I am a total hotel snob and like to book rooms that feel luxurious. Upon walking into our room, first thing I noticed is how immaculate and clean it is. Not a single speck of dust or unwanted hair. I can feel that the carpet was shampooed. We booked the Family Plus: - one bedroom with a King Size bed. - two twin beds. - two desk areas. - dining table area. - master bathroom has two sinks, soaking tub and a separate shower with strong water pressure. - I was surprised to find a half bathroom. - there is a spigot, water is filtered and safe for drinking. - foyer area has a bench and shoe rack - free daily breakfast at the Lion Rock restaurant. - since HK rains a lot, you can borrow the hotel's umbrella with a $100 HKD deposit. Make sure you return them when you checkout so they can cross out your name or else you'll be charge. This suite is located at the end of the hallway, giving you peace and quiet. I have to give a huge shoutout to our lovely and darling maid, Hwa, who went above and beyond. Coming back to our room on our second day, she runs up to me and asks if I needed maid service. I told her not today. She kept insisting like 3x to empty all the trash bins and replace the used towels. After I kept assuring her that she didn't need to, she still knocked on my door a minute later. When she hurriedly finished she told me to make sure I have the green light on everyday so she can tidy up. I also appreciated that she wore slippers. That is what us Asians do. Lol. We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Plaza Hotel, it's connected to a MOKO mall and MTR station so it is convenient. The room was nice and modern and I think for the price it's worth it. Check in took awhile even through I pre checked in prior to arriving. When we left the bell boy helped us with our luggage and we ask for a larger taxi to fit all our luggage but the bell boy already started to place our bags in the taxi . He didn't respond to us asking for a larger taxi and we just went with it. The taxi driver secure our luggage with a strap over the trunk and said this is a common practice in HK and we end up losing one of our luggage on the way to the airport. We had to file a police report while catching our flight. I am not saying this is the hotels fault but I want to mention it here to let travelers know to remember to push back if you don't feel it's right. read more

Not compassionate at all. I made a non-refundable booking by mistake, which wasn't an issue initially because my family had really wanted to go. However, my child's egg allergy wasn't improving (asphyxiation risk), and the close friend that we were supposed to visit had to emigrate suddenly, so we having no good reason to risk traveling Hong Kong, we had to disappointingly cancel our trip (we planned for months). Reached out to the hotel (both directly and through the travel agent) hoping that they'll be compassionate enough to at least give a partial refund, but nope. Presented them the medical documents, but they wouldn't budge. I asked if I could find a new date to maybe reschedule to, they gave me 3 days to make a new booking, and insisted that I booked exactly the same booking conditions etc. It felt extremely insincere. While I haven't stayed there before, with this experience, I never will. The hotel treats their customers as just money making objects. When you look at the negative comments, it seems to be a common trend - poor customer service behavior. May we were just expecting too much from them. To the hotel - you can keep the money but the story will be told to every person I know every time someone mentions Hong Kong. read more

Outstanding overall. Clean, comfortable rooms, the heated outdoor pool is great, and the sauna and steam room in the locker area are fantastic. It's comparable to Equinox! The hotel's location is great because it's right in Mong Kok, plus connected to an upscale-ish mall should you want more modern things. The subway is minutes away. Almost all the hotel staff were helpful, and with a great attitude. I'd definitely stay again. But Royal Plaza would benefit from a couple improvements. The person who checked us in was unprofessional. We were barred from our room until the 3:00pm check-in time, and not a second earlier. After a 15+ hour flight, it's obnoxious to make your exhausted guests wait in the lobby until the clock strikes 3:00pm and not a moment earlier. Although it's possible our room wasn't ready, I got the sense they deliberately made us wait! And the lobby couch was terrible because its springs, cushion, or whatever must've been shot. So you're stuck sunken into a nasty couch while the nasty hotel person watches you sit uncomfortably after a 15+ hour flight waiting for the clock to strike 3:00pm. The room furniture had dings here and there too, and could use touching up. So, Royal Plaza is great overall. But the nasty waiting until 3:00pm and not a second earlier is distasteful. It made a terrible first impression. But the rest of the stay at Royal Plaza was great, so (a bit reluctantly) I'll give five stars. read more

Stayed here the weekend of Sept 13-15th and once prior in fall of 2016. I absolutely love, love, love this hotel! The service here has been excellent both times. For this past weekend, the moment I got out of the taxi, the bellman came to assist us with our luggages (they watch over them while we check in). The lobby was huge and fancy! Since I booked about 6 months prior and am an Expedia VIP, I was given a free upgrade to the highest floor, 19th, and a thank letter with a bag of cookies. Check in was smooth and we were told to take the stairs from the 18th floor up to the 19th. We were in room 1974. The room opens up to a hallway with the bathroom to the left and closet to the right. A king size bed awaits you, with a leather chair, desk, mini bar, and flat screen TV. Being at the highest floor, it was very quiet. Walls are thick and sound proof so you feel like you are in your own private world. The best part was the walk in shower!! I love showers that have strong jets in addition, this shower had thick glass doors so when you're in there, you are in another private world! You can not hear a thing outside with the shower going! Amenities include luxurious body soaps, shampoos, conditioners, comb, toothbrush/toothpaste, sewing kit, all the works are given. The maids always have a smile on their faces and greets you as you are leaving your room.. Besides the lovely hotel, its the location that makes this hotel even more awesome! You don't even need to walk outside to access Mong Kok East station or the mall. It is connected to the MOKO shopping mall which is multi levels of retail therapy and a MOKO food court upstairs. There are several restaurants as well which I dined at on level 6..Super Star Seafood Restaurant for Dim Sum and Jade Garden for dinner. Both are excellent. If you do venture out, its not a far walk to Ladies Street Market, outside restaurants, bargain markets, etc. Its also about a 15 mins walk to another giant mall called Langham Place which I discovered this time for more shopping! If you're going to HK..I highly recommend Royal Palace for their service, rooms, proximity to subway, mall, and food! read more

So hotels in Hong Kong don't really do too well with trying to stuff 4 people in a room, but the Royal Plaza Hotel does it! They're connected to the MOKO shopping plaza in Mong Kok East and that's actually the closest MTR stop as well. They have a walkway that does connect it to Mong Kok MTR station as well - while that's covered, the humidity tho haha. Anyways it does look really nice downstairs. It's sleek and fancy! A lot of people tho in the lobby haha. Going to the room, it does have plenty of space. They even have an area on the window area that you can put extra luggage on top (and thank goodness that was there because there was not much space to walk through if that weren't there). They have a table to sit at but most of the other space is gonna be on the beds haha. For their shower, it's in a bathtub (so that's kinda weird) and there's a step ladder to step into the shower. Kinda weird. They do have all the toiletries though that you could ever ask for haha. They also don't have a Handy, which I was kinda hoping they would have - it's nice to have a phone to hotspot everything haha. The bed was comfy and def fit two people, so a good rest! And yes being connected to MOKO is a huge plus since there's going to be different places to eat at that's closeby haha. Solid place to stay in the Mong Kok area. read more

We had a great stay at the Royal Plaza!! The rooms are nice and spacious with very comfortable beds and stellar service. It was also nice we could book our tours at an activity desk downstairs, and the included breakfast buffet was great for all four days. The price was really low because we went during the season of protests but I think it's normally fairly pricy. We also had a beautiful view of the mountains and city on the 12th floor. The location is convenient, right next to a shopping mall and metro station and walkable to the Ladies Market and Temple Market. It was a quick Uber to Choi Hung Estate for a pretty photo. The only two things that could use improvement: 1) The lighting is terrible - so dark and hard to do your makeup 2) I woke up every day with allergies - I think it's the carpets. They're pretty old and the hotel would be better off doing flooring than carpets. The allergies went away quickly upon leaving. read more

My family and I have visited HK almost every year for the last 16 years. This is our third time staying at Royal Plaza. Not only is this hotel in a prime location (MTR is downstairs, food court/mall is attached to the building, and you're half a mile from all the street food & Ladies Street), but the cleanliness of the rooms is also top notch. Housekeeping does a great job cleaning the toilet/bathroom every day and they even clean the reflective surface above the desk, which I never thought they'd do. The rooms are spacious enough to fit 4 comfortably. The hotel will also keep your luggage for you after check out if needed. We went on a side trip to Japan for a few days before returning to HK and they kept our luggage during that period too. Great choice if you're looking for a place to stay in HK. read more

First time here staying on the top floor which is the 19th and enjoying the room. Got upgraded since our original room was not ready. The lobby lines were quite long but I'm guessing it's because this place is very close to many of the attractions in Hong Kong. Staying at Royal Plaza Hotel for two days and seeing Hong Kong. Walking distance to the bird park, fish park and flower area. There are some plenty of pretty things to see but probably not to buy back since I don't think you'd be able to but who knows. Walking around Hong Kong makes me feel like it's just a wonderful place to live and see. If you do ever go to Hong Kong I would suggest this hotel. The gym and swimming pool are super nice and the pool actually plays music! My first time ever having that so it was kind of cool and totally different! Yes Hong Kong can be expensive especially rooms and everything but this wasn't that bad compared to many. read more

I stayed at The Royal Plaza hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. I was greeted by friendly staff upon walking to the door and the receptionist was quick to check me into my room. The room was spacious, clean and the bathrooms were stocked with everything needed. One complaint I did have was they only give you two complimentary water bottles. If you wanted more water than they would charge you. Pricey hotels really shouldn't be charging for water. Besides that, I enjoyed their gym and swimming pool as well. They weren't anything extravagant, but the facility was sleek and clean. The Recommendation: Staying here is a little pricey but if you can afford it, than go for it! The good customer service, convenient location, and cleanliness of the hotel makes it a good hotel to stay in. read more

We found a great deal on this hotel so we stayed here for 3 days. Overall it was a pretty good stay, the location is great because you are a 15 minute walk from the lady market, 10-15 minute walk from 2 different MRT stations (Mon Kok and Price Edwards), and you are attached to a large mall with easy access from the second floor. My one issue with the hotel is we had booked a "family room" but it is nothing more than a regular room with 2 beds in it. We had enough space to make it work, but it was pretty cramped overall. If you are by yourself or with one other person this hotel is ideal for you because of the location and easy access to the MRT. read more

It's been a while since we stayed at the Royal Plaza, and with our visit to HKG during some tumultuous protests a couple of months back, the differential in price between the regular rooms and the Club rooms made it a no-brainer. And with the Club room comes access to the Royal Club Lounge, located on the 19th floor. You would have exclusive check-in and -out (no lining up with the masses downstairs) for a start. Breakfast, included in the Club room price, can be taken here in a more exclusive environment, or downstairs in La Scala, where you have far more choices. Afternoon tea as well as an evening reception are also part of the package. But the glory days are gone: the food selection has gone down a notch or two (compared to the Royal Park version, which was where we stayed last), there are fewer and lower-quality choices now; I mean, we used to have 8 selections of dessert, compared to the current ... one, if you're lucky. In the liquor department things have likewise dropped off. Where there used to be a sufficient bar (again, at the Royal Park, their sister hotel in Shatin) that included gin/vodka/rum/scotch/Cognac, there's now only beer and wine, and some crappy wine considering that this is meant to be some high-brow lounge. It's just not a good trade for the added "afternoon tea" (which they didn't used to have). Also, this place could get pretty darn crowded in the afternoon and evening, which further diminishes that exclusive feeling. Guess we weren't the ones who did the math and thought the upcharge to a club room a better deal! read more

Royal Plaza Hotel is located in Mongkok near the Mongkok East MTR Station and the shopping mall, MOKO which are both located next door. From the airport, I took the Airport Express and got off at Kowloon Station. From there, I took the complimentary shuttle (K5) for Airport Express customers to get to the hotel. Found my stay here to be great. I like that they have someone at the front to open the door of the hotel. I had never encountered that before staying here. At nights, they have a hotel rep near the elevators who asks you what room you are going to. It makes you feel a little more secure staying here, but it might be annoying to some. The rooms here are larger than most in Hong Kong. It even had enough room to fit a third bed. The location is truly great. It is in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, Mongkok and consider this hotel to be one of the best places to stay if you are frequenting this area. Also, there are plenty of eateries and shops next door at MOKO if you don't want to go too far. Given the large rooms and the location, I would definitely consider Royal Plaza again on my next trip to Hong Kong. read more

Royal Plaza is right in the middle of the bustling area of Mongkok. Its ideal for tourist as its close to various temples (Chi Lin Nunnery) and shopping streets (Ladies Market, Goldfish Street). Although the hotel is listed as a 4.5 star hotel, it barely felt like a 4 star experience. The hotel lobby is really hard to find for newcomers. It only has two entrances with the main entrance requiring you to enter through the garage driveway exit, up an escalator, and walk around a smoking area to reach the lobby. The other entrance requires going through the Grand Century Place mall. Upon entering the lobby, the first thing I notice was the intense smell of paint and then I realize a major section of the hotel and mall was undergoing renovations. Not exactly the best welcoming scent. Check in was speedy though but they maintain their no check-in until after 3PM policy. Thankfully, the hotel allows you to leave your luggage at the lobby so that you can leave and kill time. We got the Plaza Deluxe Family Room to fit 4 people. The room had a modern clean look to it but looks significantly aged. There was minor stains on the carpet, the room had a funky smell when entering for the first time, there are signs of wear on the desk, and one of the usb wall slots didn't work. I did like how the tv welcomes you with a personal greeting upon turning it on for the first time. The television is really user friendly with many channels and information pages on local attractions. Note: There are no 2 pronged power outlets ports in the room and only the 220 volt HK/British style 3 pronged port. They give one adapter but that is not enough for a family. Another pro is how convenient the hotel is to a traveler. Attached to the hotel is the Mongkok East Station that can take you to Tsim Sha Tsui in less than 15 minutes. Also many of the famous shopping streets are at a walkable distance so you don't have to worry about staying out too late. There is a balance between the goods and bads at Royal Plaza which explains how budget friendly this high end hotel is. I got used to the cons after a few hours so this is definitely a place I will consider staying at again. read more

4.5 stars to me this is by far the most convenient hotel I stayed in Hong Kong! The rooms are nice & tidy, and there's a tunnel through to the mall, century mall. It's still being built but their is so much things in there. You can easily take the escalator up to the mall and the floor with food! Very cheap and good diverse food. Sorry got carry on, so back to the hotel. Yes it's not the tallest hotel in Hong Kong, you don't get much of a view it's okay. Because when you come back from a long day crowded HK, you mainly need a good bed and clean room to sleep through. I got a family room , the best deal. It provided you 4 sets of everything, slippers, towels, waters, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo & etc. & normally when I need someone to clean my room, we usually leave the tips on the desk, but when my family n I came back from walking around we found the tips. We called and asked the front desk how come the housekeeper didn't take it. And they explained to us that the rooms are not to take anything unless given. Amazing! but we still insist to give the housekeeper tips because she did a wonderful job, so a manager personally came to our room and took the tips and said he'll hand it to her. The staffs are pretty nice ! They understood English that's a bonus for travelers even though I understood some Chinese. After dark, there will be a staff asking you for your room number & last name. Don't worry you'll also need a key to go up to any floor. Btw must check out the gym too, it's wonderful! Probably the best and newest hotel you can find in this area. Off to the side of Mong Kok on top of the east mong kok rail station and MOKO shopping mall. Highly recommended for the spoiled americans who want a big room ! (im not excluding myself out of this... it was quite nice). Easily accessible by taxi from the airport for about $250 HKD straight from the airport. To Mong Kok, its about $200 but due to it being on the side and require some looping around, its a bit more. Everything you'd expect from a nice hotel. Fully staffed valet and drop off area. Bags get taken by bell service and delivered to your room (how do they know which room you go?!) Check in was a breeze and got our keys fast. The hotel is directly connected to the MOKO mall as well for easy access towards the Mong Kok area to get to the MTR (15 min or less walk) or East Rail. I had been told by aunt/uncle this hotel was highly inconvenient due to location but i thought it was still super convenient. Cutting through the MOKO shopping mall and using the bridges gets you to the MTR easily to get access to any area of HK essentially. Room was big and clean. Two big beds and a window seat area. Bathroom is nice and big with tub and shower. The "shower wall" is actually a window with retractable cover by a touch of a button. For those who want to have an open bathroom or just have some fun. Bed was comfy. A/C unit had fits tho. Sometimes felt like it didnt get cold enough, sometimes it went under the lowest setting it can get. Wot? Lol Wi-Fi - I had been told by my mom that you had to get a code from front desk every morning but you do not need to. All you need to do is have room number and last name of guest who reserved every 24 hours. Speeds not bad. Usable definitely. Power - as with most international hotels (when you are not from there), they have a different plug. Luckily for me, a family friend had given us a power strip and adapter that gave us more than enough plugs to use. You can request for an adapter from the hotel but they only give you one. Later in the evening, a hotel employee (usually the same 2 people) will stand by elevators asking for room number. No be honest, not sure what this does that much. Hotels in my home city ask for room key. Anyone can just splurt out a number right? Lol Nearby mall closes around 9-10pm (believe the east mtr station closes at 9 or 930, depending when last train was) but its still accessible to walk through but you may need to loop around the outside in some parts which is just a small detour. Leaving the hotel to airport you can take a shuttle which was like $160 per person HKD or take a taxi. With more than 1 person, its better deal to take a taxi. This place is swank! It is nestled in the Mongkok east area which is pretty close to everything. What's especially amazing is that the train station (MTR) is attached to the hotel or vice versa. The hotel is attached to a huge mall (moko) and moko has an entrance to the MTR. The hotel itself is well staffed. The employees were diligent and super friendly. They knew to write down directions in Chinese for the taxi even without us asking. Security is great. They always have someone by the door or elevators to ask for our room numbers. The rooms are spacious which is hard to say for many accommodations in Hong Kong. Although the mall shuts down early and there is a lack of street vendors around the hotel it is an easy 5-10 minute taxi ride to the nearest late night restaurant. We came in around 11pm and grabbed congee at a local shop that opened 24 hours. Taxi ride was about $3usd. Some complaints were that the room smelled of mildew when you first walked in. It was pretty strong. The whole room felt a little damp all the time. I have no idea why. The carpet was a bit dirty and the tub was always clogged. I don't know if it was because of the plug being too closely set to the tub and not allowing water to flow or if it was actually clogged. Otherwise the room was beautiful, bed was super comfortable and towels were super soft. I also liked that they provided house slippers. read more

We stayed here recently for 3 nights and overall it was a great place to stay. We booked off Hotwire, which i normally hate doing because I like to research the reviews, but we blindly selected this hotel and were overall happy with our choice. The royal park is about a 30 min cab ride from the airport, but is also located next to the MTR. Very friendly staff, smaller rooms but it was one of the few places we were finding that would accommodate 4 people. Check in was a breeze, the beds were a bit hard and I left the hotel with a neck ache from the ultra soft pillows and the rock hard beds (for me they were hard). the breakfast buffet was great, there is something for everyone and the buffet had a very large spread. The hotel is connected to the Moko mall which has additional food choices. We tried out the pool which was larger than i had expected. Very clean area. We had only been in the pool area for about 10 minutes when it had to close due to a thunderstorm warning, which was a complete disappointment, however we understood the safety concerns. Overall i would recommend this hotel to other travelers. read more

Five night stay at this hotel came by as a recommendation from a friend. Conveniently located next to the Moko shopping mall in Mong Kok, the MTR was right there in the shopping mall and easily accessible to and from the hotel. If you ask the hotel to hold your luggage for you they will do so. Also complementary wifi is given to hotel guests, as well as access to the NY Times. We did not use the minibar however two complemtary bottles of Vita water were given to us each morning as long as you let the maid make up your room. Check in begins at 3pm and check out is at noon. I enjoyed the high view from our room. The highest floor is the 18th floor. The room was clean and the room is secure. If you return in the evening, hotel staff is by the elevator banks so you need to show your room card to them. Elevators are also secure in that you need your room card to scan to use them prior to selecting a floor. The hotel staff were able to answer our questions regarding public transportation. They also offer free shuttle bus services which we were unable to take advantage of. The hotel lobby is all beautiful marble/tile with grandeur. They host many weddings at this hotel; during our stay we saw about 4 wedding parties! Hotel location is about 30 minutes away from Hong Kong International airport. It is away from the more touristy areas which I liked. I took a star away because the restaurants (La Scala and Lion Rock) associated with the hotel were not excellent, they were just okay. read more

Booked on Expedia for $300 a night for deluxe room with a king size bed and royal club lounge access on 19 floor with breakfast buffet for two. Overall, facilities are not too bad but for the price I expected more quality. There is a smell that is between urine and cologne. Maybe it's from the high humidity but the odor is definitely there on the 18 floor hallway. They do have dehumidifiers in the hallway to help. The decor of the rooms and walkways in the hotel remind me of being on a luxury cruise ship. Even the toilet seat is a reflection of that. The bathroom wall is made of a glass partition (with motorized paper blinds that can offer some privacy). Unfortunately for room 1815, the motorized blinds are kept down and the switch for it has been removed since a stay from the previous year. The staff tries hard to provide great service and speak both English and Chinese (Cantonese and mandarin). La Scala (restaurant on 2nd floor) does the buffet breakfast for 168/adult and 113/child (age 3 or above). Got the breakfast option included for the two adults and they threw the kid in there without any additional charge from the Expedia booking (if you book on Expedia you have to leave out the kids in the option otherwise it'll say room cannot accommodate more ham two). Food is decent with a number of western and Asian selections. (See the photos for additional info). Decor in the restaurant is comfortable with a combination of high ceiling arches, neutral tones of wood and marble, mirrors around to make the space feel even bigger. The pool is heated and nice but has that chlorine stench (it would be nice if they converted it to a salt water pool instead) and the workout facility is vey clean. Lockers within the men's side have a spinner to dry the swimsuits as well as a dry sauna and steam room with six showers. Front desk provides a key to the lockers and you don't need to have your own lock. The hotel is connected to the mall and east monkook metro (subway) and convenient to get around without having to step outdoors at all). An offsite laundry drop-off place is located a block away just off of prince Edward road west on Sai Yee street. Can't miss it with the blue awning stating "Laundry." Had a 10 lb laundry bag of clothes and it cost $70 hkd to be cleaned and sanitized and was ready for pick up 3 hours later. They take credit or cash. Keep your receipt. If I had to compare the amenities offered by this location with the accommodations in comparison to the other hotels within Hong Kong, I'd say it gets a 4 out of 5, but keep in mind the streets are just too crowded within this neighborhood for a stroll and tons of second hand smoke and sewage/methane stench. Love this Hotel! Took my kids back to HK for their first time 4 years ago! My sister booked this hotel! Great services! During my stay, I received limited $$ per day towards dining at their restaurant. I saved it up till my last night there and the dinner was delicious! Their dim sum was delicious too! They have a bakery shop too which are full of pastries and different drinks you can get! The hotel is connected to the shopping mall! The rooms are clean and very nice! Ask about their FREE shuttle bus destinations, because they can bring you to different shopping places! The hotel is also a walking distances to ladies market, flower market, goldfish market bird garden etc. read more

Stayed at the Royal Plaza with my family (Husband, mom, baby, and I). It had 2 queen sized beds, and we were able to request a crib for our baby (it fit perfectly between the beds). Located in a shopping mall, with the MTR station in the mall... it was super convenient to get around. Right outside of the mall/hotel, there are a ton of shopping places, including "Goldfish Street and Fai Yuen Gai". The pool and hot tub was clean and nice, staff asks you for your room number before you enter the pool, and life guard walks around the pool area frequently. Felt safe and secure. read more

Nice hotel in a great location. My only niggle is being woken every morning by the subway. We were on the 13th floor and on one morning the sliding wardrobe door was rattling each time a train went through. Also we were woken early by another guest wake up call...I would not expect these occurrences from a hotel of this caliber. That being said its a good place to stay. read more

During my stay in Hong Kong, I stayed at this hotel with my mom and aunt. When I booked it online, I knew it was going to be nice, but I didn't expect it to be THIS nice. The hotel is very upscale and modern with great amenities to offer - gym, pool, restaurants, etc. We stayed on the 19th floor which apparently is the one of the two VIP floors. Only thing that I didn't like is that you have to take the elevator to 18th and then walk up a small flight of stairs (but honestly no big deal for us). The room itself was very nice - extremely clean, nice decor, and beautiful bathroom. I'm going to infer that most rooms in this hotel were not that spacious in order to maximize occupancy so there was little walking space in the room. Aside from the room and service, I enjoyed the convenience of this specific location. It was very close to many things. First, there were restaurants within the hotel as well as moku mall attached to it with plenty of places to visit. Also, it was only a 5 minute walk to the shops, markets, and other restaurants. I would definitely recommend this location to others. I took off a star just for the minor points I made above - still recommend though! read more

Hotel is nice . But staff is the worst!!! They try to charge you for every little thing when they could . I was living in 18 floor and where 18 floor have there private lounge only exclusive to 18 and 19 floor cause without key access no one can access the floor . So me and my kids enter the lounge they came up to my kids and ask for room number which my kid told them there room number and they charge my account saying we are not allow to access the lounge and there is no sign saying if client not on 18 and 19 floor member can not access lounge but we live on 18 floor . Staff is worst . Rip off . read more
