The scope included a full guest bathroom remodel (excluding the shower), master bathroom paint and flooring with a new tile shower, bedroom popcorn ceiling skim coating, paint, water heater replacement, new vanity and mirror, plus all associated electrical work. The entire project was completed in about two months and stayed right on schedule, which was impressive given the number of different areas and trades involved in a condo building. What truly stood out was the exceptional communication and project management from Yair. He did an excellent job setting clear expectations from day one and followed through consistently. He made a point of stopping by every week to personally inspect the progress, which gave us great peace of mind. The quality of the workmanship was very good across the board - clean, professional, and detailed. The transformation in our bedroom is especially noticeable. They turned our bedroom into a place we don't want to leave! The changes completely changed the feel of the space, making it bright, modern, and incredibly comfortable. We're extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Love Home Renovations to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality renovation work. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing things right made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We'll definitely be calling them again for future projects.

The kitchen and garage…read moreis beautiful if you look at the big picture but once you start looking closer, everything was off. To keep a long story short, they make up a lot of excuses for the many errors they make. They try to gaslight you into thinking they are doing you a favor by fixing their own mistakes. They try to blame the errors on you or it "previously" being there. They claim they will work with you but when their works returned, they literally were huffing and puffing out loud about having to fix their work. I have all texts and evidence and will be filing to a contractor state license board complaint and having a second opinion on the work done. Will update review with the complaint and the details when it's done. I attached some pictures for your viewing pleasure. Keep in mind these pictures are just a handful of the problems

If you are looking…read morefor someone to do a solid job and you don't care so much about the project management, then they were great. If you like to stick to a schedule, scheduling with the company and trying to get in touch with them was awful. They would say that they would show up on Sunday at noon, and then never show up and never text to cancel. They would commit to showing up at 9-11am and then text me confused when I wasn't home to let them in at 3pm. I would text and call Sammy or whichever contractor I worked with and they wouldn't respond for days. The job was finished over a month ago and I am still trying to get a receipt, summary of work, and mold test results. They also left the demolition trash in my garage and told me they'd come back to throw it away (they never came back and I had to throw it away). Again, they do great work! But I personally wouldn't schedule with them again because of how frustrating communication and scheduling can be. I encourage them to clean up the logistical side of the house. Hire a scheduler and a dispatcher, send confirmation texts before the scheduling window, and send a text in advance if you can't make it on time or at all. Having the skills to remodel and repair is half of what someone is hiring when selecting a contractor. Being on time, organized, and reliable is the other half.

Overall, we were very impressed with him, his workers, and the repairs. Definitely hire him for your next home improvement project.

He met with me on a Sunday at 11:00 a.m. and took the time to thoroughly review the plans for my two bathroom and kitchen remodel. After walking through the project details, Khaled sat down with me and clearly explained the remodeling process with complete transparency. Although my budget was below his estimated project cost, he still generously shared valuable advice about what to look for when evaluating contractors and navigating the renovation process. A few weeks later, Khaled followed up to check on my progress. His timing could not have been better, as the contractor I had ultimately hired was not working out. He took the time to discuss several options with me, which gave me confidence that I had a path forward. Khaled even offered to connect me with a trusted subcontractor if needed and welcomed me to reach out with any questions or concerns along the way. While I was ultimately unable to move forward with AP Remodeling due to budget constraints, I was genuinely impressed by Khaled's integrity, responsiveness, and willingness to help without any obligation. If you are looking for quality workmanship backed by exceptional customer service and can accommodate the investment, I highly recommend working with Khaled and the team at AP Remodeling.

Initially we hired him to paint our home and to replace a number of rotting fascia boards. He also helped me select a beautiful front door to update the look of our home, as well as replace an exterior side door and repainted and changed the hardware of our kitchen/garage fire door. When we had issues with some of the work done, Gabriel was right on it to make sure it was taken care of immediately. This type of attention is not always given with other people we've dealt with before. Gabe takes pride in his company to do an excellent job for his clients. After a month and a half since the job was completed, Gabe came over to assess the job, after we had a week of steady rain, to make sure we didn't have any other questions for him. We had a vision, and Mike brought it to life!…read more We've tackled our fair share of remodel projects over the years, but nothing quite prepared us for the leap into a complete, ground-up ADU build. We knew this wasn't a project to hand off to just anyone, we needed a true expert, someone who could steer us through every twist and turn with confidence. That's exactly what we found in Mike. From our very first meeting, Mike had a calm, reassuring presence that told us we were in good hands. He listened closely to our vision, asked the right questions, and laid out a clear path forward that immediately put our minds at ease. And trust us, our minds needed easing, we came to him with a steady stream of nervous, sometimes repetitive questions, and he never once made us feel like a burden. He answered every single one with patience, warmth, and genuine reassurance. Communication was a true highlight of working with Mike. He kept us updated at every stage, so we always knew exactly where things stood. What could have been an incredibly stressful, all-consuming process instead felt manageable, even exciting. He also took the reins on coordinating with city inspectors throughout the entire build, handling all the back-and-forth so we didn't have to lift a finger. That alone lifted a massive weight off our shoulders. And the icing on the cake? He finished the entire project ahead of the estimated timeline, without ever cutting corners on quality or care. If you're on the fence about a big build like this, let us save you the trouble: call Mike. He turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into one we're genuinely grateful for, and the final result speaks for itself. We couldn't recommend him more highly.
