Clean hotel and centrally located. Great service by Jacky Chan. Checked in fast, good lounge, decent sized rooms, and clean bathrooms. WiFi is fast. Breakfast downstairs is quite filling. Tons of selection. A little too much to pick from. I preferred the hot and fresh omelette and dumplings. There's something for everybody. Great service Carin! Will stay again!

Prime location. The hotel is in the tourist section of the island. It is close to harbor view, shops, and restaurants! My room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything I needed. Last but not least, excellent attentive services from everyone, from check-in, luggage care, elevator up to the room, to getting a taxi to the airport! I will definitely stay here again.

Dinner at Hugo's in the hotel. Great food and awesome experience!

Great hotel! Big rooms with plenty of space, especially at this price point and location. We got a water view and it was beautiful. Easy walk to MTR, Ave of the Stars, shopping, eating, everything! Service was great. Not the cheapest but good value for the $.

Dim sum unlimited lunch menu

This is me my favorite places in Hong Kong to grab dim sum lunch. It has a long waitlist so do your reservations in advance. It is so worth it they do small plates of veg and non veg. Menu . You can keep ordering as much you like everything is so good here going with a larger group is more fun to really not waste the food . It's quality food , great service . It's at Hyatt regency in tst. I will be back for sure on my next trip.

FOOD: 4 SERVICE: 5 AMBIANCE: 4 VALUE: 4 We usually don't stay around TST as I find the area to be very touristy. However, because of loyalty points and promotion, we decided to give this place a try. First, the hotel is linked to the TST MTR station and the East Rail line, so access is very convenient. Second there is simply too many restaurants around the hotel to choose from. Third, the hotel is connected to the K11 Art Mall, with their own selections of places to eat and shop. Finally, the hotel is walking distance to all the shopping you ever want to do! Now, the hotel itself, from the moment I walked into the street level lobby, to check-in, to Regency Club to checkout, the service was excellent. We stayed in two different rooms during this stay, King bed with harbour view and Regency suite. The King room was fairly spacious for a Hong Kong hotel, 31 sq m, with a king bed, desk and a chair w/ottoman. The bathroom was large, with a single sink, walk-in shower and a full size tub. It was on the 22nd floor and had an "obstructed" ocean view. The Regency suite was huge! 49 sq m, with a separate sitting room, bedroom with a desk and a curved window, and a separate bathroom/closet area with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, toilet room and a single vanity. For just 18 sq m more, it seem almost double in size to the king room. Each room was equipped with a Nespresso machine, hit water kettle, mini-fridge and bar with snack (extra charge) and complimentary bottles of water. The Regency Club served complimentary continental breakfast every day from 7:30AM to 11AM and afternoon tea from 5:30PM to 7:30PM. Both time they will have a selection of salads, cheeses, hot food, bakery items, chips & dips and beverages including beer, wine and limited liquors. Since the highest floor is only 24, paying extra for a harbour view is not really worth it. Splurge for a Regency suite if you can afford it!

The room was clean, odor free, furnishings relatively new & of good qualities though not luxurious. Bathroom spacious & well designed. Location was good, next to TST metro (N1 or N2 exit) and just stone throw from Nathan road. It self is part of the older K11 mall,iSquare is 5 min away. Gym was huge with large windows for city view, swimming pool was large with nice lounging areas. We didnt try any of the bars or restaurants in the hotel, we are in HK afterall.

Hyatt Regency TST! I had booked this hotel for two separate nights; the first and last night of my trips. The first day I got here at 6am (after being delayed by flights yay) and got upgraded to a bigger room, their deluxe, which was nice of them since I was only going to be here for 6-7 hours max. They also hold luggage in their basement level if you need them to do so (I used this a couple times haha). First off you're going to wonder how to get in. They have a street entrance on Hanoi, and you have to take an elevator up to get to the lobby. Other option is to enter through the K11 Mall and follow the signs to it haha. After getting to the lobby (which feels nice in its own right), you have to take an elevator up to your room. The room, after arriving on the first day with that humidity hitting me, was a godsend. It felt so nice and perfect for what I needed at that time. They have a good chunk of amenities, along with slippers for ya! Toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, etc. come with the room and they even have a few things you can borrow or call them to see if they have. The view is kinda blocked by some buildings but it's still a decent view- could see some of the harbour from the window. They have a universal plug here as well which is really nice to have, and everybody's best friend, Handy. Handy is a smartphone that you can take out with you, that I basically used to hotspot so I could get faster speeds (and surprisingly worked really well throughout Hong Kong). The bed was comfortable and felt really good to sleep in haha. For the shower they have a bathtub, a shower area that's L-shaped so you can step in and curve to the shower which I really enjoyed. They also have a shuttle that runs 18 or so hours a day. It's Bus K3 that takes you to Kowloon Station that you can transfer to the Airport Express bus that will take you to HKG. It's also really nice that there's a mall and Tsim Sha Tsui/East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR is underneath - you can avoid the rain and the humidity and get around easier! Definitely something worth the price (May 2019 was less than $200/night) and I liked that they were able to help with my late checkout requests as well. Kinda wish I were here a little longer since it was closer to TST which has a lot of other stuff, but glad to have had a chance to stay. Staff is pretty awesome here and will assist you if they can.

Room 1602 King Sized Bed - City View

We loved our stay here. It's a nice hotel with a great location in the K11 tower. It's in close proximity to the MTR station, many restaurants, and convenience stores. We booked our stay in this area right before our flight at the suggestion of our friend that lived in Hong Kong. It was perfect because of its proximity to everything. From our early check-in at 8 AM after landing in HK at 6:30 AM we were delighted with excellent service that is expected from the Hyatt brand. The staff was friendly and helpful, the decor was modern, and our room was comfortable. The bed was so good that after our long flight we almost slept our first day away. They provided clean towels at our request and all of the common areas were immaculate as well. The rain shower was refreshing and overall the room was a nice home for a few days. Our view was of the city. It was not as special as the Harbour view but I liked being able to see the city every morning and night. The rooms are on the higher floors so we were able to get good rest We booked our room with the breakfast included from Hugo's within the hotel and it was delicious. With a great variety of items served the continental/buffet style definitely had something for everyone. Really good food and the staff was excellent there as well. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will most definitely stay here again if we're back in Hong Kong. I loved it here and look forward the next adventure.

This was our 3rd annual HK holiday staying at TST Hyatt Regency, and we never once had any issues. Previous two times we had stayed in a standard room. It's a fairly large room with a Queen size bed, work desk, and a spacious bathroom with rain shower. Check in and check out was always courteous with a big smile. Since I'm a World of Hyatt member, last day's late check out was always extended til 2PM. This time we decided to save up our points and upgrade to a Regency Suite. Never did I know there's a whole separate world in this hotel. We checked in on the 23rd floor with view of Hong Kong skyline and harbor. Breakfast, happy hour, and lounge access was included in our stay. There are good selection of Western and Chinese food to choose from at breakfast. You can also customize eggs to your liking. We only tried Happy Hour once during our 3 nights stay, and there were different snacks and hot entrees to choose from as well. You can also come in anytime til 11PM for drinks, cookies and fruits. Our Regency suite was immaculate. It's basically a large size flat minus a kitchen! We enjoyed the large windows with fantastic views. The Cal King size bed was comfortable. We had a bowl of fruits and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the living room. The rain shower had good pressure and the giant bathtub was perfect for soaking after a long day of walking in HK. I want to mention last year we had a very delicious and festive Christmas buffet dinner at the Café restaurant on the first floor. I very much wanted to eat there again on this trip, but alas too many good food to eat in HK! To get to the airport, we took the A21 bus and got off at Mody road. It was just $33 HKD and you just have to walk a few blocks. To get back to the airport, we got on the stop on Nathan Road. It was also very convenient to use the in room Handy phone as a wifi hot spot while sightseeing all over HK! I think the best part of this Hyatt Regency is really the wonderful staff and great customer service. Everyone are very welcoming and friendly. Thank you for a great stay - we will definitely stay longer next time!

There's nothing you can dislike about this Hyatt Regency. The standard King room comes with what you expect, a king size bed. The additional perks that you don't expect from a typical stay is an automatic sink, a huge shower, unlimited bottled water (you can get them from the fitness center), 24/7 fitness center, and a smart phone. Yes, a smart phone!! You can use this smart phone to make unlimited local calls and carry it around town as a hotspot for your own devices. Definitely very convenient to have. Everything is within walking proximity to this hotel, 3 7-11 just right around the block and food places. For our first night in town, we were a bit jet lagged and there were food places opened at 2:00am. And upon checking their hours, they also open early! McDonald's is also 24/7 and only a block away. Right across the street is the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. If and when I come back to Hong Kong, this will definitely be my hotel of choice.

The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were all stunning. Absolutely loved the variety at the hotel restaurant and the chefs were so nice for sure. But what was concerning is that I was sleeping on stained sheets that I realized 2 days into my 4 day stay. I asked for room service and my bed was made but the same exact stain was still there. They never bothered to change my sheets or pillow cases. I paid over $1000 USD for 4 nights and I really couldn't figure out why its not a general rule to change sheets. Hopefully they can retrain their housekeeping staff to not cut corners.

Let me begin by saying this Hyatt Regency at TST got to be one of my best hotel stay ever. I'm a World of Hyatt member. That is one of the main reason I pick Hyatt. My options were Hong Kong, Sha Tai, or Tsim San Tsui. I have stayed at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong for business before. Since this is a vacation stay, I didn't hesitate to pick the Hyatt at TST. Getting to the hotel from the airport couldn't be easier. I got an Octopus card from the airport customer service. The card itself requires a $50 deposits. Add another $100 for the Airport Express train. I personally added a total of $800 HKD as I can use the Octopus card to pay for many items in Hong Kong such as restaurants, 7-11, convenience stores, etc. Take the Airport Express train to the TST station. It takes about 20+ minutes with only 1 stop in between. From there, take the K3 bus. Once you are in the bus, it would be the second stop to Hyatt. Check-in is in the Lobby. Take a short elevator up from the parking lot (where the bus drops you off) to Lobby. The check-in is easy and friendly. There are plenty of staff onsite to help you. I booked the lounge access room. My room was on the 22th floor. The lounge is on the 23th. In addition, the first five days of my stay includes Bed and Breakfast. The room is very clean and quiet. My view faces a small portion of the bay but mostly the East of Hong Kong. I'm ok with the view as I don't plan to stay in my room majority of the time. Lounge is very clean and workers there are very attentive. Morning breakfast includes 3-4 hotel pick hot food, salad, drinks, etc. You also get a choice of eggs. Like 2 eggs over-easy deliver to to your table. We come to the lounge often to get bottle water all day. The outside temperature was about 92F with high humidity. Yahoo weather claims it feels like 114f. Bed and Breakfast. The restaurant to go to is down at the Lobby. Food is fantastic and delicious. They have American, Indian, Korean/Japanese, and Chinese style. Getting in and out - K11 Mall is right below the hotel. Two floors below K11 is the MTR station. You can easily go from TST to Central without taking a step outside. There is also a super market at K11, one floor down. Another good reason for Hyatt TST is the location. Good shopping area, iSquare is close by. You can walk K11 to iSquare via the MTR tunnel. Again, you don't need to walk outside. 2 blocks to the TST bay. Museums are close by like History and Science. Again, take advantage of the MTR tunnel to minimize outside walking during high heat season. Food in TST is best location in Hong Kong. I love cheap local HK food like Cafe de Coral and curry fish balls on the street (not exactly street vendor anymore.) There are lots of Korean and Japanese restaurants within 1-2 blocks away. Great local HK style breakfast at A+, thats the name of the restaurant, A+. From staff to location, this is my best stay ever. The room is quiet and the staff is great and helpful. I stayed for 10 days. I will definitely come back again.

We stayed here for two nights during our short trip to Hong Kong. The location is very convenient. There's a MTR station right outside the hotel and also many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We took a taxi from the airport and it only cost about $40 one way. Customer service here was really good (not sure if this is the norm for Asian countries or just for Hyatt's??) and they also gave us a free upgrade for our room. We didn't have any time to use their amenities but I did see the pool and hot tub from the view of our hotel room. They also have a free smartphone that you can use during your stay--pretty cool and convenient if you don't have a smartphone with data in the country. Overall, would definitely recommend :)

Our mini bar was filled everyday and everything in it was delicious and complimentary. The breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor was a real, quality buffet. It had dim sum, traditional English breakfast items and American items as well. There was an omelette station, an udon station and a fresh juice station! This buffet was complimentary with our executive room. You could also enjoy breakfast upstairs in the Above & Beyond lounge, which we tried once. But it was a menu only option and the buffet was too good to forgo. Another perk of the executive room was the complimentary tea time and cocktail hour in the Above & Beyond lounge. The rooms are a little lacking of soundproofing, so I'd suggest earplugs and white noise if you're a light sleeper like me.

The suite was reasonably priced versus suites in other hotels and allowed an occupancy of two adults and two children. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile in Tsim Sha Tsui for 10 days and 9 nights during our visit…read moreto Hong Kong. The location was incredibly convenient, right on Nathan Road and directly across from K11 Art Mall. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was modern and roomy. The bed was comfortable, although we found the pillows a little too soft for our liking. The shower had excellent water pressure. It was so strong that it felt like getting a massage! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. As IHG Platinum members, we received four complimentary welcome drink vouchers for the hotel bar, along with welcome pastries. We also appreciated the complimentary room upgrade to a higher floor. Since the hotel is located at the intersection of Nathan Road and Mody Road in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, the area was always busy with tourists. However, that's also what makes the location such a huge advantage. It was within walking distance of shopping malls, restaurants, the MTR, and many popular attractions, making it easy to get almost anywhere. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

Pros - Location, location, location…read more- Clean and modern room - Wonderful breakfast bistro - Value for room and services Cons - Room views limited - Laundry services are expensive - Amenities like gym, spa, and pool are not fancy but clean Tip - This hotel location has a set of renovated, newer rooms which are a bit more expensive but worth it in my opinion - If a hotel continental breakfast/bistro is a must for you, this hotel offers an excellent one. We opted to purchase during our stay and did not regret this decision as the food & drink selections were vast and convenient for us to power up before our day. Strong coffee was good too! - Felt secure while staying at the hotel as there was noticeable staff and camera for security. Additionally, card keys are required for elevator and public restroom use. Bring your room key! - You can communicate with staff via email in English to arrange hotel reservations or answer questions before booking. My family of four (w/ two younger kids) enjoyed our stay here 4 nights and 5 days during the 2024 Christmas holidays. This was our first time as guests of this Holiday Inn so we were initially worried the room would be too small or old, however, we were pleasantly surprised the double-queen room was adequate. Our experience here was terrific and would gladly return in the future. Our kids loved the free internet, and the parents loved how the hotel made things simple for traveling parents. Additionally, the room & desk service folks were very friendly and helpful. Overall, this hotel is managed well and expectations were exceeded. We felt very welcomed and honored to have stayed at such a fine establishment.

Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Island

I was given the job to host a wedding after-party. After looking at a bunch of bars and event…read morespaces, this was the most cost effective and fun venue I could find. There are 2 venues, and this review is for their 2nd one which allows for late night use. The prices are very reasonable (from Dec 2015, the prices may have gone up since then, but for reference only): Refundable Deposit to secure venue: $500 Price per head for 3hrs (Mon-Thur, 11am-6pm) HK$82 Price per head for 3hrs (Mon-Thur, 6-11pm) HK$118 Price per head for 3hrs (Fri - Sun/Public holidays, 11am-6pm) HK$120 Price per head for 3hrs (Fri - Sun/Public holidays, 6-6am) HK$160 *Extra hour after the first 3hrs = HK$300 per hour (before 11pm) *Extra hour after the first 3hrs = HK$400 per hour (after 11pm) *Price including all soft drinks and all the facilities in the room *21/12-31/12 count as Christmas public holiday price *10% service charge *Min 10 people during weekdays and 14 during weekends It's BYOB so we broguht a bunch of wines, beers and hard A. They have: Basketball hoop machine (One out of two was broken) Karaoke Machine Laptop with internet (can play youtube videos for Karaoke) Wii PS4 (can bring your own games) Pool Table Darts (Kind of broken scoring) Boardgames (Jenga, monopoly, etc) Cards Dice Speaker (to connect to music) Mahjong (not sure if they have a table) Fridge (Not that big) Glassware and paper cups/shot cups Wine Glasses (not that many) Once I went in, I was greeted by a stench of bleach. It was quite offputting but once you hang around long enough, you'll get used to the space. The decor was decent, akin to a random bar in Wanchai, so don't expect high end (photos look nicer) but for the price, I was very satisfied. There was one nice girl who was manning the space and she was helping me with pouring out the drinks and putting the wine in the fridge. The venue is spacious, approx 1000sq ft with a decent bathroom. It has a large couch that can easily fit 6 and a table with bench that can squeeze 6 people, there are also a couple stools by the balcony. We had 20 people comfortably and I would say it can fit up to 30 people without feeling like a club. I had wine delivered a couple hours before the event and it was smoothly received, however this has to be coordinated. Overall it came to about $200pp including alcohol for 3 hours of fun. Definitely recommended! I reckon Blackroom 1 may be cleaner since Blackroom 2 is used for drinking and 1 is just for day-time use. *** Tip: Book in advance! BYOB, snacks, games if you want, PS4, music Favourites: Reasonably priced and friendly staff. Responses were fast. Meh: Smells of bleach Last words: Great party venue and centrally located
