I had a consultation with Khaled from AP Remodeling, and I was impressed by his professionalism and willingness to accommodate my schedule. He met with me on a Sunday at 11:00 a.m. and took the time to thoroughly review the plans for my two bathroom and kitchen remodel. After walking through the project details, Khaled sat down with me and clearly explained the remodeling process with complete transparency. Although my budget was below his estimated project cost, he still generously shared valuable advice about what to look for when evaluating contractors and navigating the renovation process. A few weeks later, Khaled followed up to check on my progress. His timing could not have been better, as the contractor I had ultimately hired was not working out. He took the time to discuss several options with me, which gave me confidence that I had a path forward. Khaled even offered to connect me with a trusted subcontractor if needed and welcomed me to reach out with any questions or concerns along the way. While I was ultimately unable to move forward with AP Remodeling due to budget constraints, I was genuinely impressed by Khaled's integrity, responsiveness, and willingness to help without any obligation. If you are looking for quality workmanship backed by exceptional customer service and can accommodate the investment, I highly recommend working with Khaled and the team at AP Remodeling. read more

AP Remodeling took on our project to fully remodel our master bathroom, tile our guest bathroom, install hardwood flooring, and build a custom railing. They did a fantastic job overall, from the initial site visit, to planning, design, material sourcing, permitting, execution, completion, and touch-ups. We especially appreciated working with our project manager, Henrique, who was responsive, treated us with respect, and kept the project on track through any challenges along the way. Our superintendent, Eduardo, managed the various crews well and treated our property with care. Front office and management were professional and top-notch as well. With AP Remodeling, you're getting a fully dedicated team on your side, one that respects your home and is fully committed to customer satisfaction. We highly recommend giving them a chance to bid on your next project. We absolutely loved how our master bathroom turned out (see before and after photos). Thanks again, AP team! read more

We recently completed a full home remodel with AP Remodeling, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, the pricing was fair, and the communication throughout the project was excellent. A special thank you to Aviv, our project manager. He went above and beyond every step of the way. He was always available, responsive, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done to the highest standard. We are absolutely in love with our new kitchen! it has become our favorite place in the house, and honestly, we don't want to leave it! Every detail of our home turned out beautifully. If you're looking for a trustworthy remodeling company that delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend AP Remodeling. We used AP Remodeling to convert our attic into a laundry room and to renovate two bathrooms. We had a specific vision for the new laundry room, and our project manager, Idan, worked diligently to bring that vision to life. For the downstairs bathroom, we wanted to make it wheelchair-accessible but weren't sure how. Idan whipped up plans to reorganize the bathroom completely, and we are so pleased with the result! You are in good hands if you get Idan as your project manager because he seems to have a full catalog in his phone of appealing design choices and detail-oriented spreadsheets of what materials to buy so his crew can install it in your home! I have only one criticism of this company: we weren't always sure when the construction workers would arrive each day. But whenever they did, we were happy because they were all hardworking, friendly, and very respectful of our space. My main fears with any remodeling project are pricing and timeline. I can assure you that AP Remodeling was completely honest about their fees, and they completed our project on time. read more

If you had told me a year ago that our rundown 3-car garage would one day be a stunning 2-bed, 2-bath ADU, I would have laughed you out of the driveway. AP Remodeling took an eyesore and turned it into a showstopper. They took the worst part of construction, city permitting, and made it completely painless. Whenever an unexpected issue popped up, they were quick to bring us fast, smart solutions rather than headaches. Idan is a fantastic project manager, and great to work with. His communication kept everything on track, and I am still convinced he bent the laws of physics to fit a full 2-bed, 2-bath layout into 600 square feet. Jordan brought a fantastic design, crafting a space anchored by gorgeous sage cabinetry that makes the place feel bright and calm. On top of that, Marsial, Carlo, and the whole crew built at lightning speed while maintaining top-notch safety and craftsmanship. They are fantastic! It is definitely a long road to finish a build, but it pays to be in good hands. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the end result, and we would recommend AP Remodeling in a heartbeat. read more

I want to thank everyone who shared their positive experiences with AP Remodeling, it's the reason we chose them for our primary bathroom remodel, and I am so glad we did! From our first meeting with our Project Manager, Idan Behar, I knew we were in good hands. Idan is a true professional who genuinely cares about his clients. He worked with us step-by-step to ensure our vision came to life, and while we had a clear idea of what we wanted, his expert advice on materials and placement proved invaluable. The entire crew was exceptional. From the demo team and plumbers to the tile experts (Jorge and Lucia), drywall/paint (Ismael), and finishing touches (Leonardo), everyone was professional and considerate. As someone who works from home right next to the construction zone, I especially appreciated their thoughtfulness. They frequently checked in to see if they needed to "quiet down" or adjust their lunch breaks to accommodate my meeting schedule. We couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend AP Remodeling for your next project! Tim and Jackie read more

Aviv and his team took such good care of my house! We hired AP Remodeling for a home addition that included adding a new restroom, and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. The entire addition came out beautifully and feels like it was always part of the original home. Jordan was great to work with from beginning to end. The workmanship was excellent, and the team did a great job keeping everything organized. We went through a first floor remodel with AP a few years ago and they were the natural choice when we decided to update our primary and guest baths a few months ago. As with last time, we were impressed with Aviv and his team - their customer service and communication is incredible and the team is skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Our project included Mai, who helped us put together a design we love, a Josh as a project manager who kept everything running smoothly. Armando, the foreman, showed up and worked hard every day and all the other craftsmen from the tile installer to the painter and plumber were just amazing. AP wasn't the cheapest bid we got, but the value and quality of the work were well worth it yet again. Thanks again AP! read more

After having such a great experience with AP Remodeling on our ADU a couple of years ago, there was never much debate about who we would trust with our full home remodel. Once again, they proved why we made the right decision. A project this size is never without challenges, but what separates a great contractor from an average one is how they handle those moments. AP Remodeling doesn't just build beautiful homes--they genuinely stand behind their work and their clients. Halfway through our remodel, a small issue came up. Before we even had a chance to reach out, they contacted us first, explained what they had found, and immediately offered a solution. They didn't wait for us to complain or hope we wouldn't notice. They took ownership, and that level of professionalism says everything about the kind of company they are. Communication throughout the entire project was outstanding. We always knew what was happening, what the next steps were, and if something needed to be discussed, they took the time to walk us through it. Remodeling can involve hundreds of decisions, and we never felt pressured or left in the dark. We also had the pleasure of working with Matan on this project, and he was fantastic. He was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and always made us feel like our opinions mattered. Rather than trying to push us in one direction, he worked with us to make sure every detail turned out exactly the way we wanted. When questions or unexpected situations came up, he helped us think through the options and always made us feel confident in the decisions we were making. Another thing that impressed us was how quickly the entire team worked. We were on a very tight timeline, and everyone understood how important it was to keep the project moving. They worked incredibly efficiently without making us feel like quality was ever being sacrificed. It was obvious they were doing everything they could to help us get back into our home as quickly as possible. The finished product exceeded our expectations, but honestly, what will stick with us the most is how we were treated throughout the entire process. It's easy for a contractor to promise great results before the job starts. AP Remodeling backs those promises up with exceptional communication, proactive customer service, and a genuine commitment to making sure you're happy long after the work is done. This is now our second major project with AP Remodeling, and I can recommend them with complete confidence. If you're looking for a contractor that values craftsmanship, communicates every step of the way, stands behind their work, and truly wants your home to turn out exactly as you envisioned it, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Five stars, once again. read more

Although I didn't personally hire AP Remodeling Inc. for a project, I had the opportunity to speak with their team while exploring my options, and I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism and customer service. Aviv, the CEO, took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. Heather, the office manager, was equally helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the process. They both went above and beyond to provide clear, honest information and made what could have been a confusing process much easier to understand. Even though I didn't end up working with them, the level of respect, transparency, and willingness to help left a great impression on me. If their customer service is any indication of how they run their projects, I can see why they have such a strong reputation. Matan took the time to explain my options and helped me plan the best path forward for my two bathroom remodels. I am so glad I chose AP Remodeling to complete our recent bathroom remodel (which included an adjacent bedroom closet and an adjoining bathroom wall). Our unexpected project stemmed from a water leak, which was a very stressful experience. Based on the outstanding 5-star reviews and after meeting my project manager, Henrique, I decided to go with AP Remodeling. Henrique immediately put me at ease. He has a calm, professional, friendly, and reassuring demeanor. I had a bad experience with a previous contractor, so it was important to me that I have a good rapport with whomever I hired. Even though our project was on the smaller side, I was never made to feel that it was less valued than larger or high-end projects. AP Remodeling cares about each and every one of their projects. Henrique answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He kept me informed and notified me about next steps. I appreciated that he kept things simple and straightforward, while also keeping things moving and on track. I want to give a shout-out to the foreman on our project, Armando. He was awesome! He explained to me what was done and why. AP Remodeling uses the best materials and the best methods to complete their work. Armando is very detail-oriented. He remembers and keeps track of all the little things that were done and still needed to be done. Armando is very experienced and knowledgeable. He knows what to look out for and anticipates potential issues and how to address them. I noticed there were some things he would find that weren't spelled out in the job parameters, but he took the initiative to fix what needed to be fixed to make the job complete. I really appreciated that he took care of those things. Armando is a really good leader--he takes care of his guys and has their respect and admiration, which just made the whole experience so much more positive for me. A huge thank you to the team of Raul and Joanna, who did a fantastic job on the beautiful tile installation in our bathroom. All the guys (Elbin, José) were so hardworking and had such a positive attitude. Happy hands make light work! I appreciated the family-like, more personal, boutique feel of the company. Armando said he would make me a beautiful bathroom, and he did! So, look no further--AP Remodeling is an outstanding choice to meet your remodeling needs! read more

His combination of professionalism, creativity, and care made the entire project run smoothly. Tried to find my original review that I left a few months ago on our kitchen remodel, but it seems to have disappeared! TL/DR: After 8 months post-remodel, we love our kitchen, flooring & new baseboards --everyone who visits us gushes over the quality and design aesthetic of the remodel. The most impressive thing that I wanted to highlight is AP Remodeling's commitment to quality and warranty. After 7 months of use, the dishwasher panel as well as the top kitchen cabinet drawer suddenly came loose. We contacted Josh (our PM at AP Remodeling) and he was super quick to respond and ensure the crew came out onsite that same week to make it right, no questions asked. That's not all --- one month after fixing our dishwasher panel, my husband accidently dropped a can from the top of the cabinet to the bottom of the fridge panel, which caused the panel to be dinged (it was a high fall). This obviously had nothing to do with AP Remodeling's workmanship --- nevertheless, Josh/AP Remodeling team graciously came out to repair our fridge panel, no pushback and fast/quality fix! 5 stars because the initial kitchen remodel was top notch, but 5 stars mainly because this company ensures that their product holds the test of time and are willing to partner to make things right. Highly recommend! read more

My first remodeling project morphed from a kitchen and bath remodel to a full home project. What I most appreciate about Idan at AP Remodeling was the time and attention he devoted to listening to what I wanted to accomplish and then creating plans and 3-D renderings for me to visualize how my project would ultimately take shape through all stages and changes throughout planning. This made me much more comfortable committing to the project. The before and after photographs of AP's work speak for themselves but they do not convey the professionalism with which the result was delivered. I found Idan, very easy to work with, patient, knowledgeable, responsive and very accomplished. I highly recommend AP Remodeling. read more

Despite being a relatively modest project, AP Remodeling approached my bathroom renovation with an attentiveness befitting that of a far grander scale. Their patience was unwavering even as the timeline stretched beyond the original projection (due to a tango of inspections outside our control). From the initial consultation and even past completion, Daniel and Armando demonstrated polish and professionalism. I had no qualms entrusting their crew with apartment access in my frequent absence. They worked independently while maintaining communication throughout to ensure every detail was to my liking. On many occasions I would return home to the thrill of discovering the bathroom in a new stage of progress, as if by magic. The final transformation is stunning-so much so that I often catch myself wandering in just to admire the handiwork. Admittedly, I will miss listening to the soundtrack wafting over from the bathroom: supplementing the ordinary din of construction had been a musical selection ranging from Adele to Air Supply. The AP Remodeling team, in addition to their impressive trade skills, boasts DJ potential. read more

We have a detached garage that was leaking water from the retaining wall that backed up to a hill & after a couple decades of water damage from our home's previous owner a major remodel was in order. After getting multiple quotes from other companies stating the only option was to tear it all down, Idan & the AP team took a look and came up with a more affordable option to eliminate the water leaking & replace everything that had been damaged while adding a ton of functional storage. I cannot say enough good things about AP Remodeling!! Matan and his crew are truly the best of the best. From completely remodeling our entire new home to helping us address an emergency leak in our old home, Matan has been there for us, helped us, and delivered exceptional results every time! Our new home is truly outstanding, and it's all thanks to the crew's excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. While there were a few delays, we generally completed the entire renovation of a 2500 sq foot home (everything was remodeled: floors, windows, doors, all rooms!) within 4 months which is insane, because we did a previous ~800 sq ft renovation with a different company that took the same amount of time with nowhere near the same level of craftsmanship. I have friends who went with different companies that have only a fraction of their work done and are so jealous of how swiftly and perfectly AP Remodeling executed our projects. I've worked with bad contractors/companies in the past and so I can say without a doubt that AP Remodeling outshines all of their competition. This review is long overdue! We had an excellent experience working with AP Remodeling on our major remodel! They totally exceeded all my expectations and I'm beyond happy with the results. After meeting with several contractors, I felt Daniel with AP Remodeling was the most knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I have worked with other contractors in the past on smaller scale projects, and none were as detailed, organized, and transparent as AP Remodeling with their itemized payment schedule, monthly project schedule, and scope of project documents. The back office was incredibly efficient with their weekly updates. Our remodel started in the kitchen with a new layout to include a range hood vent system that never existed before, relocating the cooktop from the island to the wall side, moving walls, and rebuilding the pantry room. We also installed new engineered wood flooring throughout the house, removed a wet bar, and installed new cabinets in the kitchen, living room, family room, laundry room and hallways, and remodeled 2 fireplaces. We were impressed right away during demo week 1 because the crew was highly efficient and super tidy. You would never know the whole interior of the house was demo'd after they finished, not a single scrap of debris on the driveway or exterior. AP Remodeling works with top notch highly skilled subcontractors from flooring and electrical to plumbing and countertop fabricator. Their cabinet maker Amir (Oroy Development), Sam & crew were outstanding with high quality cabinets and super versatile and creative with modifications needed to handle last minute design changes. Daniel is a good collaborator and really keeps you updated, always asking for input with details like where do you want the seam lines on the countertop, how many outlet plugs, how do you want the tile layout for the fireplace, floor wood panel layout, etc. I must have asked him a million questions, and he always gives me a thoughtful answer to help me understand better. I was pleasantly surprised that Daniel kept us on budget and on schedule! I also had the chance to work with Shlomi from the design team (I think?) when we ran into an unexpected support beam issue, and he was quick to offer a well thought out solution that I was very happy with. AP Remodeling is a really well run company, and there's no architectural challenge they cannot overcome. Remodeling can be so stressful, but working with a solid reputable licensed professional like AP remodeling makes all the difference. read more

Very satisfied with the AP Remodeling (APR), highly recommend, absolutely would contract again. Loved working with our project lead, Daniel; and project foreman, Armando. We had APR do a targeted house remodel in 2024. Demo built-ins, 2 full bath remodels, move and reframe ~20 total linear feet of walls, replace ~1500 sq ft of flooring (tile & hardwood), repair & resurface leaking balcony, patch & paint ceilings & walls, service all exterior doors, install kitchen backsplash tiles, install baseboards, plus lots of littler items. I imagine this is more challenging than a full gutting or new construction because there was a lot in the house we were *not* touching, and the extent of the work varied greatly by room. I created multiple Google Docs totaling almost 80 pages to communicate project specs to APR. Why I rate APR highly: * Quality end result, following customer-provided specs, and for the contracted cost. * Craftsmanship (tile, hardwood flooring, drywall work, painting, baseboards, etc.) is top notch with attention to detail. * Transparent, fair, and prompt estimates. APR was the last firm we requested an initial estimate from, and the first firm we got a comprehensive estimate, which was very competitive relative to where the 2 other firms' estimates were trending. * Good, responsive, and respectful communication throughout the project. * Acknowledged and corrected, without additional charge, mistakes and/or decisions made without customer consultation. read more

My husband and I wanted to redo two half bathrooms, install a new banister for our stairs, and exchange two closet doors in our new home. We contacted 4 companies and we went with AP Remodeling for a few reasons: they were the second most competitive bid, they came across as the most professional (they had a lot of experience, all the permits, etc.), and they included a service from a third company (WeVisu) to assist with sourcing all the fixtures and materials. This third company, WeVisu, did absolutely nothing for us -- we had to research and buy all the fixtures and materials ourselves. But AP Remodeling was very good. Our Project Manager, Idan, and the lead on-site contractor, Hector, were both very polite and knowledgeable. The project took a bit longer than expected, but Idan (and Shlomi) made sure to do a good quality job and we ended up very satisfied. read more

Highly recommend AP Remodeling! We got our kitchen renovated, which included a load bearing wall removal and it has been a good experience. Initially, we worked with a designer provided by the company to get a great 3D model of the kitchen with detailed measurements prior to the project to fully envision everything. We have been able to live in our house during the project, and they have been very accommodating to partition the construction zone. There are a few details to go, but overall we've been very happy and know that it will end up perfect. We've heard a lot of horror stories from friends with other contractors, so feel very fortunate we haven't had any issues. The whole time, Matan (the project manager) and the workers have been very proactive and communicative. They do what it takes to stay on schedule, sometimes working longer hours or working weekends to reach milestones, which is great! In addition, they've handled the permitting process, and other logistics, so for a lot of the major aspects, we've been pretty hands-off. If you're looking to start a project, I encourage you to contact AP and get a quote to consider! read more

We had our primary bathroom remodeled with AP Remodeling. We started discussing plans with Aviv in January. The planning process was very organized and detailed and our questions were answered promptly. Aviv was able to fit us into their schedule since we wanted to start as soon as possible. We started construction in late February and completed renovation in mid-April which was longer than we initially planned however in the end, we are very happy with our bathroom. Everyone on the team is professional and holds themselves to a high standard. Mai, the designer, was amazing to work with. She was so quick to understand our style and was an immense help in sourcing all the pieces. Josue the project manager is always attentive. Towards the end of the project, he noticed our water pressure was low, and though it was unrelated to the renovation, took initiative to help us determine the source of the issue and fix it. Armando, the foreman as well as all the other craftsmen on the project did produced quality work. I appreciated the WhatsApp channel they had setup for us, and the weekly schedule that was shared the Friday before each week. It made communication very easy. If there was ever a hiccup, it was promptly addressed. Thank you to the AP Remodeling Team! read more
