It tasted great with lot of flavours while the texture was smooth at the meat and crispy at the skin and bones. In comparison to the Peking Duck, the duck was a bit too thick cut. Other dishes are not big, so you may try more dishes with our limited space of our stomach. The service was attentive, even during the busy lunch hour with a lot of tables to fill, the waiting staffs gave us lot of attention to clearing our plates and even changing our dining plates as well. For the price of 100$ to 200$ per person, I think the overall service was outstanding. However, there is still room for improvement. I especially enjoy their mushroom dumpling, with a black skin made from olive pickled leaves. The soy marinated tofu is not smooth enough, and the cheung fu is on the firm side. We ordered the sweet and sour pan fried noodles. It's my first time trying it, I expected something like an orange sauce over noodles, but we were instead given a bowl of white sugar and a carafe of vinegar, and apparently this is how this dish is normally served. While the cake of noodles is crispy on the outside, it's a dense mess of soggy and mushy noodles inside. It would be better is the noodles was less cooked and better drained/dried before hitting the frying pan. Following the Chiu Chou traditional, kungfu tea is offered at the beginning and end of the meal. It's basically a very strong brew of tea in a miniature cup. As they bring only the cups instead of along with a teapot to pour at the table, the tea is not as hot as it should be. Despite the few misses, overall it's quite a nice selection of dim sum and generally good flavor.

The Singaporean-style Char Kway Teow came with a large prawn in the center. It looked very impressive, but how did it taste? It was a solid plate of noodles, with a variety of thick and flat noodles, but the prawn was overcooked. After tasting this dish, I realized that I preferred the Penang-style CKT with a little spice kick and fried egg. To each his own. On the other hand, the Beef Rendang was very tender. If I return, I'd definitely order this again. We were served four large beef patties and the rendang sauce was 5 stars! Probably best in HK that I've tasted.
