My friend and I arrived about 3, place pretty empty, wouldn't expect differently during the week but this was Saturday. Server was very sweet, feel bad for her after our visit. We ordered the same dish, fish w. rice, broccoli for me, brussels sprouts for her. When the plates arrived, looked appetizing, then I noticed an obvious issue...she had about twice the fish portion I had, odd, didn't the kitchen notice? Called server over, she said, new piece coming. OK. Then my friend tried her fish, very salty. Very, as if a salt shaker had been tipped on top. The problem was in the topping so she scrapped it all off. I tried it just to be sure, and yup, it was inedible as is. She then tried her sprouts, hard as a rock, even w. sharp points. Obviously overcooked. Feeling pretty bad about now, hate criticizing restaurants as it my husband & I owned one for many years. Tough business. So we waited for her new sprouts & fish, me my fish. Brought to table as we were finishing what we could. My fish was fine, so weird. Now the mgr. comes by, we spoke for several minutes, the place is obviously having issues. These days, isn't everyone? After our short conversation, we really felt for him. Decided to try again in a couple of months, give them time to get their act together. Last disappointment, we thought we'd find a discount on our check, considering. Nope. Didn't expect gratis but a discount would have gone a long way to mending things. read more

I was stunned to find out there is a 110 Grill in Fall River. I always associated Fall River as run down so I was shocked to see such a nice shopping plaza in the area. I go to 110 in Worcester so I decided to come by and check this one out yesterday. The bar service was great and the place is large and very nice. The Cucumber Avocado Tuna entree was quite tasty. I was surprised its over 900 calories as it seemed light to me. Overall, it was a nice experience and I'd definitely return. read more

Not impressed at all. Had a reservation and they tried to seat us at the bar. Restaurant was not extremely busy and there were plenty of tables and booths available. Staffing seemed to be an issue. Waitress was not pleasant. She had a bit of an attitude. Was rushing us to order but it was our first time so we were unsure. After we ordered drinks she did not come back to take the food order for at least 10 minutes. Food was bland and honestly over priced. Ordered salmon medium and it was clearly over cooked and the char had this awful burnt taste that left a bad after taste in my mouth. Best thing was the dessert and it was sorbet. Well this place really went downhill. I guess I should of realized that when there was a handful of patrons. Place was dirty definitely not how it used to be. Food was really overpriced ordered my steak medium came out medium rare waitress said I will have them throw it back on for you. I truly don't like leaving negative reviews, but I can't bite my lip on how bad the food was during our visit. Based on the other glowing reviews, this may have been a one off for them. First and foremost, the staff is exceptional. Our waitress was so sweet and extremely attentive. Everyone else there was friendly and were evidently working very hard to keep up with the high demand. The restaurant is located in a plaza and is directly next to a movie theater. Parking can be challenging, so if you have reservations (which are highly recommended) give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot. On to the food. The bread was delicious and the garlic butter was to die for. We started off with the tomato soup and the French onion soup. The tomato soup was SOOOO sweet. Like it literally tasted as if they dropped a ton of sugar cubes and mixed it in before bringing it over. The French onion wasn't horrible, but it surely wasn't good either. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and there was literally absolutely no seasoning to the chicken. My boyfriend ordered a regular burger and left almost all of it because it was super mushy, the bread didn't taste fresh, and it wasn't seasoned well. Another person got a vegetarian stir fry and the vegetables were nowhere to be found lol. It was literally 98% noodles. Two other people got salmon burgers, and they literally ate everything else on the plate and left the burger in nearly full entirety because it tasted old, was over salted, and they suspected it may have gone bad. Someone from the party told the waitress that the fish may have gone bad and she quickly apologized and got the manager. The manager came over and he was extremely nice and took care of the salmon burgers on the bill that they weren't able to eat. He was very professional and we appreciated the courtesy. All in all, the stars here are solely for the service. Food needs some serious improvement. Update: To make matters worse, someone reached out 2 weeks ago and said the district manager would contact me regarding my visit, but never did. Poor customer service. read more

Every dish we were served was cold or Luke warm at best. I really wanted to expect good things but the food was nothing spectacular. The spinach dish was garlicky and the presentation nothing special. Served in a cold bread bowl, and very bland. The service was excellent and the waitress was accommodating and polite. Upon entering the building, the atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. The temperature is just right. The booth seats are extra comfortable. The service is friendly and the food is exceptionally fresh. I got the 110 Cuban which is this restaurant's way of Americanizing the Cuban sandwich. Sweet meats (pulled pork and ham) complimented sour, crunchy, fried pickles on buttered ciabatta bread. I could taste every single layer of flavor between the heavily flavored bread. I am vacationing from Connecticut and this restaurant was a quick stop. 10/10 would recommend for a variety of different cuisines and flavors with an American twist. read more

Update: tried this place again after a few months and still the same thing. It's just an extremely hyped up place near the movie theatre which I don't understand. The burgers and fries are something I can grill at home for half the price and with more flavor! I got the jalapeño burger and it was meh. Boyfriend ordered salmon, broccoli, rice. It was meh. I just don't see how someone in their right mind would pay $28 for something they can make at home. Is this suppose to be a fancy restaurant? A family restaurant? A romantic restaurant? Casual? No idea. I just don't get it. Sorry, but it's my honest opinion. I can get better food at Sonic if I'm honest. I just don't see why the prices have to be so high, maybe it's because it's right next to the movie theatre. I don't know. I'd rather walk 20 steps across the sidewalk and go to Qdoba. We chose 110 Grill after searching for restaurants with gluten free menus. 110 Grill has an extensive menu with gluten free choices. I have to avoid gluten and have had to give up many restaurant offerings that definitely or may contain gluten. So it was very nice to find dishes I could eat. We started with the gluten free calamari. It was delicious. The batter was light, crunchy and not greasy. I ordered a cup of the gluten free clam chowder and again was pleasantly surprised. It was as good as any clam chowder I've had. My entree was the fish and chips, gluten free version. Again, very tasty. Lightly battered and cooked perfectly. I am looking forward to returning! Overall, a middling experience. The burgers that my sons ordered were good, but the entrees for my wife and me were way under seasoned. Her scampi was essentially flavorless. Service was friendly but very slow. Our server didn't approach our table for drink orders for almost 20 minutes. Due to my love for the Canadian fare, I do like to get the tater tot poutine. Really everything else I have tried on the menu I was not impressed with. Service was horrendous! Waited 20 mins to order drinks, once the waiter came back with the drinks waited another 25 minutes to receive the wings we put in for. Our family of 3 were in town for an event at the Convention Center right across the street on 2/1/25. There was a hoard of people descending on the restaurant as they opened. I overheard that they had sick calls and many reservations. Some of the patrons were not very nice and demanding. The manager of that day (Zee) was amazing. He responded to each customer with the most patience and kindness I have ever seen. He clearly is invested in the restaurant as far as making customers happy. We did not have a reservation but he went out of his way to seat us quicker than I could have expected, and serve us, while also managing the flow of the entire restaurant. The food was excellent (thank you, chef) , the service that Zee gave us was excellent, all of our needs were met competely. We were, in fact, so impressed w/ Zee's talent. This was the best service we have gotten in a long time, let alone with sick calls and huge amounts of large party reservations. I hope the CEOs truly recognize and appreciate Zee because he is a huge asset to 110 Grill!! read more

We were seated right away but waited a long time for a server. The food took a long time to come even though it was not very busy. I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Meatloaf had a burned crust on one side but everything else was nicely done and flavorful. She had the Mexican street corn salad which was crisp, fresh and delicious. We got a new waitress (shift change) she was very nice and attentive. We ordered dessert which took a long time to come and was delivered with no spoons. So we sat in our torture dungeon for 5 minutes while our ice cream melted in front of us in oozy deliciousness... Once we got our spoons hot from the dishwasher with many apologies the dessert was good. Would only say that the crisp was not a crisp at all but sprinkled with raw oats that only took away from the dish. We went here for lunch after leaving another establishment who's staff weren't friendly or welcoming. Upon arrival right away the manager greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed. We were seated right away and our server came to take our drink orders. I got a sandwich (i forget the name) that was on a toasted baguette and had a really good aioli, and fried crispy string onions and au jus on the side. It was the roast beef thinly sliced with a melted cheese (i'm sorry I took too long to review and I forgot the names of things. But the sandwich was tasty and the portions were plenty. This was probably the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. We made a Mother's Day reservation for 2:15 in the afternoon. We arrived just prior to our set time and were seated promptly. About 10-15 mins passed before we were greeted, but it was very busy so we were patient. We ordered drinks and continued to wait. And wait. Our drinks finally came, as did an appetizer. Then we waited. And waited. Empty drinks with no check ins, no water in our glasses. On the way back from the bathroom, I asked the waitress if we could have more drinks. By around 3:30, having still received no additional drinks (I could see the sangria on the bar but never received it) or mains, our waitress arrived to tell us that my chosen entree had sold out! I then proceeded to order a salad. And then we waited some more. Having come to the realization that none of our order had been started, we finally asked to close out our tab. We were not the only ones in the restaurant to do this! My husband paid before I could check the bill, but for $75 (before tip!) we got 3 cocktails, a tea, and some fried pickle chips. I'm virtually positive that they charged for the drink that was never delivered to our table, but that's on us for being upset and not double-checking. By the end of it all, we'd be there for nearly 2 hours! There was no management to be found at any time during this experience. The waitress was distraught and clearly overwhelmed, yet she was the one going from table to table apologizing profusely. I can't say enough how good the food is. They start by asking if you want a gluten free menu and then if you have any allergies. They really cover their basis! Con's: the booth is a bit tight. This is a great new spot in Fall River! My fiancé and I dined here after seeing a movie. I have food allergies and preferences. I'm gluten intolerant and have a dairy allergy and I don't eat meat. It's tough eating out and I try my best to not be a pain. After telling the waitress, they said they didn't have anything on their menu without all of that, however the chef said he'd be happy to make something for me. And he did! They were careful about making sure no cross contamination happened, and made sure I was able to enjoy a delicious meal! How amazing is that?! The service and the food were fantastic and I have to say they're the best place around for being concerned about food allergies. You don't often come by that, and it's so nice to know a place like this exists so close to home. We've already been back again, and plan on making it a regular place! read more

Hello I just did a take out order from 110 Grill in Fall River. I ordered a Caesar Salad with grill chicken. With tax it cost $20.00 so I figured i would get a decent salad. NOPE- What I got was the size of a "side" salad with chicken. Enough for a small appetizer. I am extremely disappointed. Its a salad. I will never again go back to the 110 Grill! Such an awesome place to eat. The menu has such an awesome range of healthy food to southern comfort food. Their food is made fresh to order. The fresh warm bread with the delicious garlic butter is AMAZING!!!! Kids eat for free during the Summer on Mondays and Tuesdays. Side note: the kids menu had the best burger the family has ever had...just saying. Our server Ashley was so nice and thoughtful. I know we are in inflated times, which affect everything! The food was good, but the price to plate quantity was poor! The salmon came in at $27 a plate, and if we had at least a quarter of a pound of salmon on it, we would have been lucky! The same went with the Sirloin Tips at $34 a plate! There was at least more than a quarter but not close to a half pound of tips. I can get salmon or the tips for about $9.99 for a full pound in a market! The bread served with the meal was pathetic! The Service was excellent! The Ambiance was fine, it wasn't crowded! I don't know if we will be back, but if we do, I know we will not be ordering the same.
