A relatively new addition to the Peak Galleria, this is an upscale Taiwanese Noodle Restaurant, branding themselves as an alternative to the more traditional Taiwanese Noodles that we all know and familiar with.
The interior is very nicely appointed, spacious, great colour coordination, the cutleries are also of quality.
Ordered my favourite : Braised Beef Brisket in a Clear Beef Broth, highlighted with Basil, the soup was the soul of this dish! Clear and light but full of beef essence! Noodles are al dente but would love it to be a bit more! Overall a great bowl of noodle!
Japanese Snow Crab Leg Noodle in Crab Broth with a drizzle of Black Sesame Oil, sounds complicated? Actually, the flavour is very straight forward; deep seafood umami, coupled with the freshness the crab meat, completes this fusion noodle dish!
Side dishes are also made with care and imagination; with the Golden Kim Chi being another outstanding example; non-traditional way to prepare Kim Chi, this dish is more like a salad dish that has the hint of the more traditional Korean Kim Chi but with less spice & punch, still a great side dish to your noodle!
I am glad to see that various types of restaurants are represented here at the Peak Galleria, for both locals & tourist to explore! read more
