I had a great experience at Mystic Station! They bedazzle the venue according to the season and/or holidays! It is really over-the-top and absolutely worth taking a look! The food was great in the service friendly! Great idea and they are doing so many things, right! We will go back.

Happy Holidays from the most festive bar in Malden! Came early in the season to try out the new Miracle menu. Had a wonderful time at the bar with my friend. So fun, forgot to take any photos. Great festive drinks, great service and a fun time! They knocked it out of the park again this year with the decorations! Didn't get any apps, nothing GF :(

Love the Halloween decor and spooky drinks! The Eternal Thirst was a little sweet and simple, but love the presentation. We also had the poutine fries, which were pretty great. The street corn dip was ok, but more corn than dip, and a pretty small serving. We had fun!

Christmas galore!! The entire place is decked out in Christmas decorations for their portion of, "Miracle Mystic Station". We started at the bar while waiting for our table, with the nice shot, and the snowball old fashioned. These were both excellent. 10/10. We also got the Dino mixed drink. The glass was super cool, the drink was just average. For apps we had their buffalo chicken dip. This is very rich and very filling. One of the better buffalo chicken dips we have had. For the entrees I got the burger with sweet potato fries, my fiancé got the steak tips. Both entrees were also exceptional. Lastly, for dessert we got the peppermint ice cream brownie sundae. This was again, excellent. Allergy recommendation is 10/10. They are able to accommodate all allergies and do as such with confidence. Bon voyage!

This place is hit-or-miss, but when it's a hit it's a HIT. I've had the best turkey club I've ever had here, and then a week later I ordered it again and it was just okay. Same goes for the drinks. But I will say the ambience is always excellent -- I love the themed experiences/events they put on and their service is always great.

Great start to get into the Christmas spirit! From the moment you open the door, you just walk into this wonderland of lights and Xmas decor. You're greeted by to he friendly staff. We had stopped by for a couple of drinks and apps. All their drinks on the menu had their own Xmas theme to it. We had the Koala La-la-la (fa-la-la-la) it was quite busy however the staff made sure you were taken care of. Will return again!

They took time off in the late summer early fall and the new hires are honestly awful. I want to give leeway but I come about once a week and have a problem every time. Either wrong beer, waiting a hr plus for food bc she forgot to put it in, getting a bill for over $100 for a mac and cheese and beer because she didn't know how to charge correctly. She's nice but if you are at the bar the Asian female bartender should not touch your credit card. Your order might never go in with her or you might be charged hundreds more because she's charging whatever. Even the owner Brian got involved. The food quality is still top notch and I'm glad we have them but I wish there was decent consistency at the bar and at tables. I've been at tables waiting a long time since the reopening. Foods good just have patience.

Atmosphere was amazing, food and drinks were on point, but the best part was the service. Dawn was by far the sweetest and attentive and made the best drinks. Plus I'm here with the love of my life ... Tequila. Try the tower, you can't go wrong with any of the drinks

We went on Sunday night, a few days before Christmas. The wait seemed pretty long, but we ended up snagging one seat at the bar (and one of us stood the entire time). My friend hi the Christmasaurus drink and I got a plain (nonalcoholic) eggnog. He enjoyed his drink. Line tasted good but boozy- and my friend agreed. When the bartender came back over (which was a while after we got our drinks) I asked her if it was nonalcoholic and she apologized because it was not- so she made me a nonalcoholic one. The truffle burger was delicious (I got an impossible patty). I also did sweet potato fries uindhesd of regular fries. The decorations were great in the restaurant and I would definitely return- I'll just make sure to emphasize that whatever drink I get is nonalcoholic.

Such a cool spot for drinks during the holidays. The decor was absolutely stunning. Their drink menu is holiday inspired with many creative concoctions served in eye catching glassware. Service was friendly and quick. I would go back any time.

Mystic station is a great local spot to go for a drink or nice meal and located in Malden right down the street from us. We have had the opportunity to visit in the summer and have a great meal with their buffalo chicken dip and steak tips and now in the winter during their holiday themed bar. The staff are always friendly and fast with the food. They have good recommendations and always check in on you when you are eating. The holiday themed bar experience was fairly crazy though due to the high demand for seating. It was a very fun experience. The food itself is always very fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Each time I have been here we have had to take things to go and get to enjoy the food a second time. The drinks are also good. Winter had their unique festive themed drinks which were very tasty and intoxicating. Overall a solid place to go for a meal with great food and festivities. I highly recommend.

    It's a "Miracle Christmas" restaurant!

Went for the Miracle holiday experience. Lots of lights, decorations and even themed glasses with some of the drinks. It's hugely popular during the holidays so go early or expect to wait. After being seated at a table with chairs, we were asked to move a few tables back to a table with benches in the back of the restaurant. Half of us had to sit facing the very rear wall of the restaurant. When you are there to see and feel the festive atmosphere, this seating change was a big disappointment, not to mention we were uncomfortable on the benches. This was not the best treatment. There's a "Miracle Menu" with a good selection of apps, sandwiches and entrees. Service was friendly but you could tell the server had given the same informational pitch a zillion times. We share the jumbo pretzel- jumbo is an under-statement. The Steak Tips were OK but a decent sized portion. The hamburger (I forget which one) was a disappointment and the chicken sandwich was fine. As this was our second time, next year I'll be on the lookout for another restaurant with nice decorations.

Ambiance is really cool but that's not all. The food is actually very good. We went on a busy Saturday night and had to wait 45 minutes- that's to be expected. The service was great and the owner himself helped to seat us. He told us how a while back they had to shut down for a water leak for three months and he paid his employees the entire time. That shows dedication and a true genuine leader. My kids loved it and my husband and I will be back for date night soon. Make reservations! It's not to be missed.

Do you have gluten free options for vegetarians/pescataians (ie I don't eat meat but I do eat fish)?

There sure are, we have many gluten free options and our veggie burgers are vegan. Please look at our menu on our website.

Are the veggie burger and buns vegan?

I’m am sorry the veggie burgers and bun are not vegan. The only vegan options we have are some of the salads.

Hi do you guys do reservations?

Unfortunately we do not take reservations. We are a first come first serve establishment.

    Are the fries/onion rings homemade?

No, we don't make home made fries. When my wife and I opened the restaurant we took on a lot. We make our dressings, most condiments, sauces just about everything from scratch. We also hand pack our own burgers, Cut our own steak tips, roast our own… Read more

While on the smaller scale, there is an eclectic feel to the decor that makes it homey and feel like a family restaurant. The crowd varies from families to couples to groups of friends, making it a place for everyone. The service is extremely friendly and attentive, and likely one of the reasons I'd come back. We wanted to order lemon chuhai but saw it wasnt on the menu - when we asked our waitress which drink would be the closest to this, she actually told us she'd have the bartender just make it for us with lemon instead. This is just one example of how friendly the staff is. In terms of food, while pricey I did find it to be worth the value. We ordered the Thai basil stir fry with chicken which was tender and had an array of flavors and textures. We also the wagyu rice as the meat was tender, and the egg added a nice flavor. Lastly we had the A5 miyazaki zabuton- this we were able to cook ourselves and felt worth the price tag. The flavor and quality of the meat were delicious. Overall this was a fun experience with excellent service.

If you're looking for a solid weekday lunch spot, this is definitely worth a visit. For non-alcoholic drinks, the coconut matcha clouds is a must order. Super refreshing from the coconut juice with a nice creamy matcha foam on top. Really well balanced and not overly sweet. We ordered several dishes to share: Baked scallops with tom yum sauce - usually one of my favorites, but this version had too much cheese, which overpowered the flavor of the dish. Uni&wagyu toast: perfect bite if you love both Wagyu and uni! Monkfish liver - creamy, rich, and surprisingly clean tasting with no fishiness. Also reasonably priced. Picanha fried rice - the standout dish and the reason I keep coming back. Easily one of the best fried rice dishes I've had. The meat was perfectly cooked and paired beautifully with the rice. Torched salmon roll - tasty overall, but quite heavy, so good to share. Service is straightforward and efficient. Overall a great spot for catching up with friends or an easy date night.

We are not that far from Medford and it took over 45 minutes to get there (traffic was crazy!) and we were running late. I called and they were super nice and said they could hold the table for 10 minutes (we were running 5 minutes behind our reservation) and not to stress out. When we got there, they were hopping! I am sure they get a lot of pre-show people because before I could even say we had to be out of there by 7, she asked if we were going to the show and assured us we would be out way before then. My hubby and decided to go the tapas route (which is basically the majority of their menu) and it was AWESOME! We started with the Queso Fundido. I am not a chirozo fan but the hubby is so I thought I would give it a try. It worked very well with the cheese and did not over power it. We moved on to the Cheviche Amarillo, Plantano Macho stuffed with beef, and Pollo Mole. All were perfect and just the right amount of food. I think my favorite was the Cheviche which was a white fish with sweet potato. The "sauce" was a citrusy topping and so light - did not detract from other flavors. Really all three were delicious. We also tried the flan because it looked so good coming out. Fair warning that I am not a flan person but it looked so yummy. Again, it was better than I have had but still not a fan - hubby on the other had devoured it with pleasure. It is a great location as well, and the space was very cheery, clean and despite being super busy we were not on top of each other - super worth the trip!

I got the margarita de la casa with salt, it was your classic margarita, but I liked it. Smaller size. For food, we started with the tamal with pork mole, which was really tasty, and fresh. Only one per order though, at $12 a piece. The size wasn't huge either. I then ordered the arroz del mar. It was creamy rice mixed with calamari, shrimp, and octopus. I was expecting more of a cream sauce but it was more like a watery broth, with a kick. It was spicy but tolerable. I liked the flavors but it didn't hit my craving. My boyfriend got the pollo con mole which he liked but I don't think he was crazy about it. I was still hungry so we ordered the plantano macho with beef. This stuffed plantain was good, I liked the cheese on it. But again, small size.. I will say I didn't know it was tapas style until we overheard the waitress tell another table. It makes sense in hindsight but we were quite hungry and this might have deterred us from coming. Portions were small even for tapas style. I saw a group and I'm not sure how they managed without ordering a surplus of food. I overheard them order at least 7 tacos...one per order... Strong flavors and fresh ingredients, I would say that. I think this is an elevated experience for food and it was a pleasant experience, but I wouldn't rush back because I don't think the portions were worth it even for tapas style.
