Well, I wish I could say something more positive. The problem I have is they give you just a bit of the main course and a TON of fries, rice or whatever the side is. We. One example was when we ordered a steak & cheese sub. It was cold and was shredded steak with cheese slice on top. They couldn't bother to mix it... and the worst was the amount of meat in the sub. Ordered from here last night for dinner for the first time. My first impression was they needed someone who could understand better to answer the phone and take orders. It took almost ten minutes just to place an order, which was frustrating. It took slightly over an hour to get delivery which is understandable with it being a Saturday night. i just place a order with this pizza place call Minerva. I order a willow tree chicken pocket. they sent me a grill chicken pocket. Not what I order. I call them right away to tell them. The guy told me that's not what I order. Wrong, it is what I order. He had no answer after I said that. Need less to say, I wii never order from them again. Minerva' pizza you just lost a good customer. All you had to do was make my willow tree pocket and send it to me and I would had gave back your grill pocket. Simple as that. Found my new favorite pizza shop! On Saturday night during the snow storm I ordered a steak abbriatta pizza and gyro plate. It was delicious, with just the right amount of peppers tomatoes and steak. Not only was the pizza delicious but it was also still hot when it arrived. I'm glad I found this littlle gem of a pizza shop. read more

Cold pizza, overpriced and no flavor whatsoever. Delivery took over 1.5 hrs for a pizza and sub? Never again.

When I called to order the person taking my order was incredibly rude, it seemed like he had a hard time understanding English. Would not answer questions that I asked like how much is the order going to be. I had to ask three times to get an answer. He never told me how long before my pizza would arrive and hung on me. So the pizza arrives in ten minutes, hot fresh, perfect crust and a healthy amount of sauce. Topping are a little light. 95% on the pizza, 80% on the guy answering the phone read more

Portion sizes are great. Ordered a small salad and it was surprisingly big. Same with a small grinder. I didn't realize I had to ask for oil and vinegar on an Italian grinder though, came completely dry. Pizza was great. Delivery took about 45 minutes. Also, prices have gone up since the photos of the menu were posted here 8 months ago. Every item I ordered was $2-3 more than it said on the menu. Small pizza, small salad, small grinder was $29.39. Finding decent pizza anywhere, but especially in a new city, is always a struggle. Even more so for a super-picky eater who loves a big, thin, kind of floppy Boston/NY style crust, hates tomatoes and hates that nasty ring cheeseless ring of sauce around the outside even more. After moving to Fall River a couple years ago I have been on the lookout for a good pizza joint in town. To be honest I wasn't to happy with anything I tried until we ordered Minerva's. For full disclosure I tend to like big thin crust New York/New Haven foldable styles of pizza, but there isn't really anything like this around as far as I can tell. Minerva's is solid New England style pizza. Not extraordinary in any way but tasty, consistent and fresh. The best pizza in Fall River. The crust is the perfect density and thickness. I am not a crust person but, I just couldn't help eating this one! The edge of the crust is crispy and the main part of the crust is a medium thickness with enough sauce to make the pizza moist but not overly saturated. We had a broccoli, bacon, and pepperoni pizza. This resteraunt has such great quality food. Fresh and made to order. I called for a buffalo chicken pizza with avocado on it and it wasn't on the menu but he got an avocado at the store and made it work and that little step made my whole day and boy was it delicious! Being new to the Fall River area from Boston I had to find a new pizza spot. It's a 3 minute walk from the house so I got a chourico pizza. It was out of this world. They make an excellent pizza at Minervas. I highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I order from here at least once a week. Really fast delivery! I probably tried everything on menu. I love their pizza, the greek salad with their delicous tuna, the buffalo chicken salad is so good. The subs are huge for the price. The only one im not a fan of is the steak and cheese, its very low quality steak and sadly you can tell. However, its still my go to place. Nice guys! read more

Minerva's is amazing. First of all the owner and all of the workers are super friendly and appreciate your business. I am a frequent flier over there when I am too lazy to whip up a salad myself. I love, love, love their tuna salad. I swear there is crack in there that is how good it is. Their Greek pizza is another TO DIE FOR menu item. Actually, scratch that. ANY pizza from there is sooooo good. My dad is a very big fan of the meatball calzones. And recently they added soup to their menu, the chicken and noddle is awesome. They have a few tables inside of the restaurant if you would like to dine in, but I always carry out. Great little pizza place. read more

Very disppointed with the service I have received not once but twice. I ordered from here about 3 months ago driver showed up and forgot my buffalo wings was on the phone w Minervas and stated that the driver would be back in 5 mins with my buffalo wings and 25 mins later the driver showed up with my buffalo wings and they were ice cold. Gave them a 2nd chance ordered from them this Sunday driver showed up with my order in a timely manner. Gave the driver 40.00 for my 31.48 order and driver gave me 2.00 back in change and then stated he would check his car for change came back and said well deduct the remaining from your next order. Just ended up giving the driver the 6.00 change because I knew they wouldnt remember that they owed me 6.00. I am not impressed with the service and will not be ordering again from there. I do love the Chicken Florentine pizza but not impressed with the delivery service. read more
