There were 3 for the hotel, make sure you select the nearest pickup spot to you. The lobby was several floors up, and they conveniently brought up our luggage. The beds were a little firm, but it worked. We left the room close to midnight and there was no traffic, but still took almost 45 minutes to the Hong Kong Airport so allow yourself travel time. Prudential was very convenient overall, the only reason for my low rating, is because the guy who checked us in was a little rude. Otherwise 7/10. Happy Journeys

As I mentioned the last time, your room will have wifi. That is if you stay above the 10th floor. The room was large with a fridge and a safe. The only downside was the bathroom which didn't have a curtain to block all the water from getting outside the tub. It is a popular hotel as it is centrally located to other parts of Kowloon and is easier to get up to mainland China as it cuts down on the total amount of time needed to get up there. Also, the MTR station is located at the bottom floor in the shopping centre. My folks and I will stay at this hotel again in the future.

In contrast, the family room has more room, a desk and chair, and a spacious bathroom and tub (the 2 ppl room only has a standing shower). They have shuttle buses that runs from 10am - 5pm to different locations in the city. Unfortunately, our arriving flight was after 5pm but we easily were able to take the A21. Their buses run hourly, but wait in the lobby 20+ min prior to the hour to board the bus...the bus promptly leaves on the dot and waits for no one. In the room, they provide complimentary water bottles per person and coffee/tea. There's also a minifridge and no microwave. If you have a choice, opt for a higher floor. I stayed on the 25th floor and the view was awesome. The best part of this place was that they gave you a fully charged smartphone (per room) that you can use as a phone or as a hotspot! Just set a profile and change the hotspot password and you're good to go!

Pretty darn convenient if you don't like paying for the train or taxi. Pros - very close to the bus stop in which you take in AND out of the city to the airport - offers in-town shuttle service - pretty much sound proof next to the other rooms, but if someone is making a ruckus in the hall, you will hear it. - pretty decent space and even though it's an older building, needs some tlc, it's pretty nice/comfy Cons- no outlets where you need them. There is an outlet on one side of the bed so it's not handy for 2 people staying in one room. There is no outlet in the bathroom so you can't curl/straighten your hair in there. You could do your hair right outside the bathroom next to the only other mirror in the room :/ Speaking of bathroom, the toilet is helllllla loud when you flush. Do note this location is far from the MTR. There is a tram stop nearby though and you can ride for $2.50 HKD hehe.

The bellhops were amazing, they were so helpful and hard working. We asked for a taxi one time and there were none waiting, so he hailed one from the busy street for us! Another amazing service example, I was using a piece of paper for my mouse to work on the glass desk table, and when i came back later that day, the maid had replaced it with a Cordis mouse pad free of charge! Also everyday the maid would coil up all my phone charging cables with free of charge Cordis branded cable ties. We had the breakfast buffet and it was fantastic and had so much to offer, including a noodle bar, eggs benedict bar, dim sum, congee bar, HK milk tea and coffee, latte/cappucino made to order, etc. I could go on and on. The gym and pool is really nice, offering sweeping views of the city from the 41st floor while you work out. Housekeeping keeps the room clean and well stocked. They offer twice a day service and anything extras (towels, tissues, etc.) are just a phone call away and delivered quickly. The rooms are comfortable (although ready for a refresh) and functional. Bathrooms are spacious and well stocked with amenities. If you book a Club room, you get access to a lounge on the 36th floor, with private check in and concierge service. There is lounge with mini buffet breakfast, afternoon tea snacks and drinks available throughout the day. We've stayed here a few times and have enjoyed every stay.

The location of the hotel is great, it was so easy to travel around since it is located right near the bus station and also the mtr. It's also connected to the Popcorn mall which was convenient as well. The rooms were pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable (firm beds, which I prefer). Remember to bring your type G plugs for power in Hong Kong. It was also very nice of them to provide bottled water each day.

Not a single speck of dust or unwanted hair. I can feel that the carpet was shampooed. We booked the Family Plus: - one bedroom with a King Size bed. - two twin beds. - two desk areas. - dining table area. - master bathroom has two sinks, soaking tub and a separate shower with strong water pressure. - I was surprised to find a half bathroom. - there is a spigot, water is filtered and safe for drinking. - foyer area has a bench and shoe rack - free daily breakfast at the Lion Rock restaurant. - since HK rains a lot, you can borrow the hotel's umbrella with a $100 HKD deposit. Make sure you return them when you checkout so they can cross out your name or else you'll be charge. This suite is located at the end of the hallway, giving you peace and quiet. I have to give a huge shoutout to our lovely and darling maid, Hwa, who went above and beyond. Coming back to our room on our second day, she runs up to me and asks if I needed maid service. I told her not today. She kept insisting like 3x to empty all the trash bins and replace the used towels. After I kept assuring her that she didn't need to, she still knocked on my door a minute later. When she hurriedly finished she told me to make sure I have the green light on everyday so she can tidy up. I also appreciated that she wore slippers. That is what us Asians do. Lol.
