Since it was a wet and icky day out, our usual hole in the wall outdoor hotpot venue was a no go. Seeing that this was on my list for a while and the reviews on OpenRice was quite positive, we decided to come here as it was close to my friend's office and a good place to take visitors. Although my Chinese is limited, the servers were great and helped me navigate through the ordering as they don't have English menus. Sadly they don't offer the "ying yang" pots so luckily our table was big enough to order two different soup bases. We ordered the tomato and the "mala" one which were both so tasty that we didn't actually need our sauces. We had a table of 7 and ended up paying a reasonable $335 pp. The interior was lovely and spacious and the pots came in lovely pots. Our favs for the night was definitely the pea shoot dumplings which were so yummy we had to order two! Will definitely come back! read more
