The no-polish manicure included no buffing at all, so my nails looked just as ridged as when I walked in. The shaping was lazy -- they clipped my nails straight across, quickly filed, and moved on. Cuticle work was harsh; it felt like they were just chopping cuticles off rather than doing careful prep. Finally, the hygiene practices made me uneasy. After using the foot tools, the tech dunked them in the same wash basin I had my feet in and then put them back in the tray. There's a front room with salon chairs and a large back room with massage tables separated by curtains, as well as changing rooms. It's nice, clean and calming. The staff was very friendly and provided good education for our service and scalp health. I had Sammy, who was very nice and good at her job. We were given a phone to view the real-time images of the inspection of our scalps. So, if we had product build up or dry scalp, we could see that. We did the hydrotherapy service, which was 75 minutes and $105. It consisted of the scalp analysis, scalp massage, exfoliation, hydration and deep cleansing. We also got shoulder and neck massages, as well as hand massages. It was wonderful! At the end of the service, they revisited the magnifier on our scalps and we could see the difference! With this service, they blow dry your hair to about 75% but they don't style it. I highly recommend trying this out!
