The service is due to the fact that the tourism college is connected to this hotel, so they're very committed to making sure the students know the proper way to treat customers. Secondly, all the amenities that come with the stay were fabulous! We opted for a Harbor view King room on the executive level. Totally worth the extra coin!! Our mini bar was filled everyday and everything in it was delicious and complimentary. The breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor was a real, quality buffet. It had dim sum, traditional English breakfast items and American items as well. There was an omelette station, an udon station and a fresh juice station! This buffet was complimentary with our executive room. You could also enjoy breakfast upstairs in the Above & Beyond lounge, which we tried once. But it was a menu only option and the buffet was too good to forgo. Another perk of the executive room was the complimentary tea time and cocktail hour in the Above & Beyond lounge. The rooms are a little lacking of soundproofing, so I'd suggest earplugs and white noise if you're a light sleeper like me.

It was perfect for viewing the 8 pm Symphony of Lights on Hong Kong island and you can stream the audio soundtrack from your phone onto the speakers in the room. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We travelled with our two daughters and the suite had kids robes and kids cups and toothbrushes waiting for them. The lounge was wonderful for a quiet breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. And the minibar in the suite was well stocked with sodas, juices, water, tea and coffee. The suite was reasonably priced versus suites in other hotels and allowed an occupancy of two adults and two children. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Love the location-very central, Uber readily available anytime day or night, very cheap. The hotel is attached to a mall AND subway stop with lots of food and shopping on every turn. (Uber to airport is US$35, 40min drive) Amenities were adequate (they started charging for plastic stuff in 2026: shower cap, razor etc. It is a Hong Kong thing, not Hyatt). The shower pressure is strong, wifi is fast, housekeeping friendly and lounge is great. We had fantastic breakfasts in the Cafe and feel lucky to avail of the 40% off in-house guest discount for the weekend seafood buffet at HK$888+ It was a great seafood spread. We went to the Grand Hyatt for their seafood buffet but we love the HR buffet more than the Grand. Thank you Samuel Wong and Emma Lam in the Cafe for helping us graciously every morning. We got a corner twin room and was pretty spacious. The bathroom was pretty big with a separate shower and tub. The only minor complaint was that the hallway didn't have any air conditioning but there were fans blowing out hot air. Thankfully, our room's A/C system was pretty strong. Due to the many restaurant options around the hotel, we didn't try any of the restaurants within the hotel. Hotel also had a gym and swimming pool but I didn't get a chance to try them out.

The view from our room was breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of Victoria Harbor. We dined at Lai Ching Heen, the 2 Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant in the hotel, and it turned out to be one of the best meals we had. The breakfast buffet was also amazing, with the most options I've ever seen, ranging from Oriental to Western cuisines. Throughout our stay, the staff continued to be attentive and welcoming, making us feel relaxed and well cared for. The rooms were spotless and elegantly designed, and the hotel's pool area, overlooking Victoria Harbor, was a highlight. It includes a jacuzzi and an ice bath tub, which felt incredible on a hot summer day. Highly recommend Regent Hong Kong to anyone traveling to the city. Fear not IHG fans, this flagship property will remain with IHG for the next 30 years. (#1) This is one of the most iconic hotels in HK. It's been featured in shows, movies, and music videos and it's semi-old school 80s/90s vibe is a thing of nostalgia. Don't let the exterior fool you, this hotel is still worthy of its 5 star status, where the rooms are super contemporary and modern and run for anywhere from $500-$6000 USD a night. Whether it's a high floor with city or harbour view, it's a guaranteed comfortable stay. The bed is so comfy that I wouldn't want to leave the room either. While some folks enjoy the skyline view from The Peak (#1), I think it could be argued the more impressive view is directly from here. The panoramic views of the breathtaking skyscraping cluster of Hong Kong is perfectly on display from the Kowloon waterfront, which makes for all the reasons TST is the place to be. (#3) This place is chalk full of amenities and outstanding dining options. Lai Ching Heen is their high end Cantonese establishment, NOBU for Japanese, The Steak House, Oura Bar + Lobby Lounge for their nightlife, and one of the city's greatest international buffets in Harbourside. (#4) I'm excited for the possibilities at The Regent HK. I can't wait to go back. ___________ (#1) Any points to stay here is worth it. He brought us to check in on the 15th floor as we had booked a room with access to the executive lounge. Throughout our stay, the staff in the lounge were terrific; remembering our names, room numbers and even our preferred cocktails. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety and there was definitely something there for everyone. We enjoyed the various restaurants on the property and a couple of the dishes were outstanding. However, a day into our trip we had a rather big snafu with my father's mobility scooter breaking. Obviously this was going to affect our trip in Hong Kong, but Raymond, the Chief Concierge came to the rescue! He lent us a wheelchair to use and arranged for a rental scooter to be delivered to the hotel. He kept in touch with us throughout the week, giving us suggestions and making us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. I can't say enough good things about Raymond, except kudos to you, sir. A++. You, alone are a reason I would return. The hotel was packed because of the Chinese New Year. I observed how well the staff worked with each other and the guests; it was a well oiled machine. There were some festivities in the lobby to celebrate and the general manager, Mr. Wipper was there. Ah it all made sense now. The extraordinary attention to detail and exquisite service came down from the top! It was clear this GM had standards and his staff respected that, and him. The airlines had cancelled our flights home because of expected bad weather. Bobby, the rooms manager, whom we had met upon arrival, didn't flinch. Although they were at capacity, he somehow managed to extend our stay for 3 additional nights and then change again when the airlines cancelled us for a second time. Well done Bobby - the airlines could learn a thing or two from you. All in all, we had a marvelous time at The New World Millennium hotel in Hong Kong and I would highly recommend staying at this property!

The pineapple bun is perfect with some cold fresh butter. Lots of Asian and continental offerings which changed daily. The cream filled bao buns were so yummy. Loved the noodles, samosas, and masala chickpeas and cauliflower. The smoked salmon was so fresh. The beet and apple and quinoa salads were so good. Definitely try their fresh fruits, the pineapple was amazing, and chocolate croissants. A great way to start the day. Want to swim? The rooftop heated pool is long enough to swim decent laps. Loved the view as well. Head to the sauna after your swim. The steam and herbal saunas were perfect at the end of a long day of exploring Hong Kong. The experience shower with its multiple options was nice as well. Location is so convenient. Easy to walk to the promenade or the MRT. Service was great. Would recommend staying here again.

The location was incredibly convenient, right on Nathan Road and directly across from K11 Art Mall. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was modern and roomy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. As IHG Platinum members, we received four complimentary welcome drink vouchers for the hotel bar, along with welcome pastries. We also appreciated the complimentary room upgrade to a higher floor. Since the hotel is located at the intersection of Nathan Road and Mody Road in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, the area was always busy with tourists. However, that's also what makes the location such a huge advantage. It was within walking distance of shopping malls, restaurants, the MTR, and many popular attractions, making it easy to get almost anywhere. Bring your room key! - You can communicate with staff via email in English to arrange hotel reservations or answer questions before booking. My family of four (w/ two younger kids) enjoyed our stay here 4 nights and 5 days during the 2024 Christmas holidays. This was our first time as guests of this Holiday Inn so we were initially worried the room would be too small or old, however, we were pleasantly surprised the double-queen room was adequate. Our experience here was terrific and would gladly return in the future. Our kids loved the free internet, and the parents loved how the hotel made things simple for traveling parents. Additionally, the room & desk service folks were very friendly and helpful. Overall, this hotel is managed well and expectations were exceeded.
