This review is long overdue but Gerry and his crew did amazing work in my master bathroom remodel project back in 2018. They cut 12" x 12" tiles down to 4" x 12" tiles to create a custom herringbone pattern floor that looks great. They used the same 12" x 12" tiles to create 4" x" tiles for the shower pan so we had a consistent looking floor tile throughout. They also did amazing work creating a beautiful subway tile wall that extends out beyond the shower glass. Plus a custom mini herringbone tile for our show box/shelf. This is not a review about Gerry's work as we weren't able to get that far. Rather, it is a review of my inability to get an estimate from him. I researched tile installers extensively before contacting Tilecraft. I have a small shower job that in a high end residence that needs someone experienced. Gerry has outstanding reviews so I thought I would try him. It was easy to schedule a time for him to come take a look and he seemed knowledgeable when we met. That was on 12/6/22. I asked for an estimate asap as I want to do the work in late January/early February and need to order the tile. When the bid hadn't come by 12/14, I contacted Gerry. He promised it would come the next day. When it didn't come, I waited another week. Called again. Got another promise. No bid. Tried one last time last week. Was promised the bid at the latest by 12/30/22. Nothing. Reached out today (12/29/22) to give it one last chance and was told he's out of town, his fabricator is out of town and hopefully he can get it to me on Monday 1/2. I told him I am moving on and wish he had just told me from the start that this does not have time for my job right now. That would have been perfectly fine. His response to that was "Ok thanks" (via text), not "I am really sorry for wasting your time...". All that being said, Gerry seems like a nice person but I am writing this to let others know that he seems to be overwhelmed right now so if you have a time sensitive job, you should know that he may not be able to meet your timetable and also may not let you know that. read more

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Gerry Keogh of Tile Craft to do a multi-room remodel of my bathroom and adjoining walk-in closet area, a project which involved stripping out old carpeting and replacing it with ceramic tile, tearing out a 2-sink vanity, mirrors, and cabinets and replacing with new units. In addition to demolition and installation, Gerry and his crew provided invaluable design advice as to the type and size of tile which would best suit the application, as well as the design and layout of the tile. Throughout the project, the crew was on time every day and were thoroughly professional and skilled at their jobs as well as a joy to work with. Carlos was a real gem as the head installer. He was precise in his craftsmanship and made sure that I knew what he was doing at every step. And they kept the dust and dirt to a minimum during the day, as well as cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day. We found Gerry Keogh and Tile Craft through Angie's list because we had a major problem with our shower leaking in an old house. From the start Gerry was special. We got several estimates prior to having the job done, but Gerry was the only person who took the time to personally go down through the crawl space to figure out how much water damage there was and what exactly had to be done. Gerry has a skilled team of his Tile Craft workers who are professional and efficient in their work. He has different experts for the various aspects of the job and coordinates their activities superbly. Gerry stopped by at least once a day to check on the work and explain which aspect was being currently being worked on, the implications and what the next stage would be. Everything progressed smoothly and the work was completed on schedule exactly as Gerry explained to us at the time of taking the job.
