First visit to Primo, stopped by for an early dinner. The servers were really friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. I was only mildly hungry and ordered a side Caesar salad and the appetizer eggplant rolls. The salad was large, delicious, crispy, perfectly dressed. We decided to enjoy the patio on a Friday night. We were pleased with the outdoor space on the patio however it could be more comfortable for seating and umbrellas. Hubby ordered the linguini and clams with white sauce and he was very impressed with the flavors. Not many area restaurants have this one the menu! I ordered the margherita pizza with pesto and balsamic glaze.YUM! I would definitely get this pizza again. Our waitress was very nice and was able to serve us in a timely fashion. I've heard so many mixed things about this spot, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Interior nice and clean, and they are currently creating an outdoor patio which will be cute for the summer time. The food. The Pizza was EXCELLENT, great flavor thin crust, had some flop by far the best thing we ate. The chicken parm sandwich was good nothing to brag about, but wish they had used a different type of bread. The crème brûlée looked great but I think it was torched too long as the consistency was off but the flavor was excellent. Kay the waitress was super kind and friendly and gave different recs as well. All in all definitely come for the pizza and the salads that were not pictured! read more

The staff were all super nice. The restaurant is cute with a nice event/bar space. It is very loud with the high ceilings which makes it a bit hard to converse with a large party. The pizza was really tasty. The Caesar salads were decent. The arancini bites were pretty tasty. This probably won't be a go to spot for me but I will for sure return. read more

I'm so glad we didn't listen to the bad reviews because this place is awesome! We had a lovely, friendly, efficient waitress (Jai) who listened when we said we had time restraints. She brought our delicious and warm pizza to us ASAP. It was a little noisy there, but it really was more alive than loud. The prices were reasonable- a large pizza was $18....same cost as take-out anywhere else. We will be back without time restraints...those desserts looked yummy! read more

One hundred percent disappointed in this place.Ordered a simple pizza for me and my wife came out cold our server , told the manager sent it back. Waited 18 minutes for a new one. That one came out totally burnt. So now the general manager gets involved Asked us if we wanted something else. Now, it's already been almost 50 minutes. We decided just to go with something simple. The tower, well, guess what The fries had no cheese on them. Very little garlic and they were ice cold showed it to the general manager. Trying to be calm. Still. The general manager says, I am going to take care of your bill, well, me and my wife waited another 15 minutes. All of a sudden, the manager comes back and charges us for the Pizza. Because it was the lower price of each item. When again, the general managers said that they were going to take care of the bill very, very disappointed. So me and my wife did pay the bill. The moment ny family walks in we are stared at by every waiter/waitress working, i didnt think anything of it at first but when we were being seated i saw the waitress keep looking at the table furthest to the back behind a wall which caught my eye but as before i didn't think anything of it it wasnt until we were seated that i realized that we were the only colored family in the restaurant... Okay thats fine but now we are seated for 20+ minutes and still no orders taken finally the waitress comes over to take drink orders and guess what NO Drinks on the menu at all not only that but we were never even served the bread that is supposed to be on the table while you order yet every other table has bread and refilled bread at that i am completely unsatisfied with this restaurant. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND...! read more

Read the review from a customer regarding the soup. Stopped in and got a "to go" small container. The soup had a layer of what looked like fat/grease on top and the potato's were grey. This place is amazing! What a great restaurant to come to Fall River!! My husband had chicken Parmesan and he loved it. I had the basil tortellini Alfredo. The chicken was really good, I like how it was cut up into strips on top of the tortellini. The balsamic was so delicious. I really loved the flavors. We had the arancini risotto bites to start and they were the best I've ever had. The complimentary bread was really good, too! I had the Primo mule, it was perfect! What an amazing transformation this business has taken. The inside has the best ambiance. I love the way it looks and feels. The fresh flowers and plants are such a nice touch. Went to Primo's for the first time for my birthday. I was amazed by the renovations that have been made to the building from the prior restaurant. They look nothing alike. This is eclectic and nicely decorated. Our waitress was very attentive, super nice and helpful. My friend ordered the evenings limoncello chicken with risotto special and I ordered the chicken marsala both were very good. We ended the meal with lemon ricotta cake and coffee. We sat and talked for quite sometime and were never rushed or made to feel we overstayed our welcome which was such a pleasure. We were discussing an event we are planning and enjoying the atmosphere while doing so. The restaurant was not busy at the time but even if it were, I still think we would be treated the same way. I recommend people try this restaurant. We will be going back again soon. read more

Our first time! It's unassuming from the outside, in fact, parking was a challenge. But when we got inside we were pleasantly surprised by the decor and ambience. Additionally, there are two sides of the restaurant. I didn't figure out the what the theme was for each. But I found out as we arrived around 740pm and there was entertainment at 8pm. More on that. The menu was extensive, we started with mussels. They were very flavorful, with lots of garlic and chourico. My wife ordered the salmon on risotto and I had the pork shank. Bot meals were delicious and well cooked and presented. Although the music was a bit loud, it was later in the evening now and I learned that the place stayed open until 2am, explaining the band. Well, the music was right up my alley, we were singing along as we ate. Lol Overall a great experience, we will definitely return. The waitress we had was great! Sorry forgot her name. read more

I am sorry it took us so long to finally dine at Primos! We have had their catering before and were thrilled to see their restaurant is even better. Our waitress could not have been friendlier and the food was outstanding. I will be dreaming of those arancini forever! We got two pizzas (Shannon's hot honey pepperoni is a long time favorite of mine!) and two entrees. The portions were generous and delicious. My kids convinced us to get two desserts and the pistachio gelato was perfect! I wish I took pictures, but the ambience was wonderful and cozy. I recently purchased takeout for lunch. I brought several dishes to my family. The food was amazing! I served everything family style so everyone could try everything. The garlic bread was sooo good. The meatballs might be the best I've had. The lasagna was perfectly cheesy and meaty. The kids loved the aroncini. The garlic Parmesan chicken tenders were the huge hit, crispy, but still tender. The penne was nicely cooked. The red sauce was spectacular. The tortellini with grilled chicken was solid. The fried ravioli was ok. The chicken Marsala was so flavorful with the amazing risotto! I was a hero for the day! I'll definitely be back. The food was absolutely fabulous. The only problem with Italian food is trying to figure out what to get. The sauce was amazing!! My husband had the sirloin special. The flavor was like that of a ribeye. Perfectly cooked with an awesome crust. I had the lasagna. Best I've had in a very long time.
