The shrimp itself was cooked to perfection and did not have any mushy texture nor overcooked chew. The noodles were as springy as ever and definitely tasted as much as they were worth. The broth was the clear winner whether or not you're the type to add some red vinegar or not. It is a broth with clear depth and flavor that does not overwhelm the tastebuds, nor send them to monosodium glutamate shock.
