Not a single speck of dust or unwanted hair. I can feel that the carpet was shampooed. We booked the Family Plus: - one bedroom with a King Size bed. - two twin beds. - two desk areas. - dining table area. - master bathroom has two sinks, soaking tub and a separate shower with strong water pressure. - I was surprised to find a half bathroom. - there is a spigot, water is filtered and safe for drinking. - foyer area has a bench and shoe rack - free daily breakfast at the Lion Rock restaurant. - since HK rains a lot, you can borrow the hotel's umbrella with a $100 HKD deposit. Make sure you return them when you checkout so they can cross out your name or else you'll be charge. This suite is located at the end of the hallway, giving you peace and quiet. I have to give a huge shoutout to our lovely and darling maid, Hwa, who went above and beyond. Coming back to our room on our second day, she runs up to me and asks if I needed maid service. I told her not today. She kept insisting like 3x to empty all the trash bins and replace the used towels. After I kept assuring her that she didn't need to, she still knocked on my door a minute later. When she hurriedly finished she told me to make sure I have the green light on everyday so she can tidy up. I also appreciated that she wore slippers. That is what us Asians do. Lol. I really think they overbooked hence why they couldn't find a place to put us in. The staff also told us our additional bed would take an additional 1-2 hours. So nothing was really ready when we arrived. After two hours has passed, we had to call to remind them to get our bed. At first, the room was spacious, but after placing the additional bed, there wasn't much room to comfortably move around. The staff placed the bed right by the end of the two beds, so it was super crammed trying to get in and out. In the end, we went back downstairs and asked if they had any other rooms to place us in. It's ok if it was smaller, but at least give one queen size and a single bed and not the three single sized beds... The manager said he'd get us in another room tomorrow afternoon since there was nothing else available. We were moved the next day as promised, and you can tell it was a downgrade from the previous room due to the smart TV and floor level. Which we didn't mind, the most important thing were the beds. Breakfast was extremely bland, selection was limited which mostly catered to Americans anyways. They did not change the menu so it was the same thing each day. Laundry was another issue. I haven't been to a hotel that does not have a washing/dryer machine for guests to use. The manager said if we wanted to wash our clothes, it'd have to be handed to housekeeping with a hefty undisclosed fee. Our only choice was to lug our dirty clothes across the street to a 24/7 laundromat. Yeah it was not fun. Almost daily we had to call to get our amentities because they would not restock enough or not at all. The bedsheets were not changed even once throughout our stay. The shower had a ton of flies on the ceiling, which was concerning. I'm only giving two stars due to the staff's pleasant attitude and willing to accomodate the best they can. However, I would recommend people to think twice prior to booking here.

If you are lucky and you have access to the Nathan lounge, even better. The lounge comes with computer stations, free drinks, magazines, direct dial phone. As a bonus the hotel also provides a smartphone for free unlimited DATA use and free calls. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom and shower fantastic. The front desk staff are very helpful and will do anything to accommodate your requests. All in all very satisfied with this hotel and will be again!

The bellhops were amazing, they were so helpful and hard working. We asked for a taxi one time and there were none waiting, so he hailed one from the busy street for us! Another amazing service example, I was using a piece of paper for my mouse to work on the glass desk table, and when i came back later that day, the maid had replaced it with a Cordis mouse pad free of charge! Also everyday the maid would coil up all my phone charging cables with free of charge Cordis branded cable ties. We had the breakfast buffet and it was fantastic and had so much to offer, including a noodle bar, eggs benedict bar, dim sum, congee bar, HK milk tea and coffee, latte/cappucino made to order, etc. I could go on and on. The gym and pool is really nice, offering sweeping views of the city from the 41st floor while you work out. I pretty much will stay here everytime I visit HK in the future, I've found my Shangri-La!

Housekeeping keeps the room clean and well stocked. They offer twice a day service and anything extras (towels, tissues, etc.) are just a phone call away and delivered quickly. The rooms are comfortable (although ready for a refresh) and functional. Bathrooms are spacious and well stocked with amenities. If you book a Club room, you get access to a lounge on the 36th floor, with private check in and concierge service. There is lounge with mini buffet breakfast, afternoon tea snacks and drinks available throughout the day. We've stayed here a few times and have enjoyed every stay.

The shower pressure is strong, wifi is fast, housekeeping friendly and lounge is great. We had fantastic breakfasts in the Cafe and feel lucky to avail of the 40% off in-house guest discount for the weekend seafood buffet at HK$888+ It was a great seafood spread. We went to the Grand Hyatt for their seafood buffet but we love the HR buffet more than the Grand. Thank you Samuel Wong and Emma Lam in the Cafe for helping us graciously every morning. We stayed in two different rooms, as we checked out halfway through our trip to visit Shenzhen for 2 nights, before ultimately returning to for a few more nights at the tail-end of our trip. Pros: -Professional, efficient, and safe baggage storage for as long as you need, which is super helpful if you have an early arrival or late departure. -Clean rooms, comfortable beds, more than enough pillows, and complimentary water provided daily. There are also combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair caps, and other toiletries available at no additional cost if needed. -The property is located is within a few blocks of the Jordan MTR station, making transportation around Hong Kong very easy -There are tons of restaurants conveniently located inside the hotel, including Yat Tung Heen, which is an affordable one Michelin star dim sum restaurant. -Staff was friendly and welcoming at every interaction. Cons: -There was a slight sewage smell inside our bathroom in our 2nd room. It wasn't constant and it wasn't overpowering, but it was definitely noticeable. We didn't notice this in our 1st room during the first 4 nights. -The rooms are on the smaller side. We struggled to find space for both our suitcases and the sliding door to our closet was broken in our second room, disabling us from storing anything there. -Not sure if this was just us but the lights were difficult to figure out in the room. We were so busy sightseeing that we didn't have enough time to check out the gym or wellness areas! The room was aesthetically designed, clean & comfortable. Free filtered drinking water is provided in a glass bottle in the room, which the hotel can refill for you daily. The location is super convenient - very close to both the Yau Ma Tei and Jordan MTR stops. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street from the elevators and plenty of nearby eateries within a walking distance. Not to mention the many options on the ground floor food hall, the buffet and the dim sum restaurant located inside the hotel! Temple Street Night Market is also less than 5 minutes walking distance. Check in took us a while (there was a long line). When we checked in our room was not ready yet, but reception was able to store our luggage for us so we could go out. Love that they also have a focus on environmental sustainability- little details like providing glass water containers & bamboo toothbrushes.

My simple whiskey cocktail confused the waitress. She was a good sport. Jamieson, with bitters, on a king cube, with an orange peel. 「太複雜咩⁇」 「哈哈‼我未聽過」 She actually had to write it down. Very pleasant surroundings, good service. I'd come back.
