I ordered a buffalo chicken calzone, a clam and scallop plate, and a cheese steak with onions for pick up. I was told 20 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later. I was told it would be a few minutes. 15 minutes later I asked what was going on with my order to be told that they had given away the calzone. They offered to deliver once it was done and I took the other food and went home. The problem is the fried seafood dinner had been sitting in a container at the bottom of a bag for almost 30 minutes at that point. It was completely soggy and ruined. The steak and cheese was at best average. I was told they would have the calzone to me in 10 to 15 minutes only to be called up in 20 minutes to be told it would be delivered here in 15 minutes. I told him to forget it , didn't need it delivered, and and I went back and picked it up as I only live two minutes from the place. This used to be our go to roast beef/seafood place but this has happened too many times. I paid over 60 bucks for an average cheesesteak, a buffalo chicken calzone that would've taken an hour and a half if I hadn't gone to pick it up a second time, and a ruined seafood dinner. The gentleman was very apologetic and I appreciate that but This is just one too many times. The inconsistency in this place is ridiculous. read more

My office orders from this place at least twice a month. Everyone is also so happy with the food. It comes quickly and is oh so delicious. Ramzi's also offers pretty generous portions so you can have a second meal! My favorites are the chicken kabob wrap, Bbq chicken calzone, and "Cobb salad with feta added, no bacon". My only quarrel is that for the Cobb salad the menu is wrong and we say every time "no blue cheese" (for our own peace of mind) and the guy will tell us it doesn't come with blue cheese the menu is wrong. This has gone one for at least 8 months. The first time I ordered it arrived with no cheese and I wasn't told that at the time of ordered. Just fix the description and upload a new menu! I'll do it for you at this point! Even with that, Ramzi's is still a 10/10 in my book! read more

We are Texans on vaca who are tired and ordered delivery. If you want them to deliver to your hotel room, specify that by saying "leave outside my door" for your order. We didn't and they left it at the front desk. I got cold veggie sub-it was good! Another person in my party got the Greek salad and loved it. Another got the Big Beef and enjoyed it. Lastly, another person got the chicken quesadilla, forgetting we aren't in Texas, and it was not great. Their salsa is sad, but again, we aren't in Texas. That's not their fault. If I could give no stars I would. The food is good, BUT I witnessed two (2) of their delivery drivers park in the last two handicap spots in front of the business. When pointed out, they smirked and claimed "I'll only be a minute". That claim was 18 minutes ago and counting. To add insult to injury, I also witnessed three (3) cars with handicap placards slowly pass the spots, not seeing handicap placards on the employee's cars drove away shaking their heads. My food was delivered in 20 minutes and everything was hot & fresh! The roast beef sandwich was delicious! Probably the best in Peabody. The honey bbq steak tip wrap was really yummy too. It would honestly be a really good spot if there was any consistency here. Every single order 100% of the time had been wrong or not up to par compared to the last. One day the steak tips are the best I ever had, the next, all fatty and can't chew through any of it. The wrong sauce placed on pizza. No consistency to the bake. No dressing sent for salads. The wrong kind of fries sent. The rest of what was made correctly is great. Overall just needs some quality control or somwone just paying attention to what they're doing. read more

Ramzi's is the best game in town for standard "vaguely Italian" options. Their salads are fresh and their dressings are good quality. I realize their Roast Beef and Pizza are the main draw, I can say without a doubt that they're excellent at personalizing subs. I've had excellent success ordering vegan hot veggie subs that don't have surprise chunks of meat or cheese like I've found in other local shops' offerings. If you're trying to avoid certain foods due to preference or allergy, just let them know and they'll take care to keep you happy and safe! Ymmv during extra busy periods, but they've been super conscientious thus far. Staffs always nice, but quality has went down hill since they opened. Just got a shrimp scampi pizza, very unappetizing. Very fishy smelling shrimp which is concerning. Got a 'Super' Pastrami. Super huh? Pastrami is shredded into tiny flakes; weird and not good in my opinion, dry not tasty. Asked for Swiss instead of American cheese. They respected that request only problem was there was so little cheese I thought they forgot it. Then discovered what I imagine was the cheese as there was a miniscule amount of a white stringy substance occupying a small space in the "Meat Dust" near the bottom corner of the Sandwich. Supposed to come with grilled onions which was what actually convinced me to go with that sandwich as it sounded good and never saw that before. Lo and behold, THEY FORGOT THE GRILLED ONIONS. I mean come on guys, it was 4 o'clock place was pretty dead, and it should be automatic. Know your job! Finally, whats with shredding the meat so fine? You could literally suck it thru a big stray.
