    Fried Clam Strips
    Candice S.

Overall this is a very cute place. Nice sleek design. Live music was a hit! Pickle chips were awesome! The clam strips felt like you didn't get a ton of meat. It was a lot of fried batter. When you went to pick up a piece it would just fall apart. It wasn't that it was greasy or breaded thickly; it was just a lot of fried loose batter and barely any clams. The cookie was bad. It was very hard and nothing molten in the middle. I was expecting chocolate to spill from the middle and it was all just a stiff cookie. Service was nice and we were seated quickly. I'd go again and try something else!

A consistent delicious restaurant! Large venue with bar seats, booths, and outdoor seating! Menu is large with options for everyone! I really can't pin point my favorite meal because it's all so good! They have week day specials and seasonal specials. Highly recommend!

Ive walked past this place so many times but decided to enjoy the beautiful weather with some local eats. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and was giving the option of inside or outside. I opted for outside because I wanted to enjoy the sunshine. My waitress Tiffany was very sweet and made my dining experience pleasant. I started out with a watermelon cocktail. It was perfect I decided to get wings and the grilled cheese brisket. I knew I would take half to go if the food was good and I was not disappointed. The grilled cheese brisket was delicious. They did not go easy on the brisket, just the way I like it. The wings were good. Fried hard enough and the sauce was pretty good. I'm kinda kicking my self because I've been here over 3 years and have been missing out on good wings. I could definitely see this as a good spot to meet up with friends nor colleagues for a few drinks. The prices were on par with most places. Glad I decided to check out this restaurant.

Stopped by here for a quick lunch before heading to photograph a Freestyle show in town. The waitress was great in helping us decide what we wanted the and portions were larger than we expected and it was all delicious.

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. The ambiance was sport related and had many games going at once. The sushi tasted good and the pumpkin bread bowl was creamy and tasted really good.

Food was alright. Ordered chicken wings which were a bit fatty but good gold fever sauce. Person with me ordered the fish and chips with onion rings and fries. Very food fries and loved the blue cheese dressing. Good atmosphere for a Saturday game.

Great atmosphere on the waterfront. Plenty of indoor seating and outdoor seating . Pretzel appetizers were good but cheese was a little bland. Buffalo chicken nachos were presented well and different.

Seafood Mac and cheese from the special's menu

The seafood was nice and tender and we enjoyed the seasoned breadcrumb topping. Delicious! The flatbread was also very good. The crust could have been a little bit more crispy but the flavors were amazing.

We have been here many times but the new menu and potentially chef have made great changes. We went on a Saturday around 6 and sat outside on the couches. The heaters kept us very warm and we were able to watch the sunset from the deck. Our waiter was very attentive. Our nachos were HUGE and very good. They had Buffalo chicken dip on them and layers of cheese, guac and sauce. We could only eat half. Drinks were good, they have a full bar, seltzer on draft and a pretty decent beer selection. We will definitely be back!

The restaurant is very clean. I've met the owner twice as he tries to get around the diningroom before you leave to make sure your experience was a good one & personally thank you. I feel that in itself makes a big difference in quality control & guaranteeing he is hearing his customers & perhaps can make changes before it becomes a business-changing problem. (Sometimes a few bad reviews spread like wildfire & changing rumors back to the truth can hurt the bottom line). There is a delightful waitress you'll be glad to have serve you if you are lucky enough to be seated at her table. "Grandma (name)?" is a very happy way to start your day. She knows the menu well & can make you smile on your worse days. The menu has plenty to choose from & the portions sizes..epic! Eggs Benedict is 3 egg size. Pancakes & French toast orders are enough for today & tomorrow without adding eggs or meat. But their prices are similar to other places lessor size plates. There is an ramp at the entrance for those with mobility issues. There are a couple of handicap spots too. I do not know if the restrooms are wheelchair friendly as I didn't check it out yet. Even on a packed Sunday morning, the kitchen was quick moving the food out.. the waitress was right on top of refills too. Definitely worth stopping in & giving it a try but bring your appetite. Eating like a bird, I think, is frowned upon.

Had cheese in it but not overdone on the cheese. My husband had biscuits and gravy. He's a tough critic on this dish and he said this one is at the top of the list compared to ones he's had at other restaurants. It came with eggs and homefries on the side. The marble rye he ordered on the side ,it was nice and thick and had a really nice chew to it. The service was wonderful. From the hostess to the server and the owners. It's evident that the owners care about the patrons experience as they stopped by to ask about our experience) Very calming and warm atmosphere. This breakfast spot appeals to all generations as we saw people of all ages eating here. They have something for everyone. Definitely recommending this place to family and friends. Apparently, the place just changed hands in the past month or two. Inside it looks about the same although the menu has changed somewhat. I can't determine what was added or deleted, but it just strikes me as a different menu. I got two dogs all the way without onion in order of fries and a coffee milk The fries came out and my shoestring, which are not exactly my favorite type of fry, but they were fried well. Apparently, if you ask for fat french fries you'll get the thicker cut ones which I will remember for next time. The hot dogs were well cooked and sauced. The buns seemed fresh. Service was friendly and prompt. The inside was largely the same as I remembered it. I sat at the counter and could view the galley kitchen, which seemed to be very clean. Prices weren't bad. I will likely return.

When I walked in, I stood in the waiting area for about 10 minutes waiting to be seated. The restaurant was not busy, and there were two servers sitting at the bar chatting with the bartender who clearly saw me but did not acknowledge or greet me. A simple "Hi, we'll be right with you" would have gone a long way. Eventually, the bartender (a tall young man) approached me without greeting me and started walking upstairs. He then turned around and said, "I forgot a menu," as if it was an afterthought. When we got upstairs, he placed (more like tossed) the menu on a table that still had a dirty cup on it that looked like someone had just been drinking from it. Instead of addressing that, he immediately walked over to another table to check on two guests who were already dining. After finishing with them, he walked right past me without asking if I'd like to start with a drink or acknowledging that I was even seated. There was absolutely no hospitality it felt more like hostility and indifference. The ambiance is aesthetically pleasing, but unfortunately that's where the positives end. The food is mediocre at best and definitely not worth overlooking such poor service. Customer service makes or breaks a dining experience, and today it completely broke it for me. I won't be returning and would recommend trying one of the many other restaurants in the area instead.

We ordered the mini stuffies, the hummus plate, and the fried pickles. The mini stuffies were a highlight. Loaded with Mello's chouriço and packed with flavor, they're a solid little bite. My grandfather set the bar pretty high for me on stuffies, and these came close. They have a different profile than what I grew up with; a little less bready, more chouriço forward, and the clam flavor takes a back seat. Not necessarily a complaint, they were just different from what I'm used to and were genuinely tasty. The lemon aioli on top was also a nice touch. The fried pickles were exactly what you want them to be. Crispy, well fried, and the breading actually stayed put while you ate them, which is more than I can say for a lot of fried pickles. They came with the same lemon aioli as the stuffies, which worked just as well here. The hummus plate was a bit of a letdown. We've had it many times before and it used to be a standout. This time the hummus itself was thick and pretty flavorless, more like a dense chickpea paste than anything else. The accompaniments were nice though and consisted of heirloom carrots, cucumbers, olives, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, pickled cauliflower, carrot, and a pepperoncini, all served alongside some buttery round crackers that were like a Ritz cracker's more refined cousin. The veggies saved the plate, but the hummus needs to find its way back. I suppose it could have just been an off batch and won't prevent us from trying it again. Cocktails were great, as usual. I had the Anana with scotch. I love pineapple and this has muddled pineapple and basil, pineapple juice, cracked black pepper. It's my go-to here and it delivered again. My partner went adventurous and ordered the Jungle Booby, which is built around tequila blanco and mezcal with campari, pineapple, grapefruit, lime, orgeat, and an absinthe spritz. The flavors were genuinely good, but the smokiness from the mezcal was a bit much for her taste. She followed it up with a glass of rosé and had no complaints after that. The cocktail wasn't the problem, it just wasn't her style. One of our favorite spots in Warren for a quick nibble, for a good reason.
