I went in today for a pedicure. It was a convenient nail shop to stop at at the moment away from my usual place. It was very dark inside. I wasn't immediately addressed, so I didn't know who to talk to. I said "Hello, may I get a pedicure" I don't know who talked out loud but someone said "sit" I wasn't sure where to sit. I was told my toes were dry but they were wet. I now have to go have them repainted. Then I was charged to take off the shellac I had on. $30 for a pedicure and $5 to take off the shellac. Way too much for what I got. I will never go back to that shop! read more

Love this place! Love my girl Donna there, love how she does my pedicures and she gets my ingrown corners just right! 2 stars is a generous gift for the experience I had here. The salon is dim and really dusty. If the front of the salon is this yucky, I wonder what the back looks like. I asked the manicurist to lightly square my nails. I expected her to understand, but then she took the cuticle clippers and chopped off the corner of my nail. After that another manicurist snipped at me"she doesn't speak English." It didn't bother me that she didn't speak English, but someone could have easily told me before I sat down and translated for her. I will never return. Stay away from this salon! The service is terrible!!! I got a mani/pedi with gel and the color I chose was completely different because I've had it before. She proceeded to put a 3rd coat of a different color. She dipped once into the gel and did all 5 toes with that dip. At the end my large toe was darker and smaller toes were lighter. My manicure is a whole other story.. she finally found the original color I asked for but... my nails have lines in them and are all shaped differently and different length. I called and went in the next day hoping they would fix it. Donna was extremely rude and said she could paint over 5 layers of gel to see IF she could fix the problem! I had a flight 2 hours later yet we told me to wait 20 minutes! Stay away from this salon.. the only good person who was good at her job was Nicky and she unexpectedly quit! I wonder why! I asked to speak to Rose the owner and was told she's on vacation although I saw her there last night! I paid $70 for the worst mani/pedi I've honestly ever had especially right before a trip!! You would think customer comes first but for them it's all about $$$!!!! read more

After a couple bad experiences at my usual nail salon, I decided to try 10 Nails out after reading their name in the Best of Clark County. I came in and was greeted right away, and asked if they have any openings for shellac manicure. Conveniently, there was a nail tech who was able to start right away. I'm not a big talker during manicures, so I didn't mind that the tech wasn't too engaging. The pro's were that it was very quick, but done well. There was a large selection of polishes to choose from, on all different shades. The facility looked very clean, and I like how the place is laid out. The manicure only ran me $25 (not including tip). My only complaints are that she filed a few of my nails on the side into awkward slants - not straight out like the rest. And that there was a little bit of a language barrier and it got confusing when it came time to pay. But overall, I'm pretty happy with how my nails turned out. It was a good first visit and I'll probably be back again if I'm in the area. A solid 3.5/5. read more

I use to come here years ago and stopped going after they "didn't have an appt for me" not once but two times. And then couldn't fit me in so I stopped going. Started giving it another chance recently, have been back 3 times now. Every single time when I have an appt and walk in The doors I don't get greeted yet anyone who walks in after me is greeted with hi how can I help you? Not once not twice but three times without being greeted. Then, the lady who has done my nails , who I tip $15, sits down grabs my hand and starts. Does not say hi how are you, nothing. Idk if it's a color issue they have, bc like I said any Caucasian person after me is greeted and seems to be treated nice. I use manners, thank them for their time, and I get treated less than. I didn't like one of my nails today and instead of fixing they say come back Monday we don't have time. I work as a nurse in this busy, short staffed pandemic Monday-Friday which is why I treat myself on the weekends. Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere. read more

First thing I noticed it was super packed (which is a good sign if your new, gives you some comfort they might be good) I sat down after I got greeted and told what I wanted done and picked my color. The girl who did my nails (Sophie) was SUPER sweet and calming and knows how to do nails and massages. I almost fell asleep at the massage process. This is a good place and fairly priced. It is usually always busy BUT recently they have been rounding my toenails during a pedicure. I thought it was a given that someone trained in nail care would know never to round toenails due to causing ingrown nails but apparently it's not. Never in my decades of getting pedicures have I ever had someone round my toenails but it's happened on my last two visits. My toenails are now ingrown and I am very unhappy about it. read more

Sneaky sneaky... I have been coming here for a couple of years now and have been fairly satisfied with the overpriced service. The place is clean and a couple of the employees are good at what they do... The main problem with this place is they want the customers to use cash and if you try to use a card, your card gets conveniently declined every time...I always thought it's kind of weird that my card gets declined knowing that I have enough money in the bank to cover the fee but never really looked into why my card gets declined in that specific store. The very last time it happened I decided to call the bank from inside the store and the bank told me that someone entered the wrong PIN number. I explained to the bank that I asked the cashier to run it as credit. The bank insisted the wrong pin number causes the transaction to get declined forcing the customer to use cash to avoid paying the bank fees!!! Buyer be ware. read more

I got french tip UV nails and they turned out okay. Kind of a sloppy job, left many spots uncovered and bubbles. The place smells really strong of nail polish, and the nail artist was kind of rude, she tried persuading me into getting something I didn't want so be careful with that. My nails were left way too short, the acrylic falling off my nail and really wide. I had called in about how much the nails were going to be an they said 20, but when I got there it turned out to be 35, I got nothing extra so I was pretty annoyed by that. My friend came and got her nails done also and her nail artist was really sweet but didn't do a good job either. I will never go back, not worth the 35$ at all. read more

New to the area, and wanting to treat myself on my birthday, I stumbled upon 10 Nails while waiting for my guy to get his haircut at the Barbers nearby. I received amazing 5 star treatment from both Amy (deluxe pedi) and Julie (deluxe mani) and will definitely be coming back soon! Not the cheapest place in town, but well worth every penny. The salon was clean, freshly decorated and has higher grade chairs than your average nail salon and the extra massages that come with the deluxe option are simply the best! I went at the end of the day on a Saturday. I was a walk in and they seemed slightly busy. I was helped right away. I went for a mani/pedi. The pedicure was wonderful, she took her time and was very through. My manicure was not however. It was very rushed and she cut me 2x. I got just a basic shellac color and it looks good. Not too happy with the price. It costs $70. I was told the deluxe pedicure was $35 which was great but when I went to pay I am told the total was $70. That means the basic mani I got was also $35. Seems a tad spending especially considering the mani was so rushed. I think she just want to get done so she could leave for the day. With so many nail salons around I'm not sure if I'll go back. But if you don't mind spending a higher price for average service this is the place for you. read more
