Reviews are misleading. You're welcomed to a smell of wet rags; carpeting in a restaurant is a no. As soon as my husband and I were seated and ordered our food, we saw the air vent right above our heads had mold and dust hanging through. Recently moved to the area and really wanted to find good place for breakfast. Where the people were nice, the food was good and the prices were decent. Well I got two out of three here. The people were nice and friendly. The prices were decent. The food lacked flavor not even salt and pepper could fix. It was so bland. The syrup was watered down but the color was still deep. Coffee is excellent, very important in a breakfast place. I must say that I was disappointed in the biscuits and gravy. The bottom of the biscuits were burnt, and the biscuits were probably boxed. So why the 5 stars? Well, EVERYTHING else coming out of the kitchen looked great, particularly the omelettes. One disappointment among many very good things doesn't knock a star off. Food and service are amazing. They are busy all the time which means a lot about food and services.

What a wonderful gem this place is! Been there three times now. The food is always wonderful no matter what you get. Service is the best very personal always attentive and the owner always comes to say hi to you. I had the chili Quiles last time and they were wonderful. The produce for the salads is always fresh and their soup of the day is wonderful. Only issue is get there early to get a parking spot. read more

We catered with them, half the time the meals were exceptional and the other half of the time the meals were under cooked. We had a number of issues over the week and it was largely inconsistent. However the staff was amazing and super helpful. The owner is thoughtful and took our suggestions every day and continually improved the product so by the last day everything was great. read more

No masks enforced, no gloves, no social distancing, no sanitizer available for guests. The owner himself COUGHS without covering his mouth and does not wear a mask, and the servers do not wear their masks properly, which makes me wonder what they're doing in the kitchen if they are so boldly defying mask mandates in the open. My family used to regularly visit this establishment pre-pandemic, but the one time we have gone back to this place, my aunt found a piece of HAIR in her french fries, and the owner was incredibly uncouth and didn't even utter a word when showing us to our table, instead he rudely pointed at us to go to a small table in the middle of a walkway where many people without masks walked through. I do want to add that the servers are usually very nice, it's just the owner who is the absolute worst and the reason we will no longer be giving them business. The owner was coughing and he never wears a mask. He has no regard for the safety of the customers. He would cough in his hand and hand out the menu and the food. And it is well over 50% capacity at the restaurant. There was an elderly customer who was a Vietnam veteran. The owner told him to hurry up and order so he can make money. So rude of him. read more

Always a good choice for a breakfast. The service tends to leave you alone but they do make sure that your doing alright, and there rather friendly. It's always rather calm in there perfect for a relaxing meal. I love to get there coffee and add some creamer and milk to it, there coffee is almost always hot or else it's warm at worse. Drove from Houston to eat here with my boyfriend. His eggs and bacon were basically raw, my veggie omelet stunk like sewer and the veggies were covered in slime. Was told this was because the waitress, who wasn't wearing a mask, cut her finger?!?! After my boyfriend finished vomiting we asked for the check. The owner (also not wearing a mask) invaded my personal space, picked up a rotten piece of broccoli from my plate and shoved it in my face saying "that's how broccoli is supposed to smell! So as we are walking out, he screams across the place "If you wanted a free meal there are better ways to get one", to which I replied "If we wanted a free meal we would have eaten it". I spent more than a few days at the courthouse and decided to make my rounds to the Conroe eateries off 105. I searched bfast and this popped up. First off, the service was subpar. I waited quite some time after being seated for my drink order to be taken. Actually I started to leave cause it was so long....but then the hostess came back and asked what I wanted to drink. Fast forward I ordered the cowboy scramble which was a huge portion of untasty ingredients. The yellow peppers were undercooked as well as my potatoes. I went with the toast for my bread and it was wet....I decided to just let that stay on the plate. I was checked on once after I received my food but after that I waited, waited, and waited for the check. Then I waited and waited for someone to come get payment. I tired and went up to leave and stopped someone to pay the bill. I don't live in Conroe and pretty sure I wouldn't come back here even if I did. read more

My boyfriend couldn't decide what to get not because they didn't have anything they liked but because there was so many great items on the menu. He got the cowboy skillet and a side pancake. "This is so good." He said while eating. Food portions are great. We did take our food home but that was because we ate a pretty big pancake. The ambiance was really chill. There are a lot of regulars there and I think if it's a regular type place that makes it even better. You know the food is good if others keep going back. My first time here and I was not let down!!! Every time I pass up 105 Cafe I see a full packed parking lot, and now I know why! I was on my way to HEB to get things for breakfast but I was extremely hungry so me and my bf decided to stop here instead. I'm so happy we did!!!! Walked in and got on the list, waited 20 minutes because it was Sunday and the church goers were all here. The wait was worth it! The staff and the other customers were all so sweet! Southern charm surrounds this place! I ordered the special, Crab Cakes Benedict, and my bf ordered biscuits and gravy. I also got a pancake on the side because I wanted to try one! Today they are back open after Covid-19 shut down and the cleanliness and friendliness and food quality remain better than ever. In all my time on Yelp I have only given one restaurant 5 stars consistently but if they deserve it, I give it. First thing I noticed was friendly greeting and cleanliness. Next was that the music was at a low level where people could talk. Not a loud place. Silverware clean. Fries hot Burger hot. Great decor. Don't judge from the outside. Jennifer was very good and not in your face. A low-key and calm place. Manager/owner checked on me. Update: Came back for breakfast on 3-18-20 and all still 5/stars. Great build my own omelet. But their biggest selling point is service, friendliness and atmosphere. Seriously, I am a tough grader (just check my other reviews). I give very few 5-stars. This place checks every box. Quality food, good portions, very clean and great interior (check out artwork on wall) and magnificent friendly service.
