My first encounter with Jude was over the phone a month ago when I was getting pricing from different contractor's and out of all contractors I talked to, he was really patient and explained the difference between materials and gave us helpful tips to make the right decision. He did not sound rushed or frustrated with all my questions at all and was very professional & kind. The workers were extremely clean & professional. They went out of their way to limit dust in our house by covering our appliances and furniture. They never came late, if anything they always showed up at least 10 mins earlier then planned. We needed a new garage door but it was not as simple as swapping it out. The garage had to be framed properly and we had space issues, making the regular garage door motor not an option. I found 1 Stop Home Remodel while driving through Pasadena and thought it couldn't be that easy to find someone to do the work. I walked in, told them what I needed, and Jude was at my house within a half hour to give me an estimate. Jude was easy to reach and talk to about the project from estimate to the completion of the job. This is the second major bathroom remodel that Jude helped me with and like the first it was done with well qualified workers and came out just like we wanted. Kind of surprised when we signed our contract and the next day they started. His crew covered the floor and put up plastic to keep the dust out of the rest of the house. The only BAD if you want to call it that is that Jude said it would take 2 weeks to finish the bathroom, no problem there, his guys would tell me they would be there at 9am and not show up till 2 or 3 and I don't like that, BUT...BUT... BOTTOM LINE the bathroom was done in 2 weeks and on time and looks FANTASTIC soooo should I complain?? My next project is my kitchen and I will definitely use Jude and ONE STOP HOME REMODELING.
