Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Even after everything was finished, they guaranteed that they would come back and fix anything that needed fixing. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to improve or build your new home!

Having everything mapped out helps avoid delays, last-minute changes, or compromising on your vision. Golan and Jordan were fantastic--Golan handled planning and communication, and Jordan ensured everything stayed on track. They always responded to my texts in a reasonable amount of time. Their tile crew was exceptional (I often bumped into them because they worked long hours and weekends to complete my home and were really nice and respectful people), and they tiled nearly my entire house beautifully (we're talking 2000 sq ft of flooring, 3 bathrooms, and a fireplace). I appreciated that Creative didn't nickel and dime me for small changes, and when a gas leak was discovered (due to careless cabinetry work), they fixed it--and more (we found more leaks during the repairs)--without extra charges. Despite delays beyond their control, they completed the full renovation in about six months--from pulling permits to final inspection. Major work included a new kitchen, three bathrooms, tile flooring throughout, interior paint, a new electrical panel, and whole-house LED recessed lighting. Even after the job was done, they returned to fix small issues without hesitation. That kind of follow-up is rare in a world full of disappearing contractors. I would recommend Creative for any remodeling project, big or small.

We were months into our bathroom remodel and at the last minute realized we received sinks from C&B that were sold as a wide spread faucet set up but was delivered with only one center hole drilled in the sinks. We had already matched other fixtures in the bathroom using cross handles and had already purchased fixtures for these sinks. We were torn between settling for new fixtures we didn't want and paying a restocking fee for the fixtures we already purchased and not to mention time lost, or trying to drill out the porcelain sinks which was kinda scary. Our GC said not to do it and that the sinks could chip and or crack... but then we found Mark on Yelp! Mark was the man! He guaranteed his work and assured that he would not chip or crack the sinks. Mark was very professional, on time and not to mention an extremely nice guy. He showed up and explained everything on how the process worked and included us on double checking measurements on distance between faucet and handles so we were happy before he drilled holes which was appreciated. Mark did an excellent job, the sinks were drilled perfectly with zero chips and holes were placed exactly. I would hire Mark again with no questions asked. Very rare to come by people who really care about the quality of the work in this business. Cant say enough, highly recommend. read more

LA Custom Blinds provided the motorized shades for my new construction home last year. The entire process from consultation to installation was seamless and so easy. Michael Jackson, my design consultant, was so patient with me as I decided on the fabrics and designs for the various windows. He is very knowledgeable and always guided me in the right direction. The blinds have been fantastic and we love the ease of using the motorized shades. Now that I am settled in my home, there are a few other areas that need window coverings.
