I wasn't sure what to expect as this place is still relatively new, but I was floored at how much we all loved our experience! The atmosphere is hip and modern. The space was clean and open. There's a nice big bar with lots of seating, a dining area, and booths with a view of the kitchen area. We sat at one of these booths and could view all the gorgeous plates ready to be served. Our server was very friendly and helpful. She provided a gluten-free menu upon request. Everything was brought out in a very timely manner and looked perfect. There was one error (we never received our appetizer), but she comped our coffees and was very apologetic. The food was Ah-maz-ing! And what a variety to choose from! First of all, I'm gluten sensitive, so when there's a GF menu, I'm always impressed. To say I was impressed with the GF menu here, though, is an understatement! It was practically the WHOLE menu, but altered! I chose the Kale Brussels Salad (ridiculous, I left no shred behind!), my mom had the turkey burger (she loved it!), my MIL had the 110 Chicken Caprese Parmesan (she loved it and it was a huge portion!), and my hubbie had a special appetizer - 3 sliders: one salmon; one pulled pork; and one burger. He really liked it and, with a side of fries, it was a perfect lunch portion. The prices were more than fair, everything was delicious, and the service was fantastic even with the error. The food is good. The service is beyond horrible. Took my two grandchildren 5&4 they put us in a tall booth by the bar. Waited 20 minutes before anyone came over. They messed up my order twice. I had to ask for take home containers. Gave no bag had to ask for that too. Also, had to ask for utensils. My 4 yr old slid off the bench hit his head on the table. Meaning that you can just walk in dressed as you are and not be judged by anyone but you can also take someone out on a nice date here dressed to impress also without judgement. This was a hard review to write. I suppose the best way to write this is to break it down into catergories: Food: Ok, so here's the deal. I've been here twice. First time they gave me the wrong plate, but I ate it anyways because it was vegetarian and I was thinking about ordering it anyways. Both dishes I received were just "ok". Nothing special about either the pesto (which I loved the sauce, but felt like it should have been something other than artichokes in it which were too big for the dish and gave it a weird taste) and the pasta primavera (It was literally a "meh" dish). BUT I did have the margherita flatbread, and man oh man! What a good flatbread! Also the guy next to me had the spinach and artichoke bread boule and it looked great. So I think the food is kinda hit or miss. Service: First bartender I had was Dan, and the second Steven. Both were personable and professional. BUT I mentioned the first time I got the wrong dish, and...it took forever, I mean forever to get anything the first time I was there. It was getting comical how long it took to get our drinks. Then our check got screwed up. So again, service is hit or miss. Atmosphere: Nice, really nice. Modern and clean. All in all, aside from their missteps, I would go back again, but I would not veer off the beaten path and try too much on the menu. we had lunch today . our server was great. we ate outside. there were 2 tables inside. The firecracker shrimp was tough and overcooked. The pizza was burnt. The salads were drenched.My chicken caprese said it came with oven roasted tomatoes. They were warm. it took an amazing long time. we had a previous bad experience with long black hair in our food but it appeared no one really cared. The waitstaff here are exceptional! Well trained, knowledgable and friendly. The foks at the cooking station were very jolly and there was an all around good vibe. Restaurant was very clean. The steaks we had were tough and thin. Although cooked perfectly, no flavor seasoning. Use some seasoning and/or up it. Same with the Brussel sprouts. While cooked exactly as they should be, they lacked seasoning or it was so low it was undetectable. The mashed potatoes were tepid for temp. The salad though, was spot on. We will not be back. Too expensive for steak that tastes like it came from Golden Corral. Why didn't we complain? The server forgot utensils, bread for the table, teas, water, ketchup, dessert ordered and then we had to wait about 15 min to get the check bc he disappeared..... the place was not full at all so it's not like he was overwhelmed. This use to be my favorite restaurant until I went for dinner instead of lunch. We waited 1 hour for our meal which also showed up cold. When we mentioned how long the wait was to the waitress her response was "it's always this busy." ( there was no one there when we showed up) After 15 years of going to this restaurant I was very disappointed with that answer from a new waitress as I watched others get their food before us and left. read more

First time here at the 110 Grill. It is a busy place on a Saturday night, so recommend making reservations. We had reservations for 5:45. We had to wait about 5 minutes which was not a big deal. We sat in one of the hig top tables near the front of the restaurant. They have a lot of beers on draft. They also have a nice wine selection. My wife chose the Chianti which was good. It was earthy and dry as we like. Our server, Ashley, was great! We chose to share several things and when they arrived they were already split for us. Not expected, but a nice bonus! First, we started with the roasted beet salad. Perfect for sharing. The vegetables and greens were fresh. If I had to do it all over again, I would ask it be lightly dressed. I am a big salad eater and love the taste of fresh vegetables, usually with a little bit of olive oil. Most restaurants over dress the salad to my liking and that's just my opinion in general. The salad was very good. The selection on the menu is well thought out and included excellent choices for meat, seafood, and vegetarian. We chose to share the meatloaf. It came on a bed of mashed potatoes and a side of broccoli. The mashed were done well and tasty. The broccoli was cooked al dente and perfect, not soggy. The meatloaf was also very good. It comes with a sriracha ketchup which is too spicy for my wife. We asked for it on the side. I confirm it has a good kick. For me, ketchup and meat sauces are often added to poor cuts of meat that need more flavor. The 110 Grill meatloaf had great flavor and needed nothing added to it. If you have huge appetites and need a whole plate of food to feel full, then sharing these two dishes will not do that. My wife and I were comfortable from the meal and felt very satisfied sharing. Right as we sat down he asked if we had any allergies and asked if we were comfortable. This is my second time here amidst the pandemic and they haven't missed a beat. I got take out for dinner, I didn't enjoy my meal but the other 2 people I was with thought it was good. The take out said it would be ready for 5:15 but wasn't really ready till 5:45 andThe restaurant was not busy yet.... I guess that would of been a good thing if I was dining in. So... not impressed at all with this place. It's basically an overpriced place with average food, fueled only by the fact that they're the only restaurant currently in the renovated Kmart plaza. The service (Danielle, I believe) was slow. She brought bread for two to a table of four. No big deal I'll bring more, except it came after our lunch order. She never stopped back to check on us even though she passed the table 3 times. The meals were just OK. Decided to give the Asian side noodle salad a try. It was just gross and tasted very metallic. The pulled pork sandwich had no flavor. Water tasted like pool water. Nothing we ordered would make me say "let's go back". Great place to grab a quick bite, my husband and I sat at the bar. Bartender took a while to come over and greet us, not sure if she was new. We both ordered the onion soup ( took extremely long for it to come out, and it was at room temperature), I also had the Cuban sandwich, it was okay I was expecting it to be pressed, but it wasn't. The Cuban sat between to had pieces of bread, not my favorite. Also tried their watermelon martini , would not recommend it, the fresh juice had a taste that might of been sitting in the fridge too long. I've heard great things about the 110Grill being promoted by Grace Curly and Howie Carr . So thought why not give it a shot over in Fall River. Atmosphere seemed pleasant, nice selection of beverages. Arrived around 3:30 placed our order calamari and meatloaf dinner.then time passed and passed 4:00calamari arrived 4:30 dinner arrived cold The $19 meatloaf was maybe a quarter pound dry hidden under onion rings, mashed potatoes maybe an ice cream scoop size. In fact the meal had the aura of a frozen lean cuisine meal. The service was so slow that my friend said to the server she thought she gone home when the meal arrived. Meat was dry and bun was soggy from sitting -server was very nice, but only came by during our appetizer to check in and then the check. Food was brought out by a runner, so there wasn't even the opportunity to check if the food was brought to us okay. I've written reviews before, but I have never left a resturant in a long time thinking the food was just plain bad. This review is a 2/5 and not a 1/5 primarily on the basis of good service and some of the entrees being good. The food we ordered was largely terrible (for instance, I ordered meatloaf with broccoli on the side and the broccoli literally tasted like grass while the meatloaf was slathered with fried onion rings and barbecue sauce) and the kitchen seemed unsanitary - namely, there were many workers in there with unkempt beards working without nets for their beards. This is compounded by unreasonable prices for the entrees. $33 for terrible incorrectly cooked steak tips with mash and probably frozen broccoli is unacceptable. I highly encourage anyone reading this review to save their money and dine elsewhere. The nearby McDonald's likely has better quality control for the food.​ read more

We have dined at the 110 previously the food and service was good. We had reservations after the movie at Picture show it was a Saturday evening around 6pm the restaurant was full of guests. The Waitress was slow to taking our order and the food was slow coming out to the point of the appetizers arriving the same time as our entrees. We ordered soup salad and flatbread. The food was delicious. I would recommend the 110 for anyone looking for a great meal. read more

I'm giving it three stars because it was my first visit. I was not impressed. These food chains try and present themselves as unique and chique, specializing in their own gimmick. The gimmick here is overpricing, especially in their entrée! If they provided a powerful plate presentation of food rather than an anemic measured portion, it might work. Not in their case! How about $6 for a small, ice loaded glass of lemonade with free refills. Problem is, the waitress cycles limit your opportunities! Paid $16 for a cheeseburger that was ok, required $1 more for onions or mushrooms each, pushing the price to $18! It came with a portion of French fries, a meager portion! Service was competent, atmosphere was chain food. We were seated in a mega-booth designed for NBA players or those guys in F-450's with the two foot high step to get in. I would avoid it for a normal table unless you qualify. Maybe one more visit, but with so many options, it might be a waste of money! read more

There desert is great. I had oneeeeee issue with this restaurant. My friend and I wanted to eat out but the ambience was a bit to loud for us inside we had requested outside seating they straight said nope won't do it. I'm not too sure why really, it was only two people. We just wanted to talk over some good food and not have the ambience take over. We chose to eat elsewhere that night. It wasn't a big deal but I didn't quite understand why we were stood down. Anyway food is always good, I had asked for a medium rare for my steak, was more on the rare side but they were more than happy to fix it. I had heard great things about the Peabody location, so when my friend suggested going to the Fall River location for her birthday, I had high expectations! The birthday girl has a list of allergies, stemming from gluten free to very specific foods. The waiter, Joseph, was very patient and wrote all of the allergies down in red ink. He also pointed out various things in the kitchen and ensured she would not have any issues pertaining to allergies. I myself ordered a ginger mule. I'm on a mule kick (haha) and this one was delicious! I highly recommend this beverage. They also have Shipyard Pumpkinhead with the rim for my basic Fall friends. My meal was the Margherita Flatbread and I devoured it. Back to the birthday girl, we were very pleased that the manager, waiter and others brought over our food and paid close attention to her meal, once again ensuring us that it was cooked separate from the other food. She ate everything without issue and enjoyed it. The staff, our waiter Joseph and the food was all top notch. This was a big deal for the birthday girl because cross contamination is a serious issue for her. If anyone feels similar, I am happy to share that this could be a great new spot for you! Came in to dine 6/18 party of 3. Was greeted and seated promptly. Waited about 15 minutes at the table in the lounge area before I had to flag down a staff member and ask if we can place our order. The person I flagged down happened to be our waitress. She apologized and took our order. Although inconvenient, this is understandable as it was very clear this girl was new who maybe needed another day of training. We suddenly had to leave and we asked for our food to be wrapped. I came home and took a bite into my honey hot chicken and was met with a sharp piece of plastic. Not a great first bite. I think it may have came from a plastic took-pick thing that places put in the middle of burgers? Either way it was broke into little pieces in the middle of the sandwich. I had to peel out every piece I could find and be hopeful I got all of them out. Food wasn't great. Service wasn't great, drinks were good. I'd likely not return but it had potential. My girlfriend enjoyed her meal even tho it was to go. I'll give it a 3 TOPS read more

Came in last Thursday as a party of 7. The staff was extremely accommodating! Our server really took the time to make my mom and my aunties birthday fun by singing happy birthday and serving a birthday cake we had provided. Our food was really good and the gluten free menu was impressive. The one downfall was the fish and chips- the portion of fish was very small. We really enjoyed our first visit to the 110 grill in Fall River. We have been anxious to try this restaurant. The menu has a lot of choices. A wide variety of appetizers, salads,burgers,sandwiches and entrées. We started with the calamari which was cooked perfectly and served with a sweet Thai red chili sauce which was a nice change. We also had a wedge salad which was enough for 2 to share. For the entrée we had the pulled pork mac & cheese which was delicious and we brought home leftovers. We also tried wife the salmon with sesame noodles and it was outstanding. The grilled shrimp Caesar salad was fresh, crisp and delicious and the pulled pork sandwich with onion strings was on point. We would definitely go back as the had many items on the menu we would like to try. read more

We dined there last night as a family of four and it's our first time at at 110 Grill location. We were seated quickly and the atmosphere is modern and new. The cleanliness can use abit more attention to the detail (example clean table but crust wiped and left on chair). We ordered our entrees and since we didn't not order appetizer the bread came and it was very good (warm, crispy outside but soft inside, and the butter spread is also favored nicely.). Our food came pretty quickly and they are all cooked nicely. The service is abit slow in between. I would've liked my water to be refilled more frequently. One got one refill. After the meal I asked for dessert menu, and that when the service got stalled for some reason. My waitress disappeared for a good 15min. She finally came back to drop off the menu then proceed to disappear for yet another 10min. At that point we lost our interest in the sweets and were ready to just go. When she finally return we asked for check. And got out of there to continue our day. Not pleased with the time wasted toward to end of my experience there. Our meal with water and no appetizer summed up to close to $140. Abit pricy but the quality and portion made it worthwhile. 3-5-19 Update - Shortly after my review someone from 110 reached out asking for my contact email, stating their manager would contact me. I provided my contact info and they never did. While I am not looking for an apology since our meal was great, I am a bit disappointed for them. They obviously monitor and care about yelp review and takes the effort to reach out....sadly they just can't close the loop. read more

DON'T order out from this place, ordered the BBQ Chicken Nachos and Fried Pickle appetizers and when I got home ~5 minutes later, my nachos had none of the sauces that are supposed to be there (including BBQ sauce) and the chicken that topped it was ghostly white and had zero flavor. Mushy chips, solid cheese and whatnot might be excusable by how long it might've been sitting in their kitchen before I got there and my less than 5 minute trip home, but it didn't help with the thing I ordered missing that many ingredients, one of which is in the name. The pickle chips, I don't even want to think about. The breading was wet and not crispy at all. Went in the trash. Maybe you can order one of their burgers and have it show up including everything listed, but I wouldn't risk it. Just go inside where there's some accountability, I guess, because it's not like they don't know how to make food properly. read more

We ate at 110 Grill back on February 2nd and submitted the following review through Open Table: Food was either not seasoned at all or so over powering with salt it wasn't edible. Service was terrible. Wife was finished with meal before I finally got my steak knife. I understand it's still fairly new, but these things should be fixed by now. Get a head chef, not just a bunch of line cooks, and get someone who understands the restaurant business to teach the wait staff. The response, which seems to be a standard reply is as follows: Responded on February 5, 2019 We apologize that you did not have the best experience and would like to get in contact with you directly. Please send us a message with your email address so we can follow up. I responded with my email and they have yet to contact me. On February 13th I once again contacted them to find out why no one reached out, and do they send this response online so people think they care. Here is that response: That is not our intention. We take reviews very seriously. I am following up with our general manager immediately to see why this has not been addressed. I am very sorry. It has now been over 2 weeks with no email from 110. So while there are good reviews, there are plenty of poor ones, please do not be fooled by the responses from 110 Grill. Clearly they submit those online responses for a reason with zero intent to follow up and find out how to improve service. False advertising. read more
