Conveniently located and great view of the harbor, but the rooms are relatively small further price. Overall, it's a nice hotel with great staff, but I think it's a little pricey for what you get.

Amazing service!!! This was my home away from home for a work trip. Extremely convenient to the convention center- no need to walk outside. There are also a slew of restaurants that are close by, even a Starbucks down the hall for all you Starbucks junkies. The bar in the lobby, Mirage, is a great place for a night cap or a quick bite to eat. I am definitely going to stay to here on my next work trip. Don't forget to mention you have AAA for a legit discount. Enjoy! ***also added an a picture of my breakfast room service to go along with my view***

This was my second stay in Hong Kong and first time at this hotel. I arrived during the protest and although the climate of the country seemed different the energy in the hotel was friendly and unaffected. The room is small yet cozy and comfortable. The views of the harbor is breathtaking and I doesn't a few minutes taking it in. Complete with a small work desk and toiletries from an organic company, the aesthetic of the room reminds me of a spa. Wood grain furniture and fixtures adds to that sentiment. I needed a recommendation for a good seafood restaurant and the gentlemen at the front desk suggested a fine dining restaurant. I smiled and told them that I rather a place where there locals go and their did not hesitated with excitement to give me a few. The staff also do they best to make sure that you are okay and having a pleasant stay while respecting your space. I appreciate this. I would definitely visit again.

This was our second time at the Renaissance. The staff at the check in desk were great and we felt very welcomed. They were extremely friendly and were willing to help hold our luggage when we stopped by early in the morning. When we came back later to check in, the membership ambassador kindly escorted us to our room. She made friendly conversation with us on the way up and was very informative on the hotel details and where everything was. The executive lounge was located on the 40th floor. Using your key card to enter the lounge, make a right to head towards the food and drinks. They had a good selection of food with dim sum, meats, salad, and sushi rolls. The pastries were delicious and they had a choice of alcohol for the evening drinks. Compared to the last time we stayed, the lounge was a bit more crowded and noisier. We felt that the environment was not as nice as before as there were a lot more kids running around and making a ruckus. Sadly, it didn't feel like an executive lounge, it felt more like a restaurant. Overall, our stay was nice and enjoyable. We felt that the lounge could be improved. But we appreciated the hard working staff members that tried to make things nice.

I've stayed here a number of times and this hotel sets the bar very high for everyone else. This is arguably the best Marriott property I've ever stayed at. Everything from the atmosphere, smell, linens, staff professionalism, food quality, executive lounge quality and speed of check in/check out. It's amazing here. I won't ever stay anywhere else in HK as long as this place doesn't change. You should be proud of this hotel and the people that run it Harbor View.

Nice rooms. Beautiful view of the harbor. Staff is friendly. Everything was clean and newer. The Internet was pretty lousy though making work very difficult. The food in the restaurant downstairs was pretty gross. And $14 USD for one of those little tiny half bottles of coke was ridiculous even for Hong Kong. Expect to PAY and expect a standard Marriott style place. It won't blow you away but you won't be grossed out either.

This hotel is very clean. The view is nice. It comes with USA ac adapter plugs so it's convenient. Beds are really comfortable too. I'm going to head to the spa and tAke a picture of hat it looks like. So far so good.

How do I love thee, Renaissance Harbour View Hotel? Let me count the ways... 1. Location, location, location! This hotel seems to be a favourite among businessmen attending functions at the adjacent convention centre, but it's well situated for leisure travellers too. The Wanchai pier for the Star Ferry to Kowloon for a mere HK$2.50 is steps away. A 5-10 minute walk via the covered footbridge will take you to the Wanchai MTR station, Lockhart Road and the Wanchai Computer City (for all your electronic needs). 2. Our room wasn't very high up, but we still enjoyed the unobstructed harbour view of the Kowloon skyline and mountains, as well as some of the skyscrapers on the Hong Kong side. Absolutely amazing. It ain't called the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel for nothing! 3. Our superior suite was modern, comfortable and decently sized with floor-to-ceiling windows, all the needed amenities and a nice welcome gift... but the bathroom deserves the highest commendation. Who doesn't love a big bathroom?! 4. The Executive Lounge on the 40th floor offers an even more stunning panoramic harbour view. The food? They serve the usual breakfast but there's an added egg-cooking station every morning - uncommon based on my previous lounge experiences, but great! In the evening, they have canapés and complimentary cocktails, while the same egg-cooking station is transformed into a live crêpe-making station. 5. The stretching room in the 24-hour fitness centre has Swiss balls, yoga mats, light weights, fitness books and more - it's like being in your own fitness studio! 6. From check-in to check-out and from the lobby to the lounge, we were greeted with smiles and genuine kindness from the staff. They had no problems with our early check-in at 10am. Upon our arrival, we found a nice welcome gift complete with a handwritten card. There was also a mishap with our bathroom, but this was taken care by a housekeeping staff member immediately. Easily one of my best hotel experiences!

Super clean hotel and fabulous location everything is top notch a great Marriott choice !

Have stayed here several times. Staff is very helpful. Beautiful views. Convenient to get around bc of the footbridge and easy access to MTR. Executive lounge is top notch but gets VERY busy. Recommend going to lounge or downstairs cafe early to avoid crowds. There is a lot of construction outside right now; this stay we moved to a higher floor which helped tremendously.

Secondly, all the amenities that come with the stay were fabulous! We opted for a Harbor view King room on the executive level. Totally worth the extra coin!! Our mini bar was filled everyday and everything in it was delicious and complimentary. The breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor was a real, quality buffet. It had dim sum, traditional English breakfast items and American items as well. There was an omelette station, an udon station and a fresh juice station! This buffet was complimentary with our executive room. You could also enjoy breakfast upstairs in the Above & Beyond lounge, which we tried once. But it was a menu only option and the buffet was too good to forgo. Another perk of the executive room was the complimentary tea time and cocktail hour in the Above & Beyond lounge. The rooms are a little lacking of soundproofing, so I'd suggest earplugs and white noise if you're a light sleeper like me.

The lounge was wonderful for a quiet breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. And the minibar in the suite was well stocked with sodas, juices, water, tea and coffee. The suite was reasonably priced versus suites in other hotels and allowed an occupancy of two adults and two children. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet had a huge variety and there was definitely something there for everyone. We enjoyed the various restaurants on the property and a couple of the dishes were outstanding. However, a day into our trip we had a rather big snafu with my father's mobility scooter breaking. Obviously this was going to affect our trip in Hong Kong, but Raymond, the Chief Concierge came to the rescue! He lent us a wheelchair to use and arranged for a rental scooter to be delivered to the hotel. He kept in touch with us throughout the week, giving us suggestions and making us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. I can't say enough good things about Raymond, except kudos to you, sir. A++. You, alone are a reason I would return. The hotel was packed because of the Chinese New Year. I observed how well the staff worked with each other and the guests; it was a well oiled machine. There were some festivities in the lobby to celebrate and the general manager, Mr. Wipper was there. Ah it all made sense now. The extraordinary attention to detail and exquisite service came down from the top! It was clear this GM had standards and his staff respected that, and him. The airlines had cancelled our flights home because of expected bad weather. Bobby, the rooms manager, whom we had met upon arrival, didn't flinch. Although they were at capacity, he somehow managed to extend our stay for 3 additional nights and then change again when the airlines cancelled us for a second time. Well done Bobby - the airlines could learn a thing or two from you. All in all, we had a marvelous time at The New World Millennium hotel in Hong Kong and I would highly recommend staying at this property!
