar sauce. The person who ordered the burger was satisfied with it, but it was not over the top for any reason. He was the one who came up with the "upscale 99" tag. The beet salad was good, ample enough to give all of us a taste before the entree arrived. A little light on the beets, though. Would I go back? I suppose, although right at the moment I don't know what for. If I had a choice, I'd take The Cheesecake Factory; There is nothing calling me back to Grill 110. read more

First time customer, upon entering the restaurant it was clean and had an open atmosphere. The waitress was wonderful and fast, my gripe was a few lunch specials we ordered. 1.) The $25.00 lobster roll, when it came out it appeared to be over loaded with lobster. I found out fast it was all an illusion, what they did was pack in the bun full of lettuce and put a few small scoops of lobster on top. 2). The fish and chips was all batter, very thin cod slices and was over cooked so when you tried to eat it , it just fell apart, 3.) The chicken nacho's had no fillers (sour cream, lettuce , beans, chili ect..) and very skimpy on the meat. Done first and last time there. very disappointed. paid 150.00 for a Sunday brunch, never again. read more

To be honest I didn't even eat the food. A few friends of mine live in the apartments next door, and I visited with my dog who is 4 months 6 pounds. We wanted to grab food and some drinks and figured 110 was really convenient. We called and asked if it was ok to bring the dog. They said yes it's fine. We arrive and I wait outside while my friends go in to tell them we have the dog and to see the best way to the patio. They advised us to walk around and met the host at our table. Not a minute after sitting someone walked up to us and told us it was illegal to have a dog on a patio in MA. This is a compleat lie as I have been to many restaurants with patios that are dog friendly. You can google lists of Best pet friendly restaurants in Boston. It's not illegal. Then when we said we just called and asked she gave us a nasty look and told us we didn't. She suggested leaving the dog in the car and coming back to eat. What a moron. I didn't catch a name but she was a 50ish year old woman who sounded like she smokes 3 packs of Newport's week. I felt bad for our server as we had to tell him we needed to leave and then he got sat with 3 kids. Prob went from a $250 tab to a $50 one. If we didn't call and they had said yes, I'd get it, but the over all experience was bad and we will be going to other establishments in the future like the Grill house next door. read more

We were out to celebrate 2 birthdays, first dinner then a comedy show. Our reservation was for 6:30 and we arrived promptly. Sadly it took over 30 minutes to seat us. We checked in with the hostess a few times and she was aware of our frustration at the delay, so she offered to pay for a round of appetizers which was a great gesture that went far in appeasing us. We were seated pretty quickly after we last spoke to her. Our waitress, Amanda, was fabulous. We explained our time constraint due to the delay in seating and she promised to expedite the food. And she totally succeeded. The apps were great, firecracker shrimp, calamari, crab dip with homemade shrimp and fried pickles. And the entrees were scrumptious. In our group we ordered Beef stroganoff, 2 different salmon dishes, meatloaf, linguini with shrimp and clams and gnocchi. Everyone was completely pleased with their food. The drinks were generous and came promptly as promised by Amanda. All in all we enjoyed our food and service. Next time we'll dine earlier, before the Saturday evening crowds descend. read more

Hesitant to give this place an honest review because I want to keep the greatness of this place all to myself, but I have to give credit where credit is due lol. I have to begin by saying that the ambiance is great whether you're dining as a couple, with friends or family. We had 4 adults and two kids in our group and we really enjoyed being seated right at the forefront of the open kitchen and getting to see the cooks work so hard to make the most aesthetically pleasing dishes! Our mouths were watering as we saw dish after delicious dish coming from the kitchen. On to the important stuff: the food. Delicious! We ordered the Totchos (tater tots version of loaded nachos), a burger, buffalo chicken flatbread, chicken piccata, and fish and chips. We all finished our food and somehow left room for dessert. The Oreo and brownie sundae had the perfect brownie to ice cream ratio unlike most of the desserts at other restaurants. The kids even got to choose toppings for their vanilla ice cream (part of their $8 meal). Our ginger mules were perfectly executed by the bar tender. Lastly, our server was super kind and checked on us frequently. The only thing I believe needs improvement is the order in which dishes are brought to the table. We all got our meals a few minutes apart from each other and had to wait until the last person (me) to dig in. I hate to pick on that because I did see the cooks and other staff work nonstop to get dishes out but I will say the wait was well worth it. Looking forward to returning very soon! read more

Went here last night with my boyfriend and some friends for dinner and we were very impressed! Our server Rachel was actually the bartender but was helping out with a few tables. Her service was great! She was very attentive and came back frequently to always make sure we had what we needed. We started with fried pickles for an app and they were delicious! My dinner I ordered the sirloin steak. The servings are huge and you definitely get what you're paying for. The steak comes with two sides so I got the garlic mashed potato and onion strings - all very tasty. My boyfriend got the pulled pork Mac and cheese which was also great. It was a huge serving topped with onion strings. The best part about the 110 Grill is that they are a scratch kitchen so you can order anything on the menu exactly how you like it because everything is made from scratch. We will definitely be back! Such a great restaurant to take over the place of the Hilltop. read more

It was February school vacation week, we decided to visit Monday night. we didn't call ahead to make a reservation. We walked in at 6:45pm. We waited 45 minutes for a table. the restaurant was busy and we decided to hang on verses leaving. Once seated, the waiter approached the table several time just to let us know he'd "be with you shortly". his third visit he asked us "if we would like a drink"? we ordered a grey goose martini straight up extra dry and a unsweetened ice tea. The martini arrived 15 minutes later. It was a total waste of good liquor...it tasted like the bartender spilled half a jar of olive juice in it...AMATEUR. we started / ordered the BBQ Chicken Nachos. ALL CORN TORTILLA CHIPS and nothing else - NO BBQ CHICKEN, CORN AND COLD??? We ordered the Short Rib Risotto (the Risotto was great, the Short Rib had a EXTREMELY cold center?) The Chicken Piccata Gnocchi (over powering taste of LEMON AND CAPER couldn't taste the chicken and was heavily (menu said "lightly fried chicken"). I had ordered a half seasonal salad was expecting it before our entrees? it arrived seemingly as a after thought - a desert salad? Its understandable a new restaurant will have some wrinkles to iron out. Our waiter emphasized little things like "scratch kitchen" although he should of emphasized more important things like serving a hot meal ???? This was our first time to 110Grill - ALL I WILL REMEMBER IS COLD SHORT RIBS AND A HEAVY ONE TWO PUNCH OF LEMON / CAPERS. read more
