Zzeeks Pizza - Perfect Friday!!!! - Pizza Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

The only reason why I am giving a 2 is because I love their food...usually. today they dropped the ball!! Usually it gets here really quick since I live so close. But this time it took almost an hr. On a thurs? And my food was luke warm not hot...what happened?!?! Kinda rediculas. I ordered a half and half pizza. One half I wanted red onions among other things and they put green peppers on it instead which made that half of the pizza inedible because I'm allergic to peppers. So thanks for that! I'm pretty mad I spent the money and couldn't eat it. Is there any way to compensate for that? UPDATE: Jody the manager was great at fixing the situation. Apparently there was a new driver that's why it too so long, he got lost. Which is understandable. Thank you jody for being so great! read more

Zesty zeeks best pizza in chandler glad it is close to Sunlakes

My family loves Zzeeks Pizza!! The pizza is wonderful and I love that they over the 20" pizza. The wings are spot on...best wings I have ever had. And the flavors of wings are endless seriously. We love the Caribbean Hot and the Angry Mustard. They recently added fried pickles to the menu and goooood! The owners are involved in the community too which is refreshing! read more

We come here often for Friday night pizza and karaoke. Sometimes they forget part of our order, but they are always very friendly and prompt in correcting their mistakes. This place is pretty great and the pizza is good! read more

I recently moved to Ahwatukee 3 weeks ago, and I have ordered from here twice. Both times it was so delicious. I won't be eating Paper John's, Pizza Hut or Dominos again. read more

Good food. a little pricy and my pizza was a cold when we got it! but maybe that's a fluke because I hear great things about it.

Delicious pizza and wings! If you haven't been here yet, you are missing out. Try the New Yorker pizza.

The second time around was great! I wasn't happy with our first visit but the owner was quick to reach out and correct the issue. Everything was great, the wings are exceptionally good! I now see why Zzeeks was voted 1st place for the last three years! Thank you Jody & team! read more

Love the cauliflower crust. Made my kids try it, in secret, they liked it too and had no clue that's what they were eating until I told them. All the food is good. And I'm not sure how often they have karaoke but when they have in the last, it kid friendly and the kids have a blast. I know mine did! read more

Best pizza in Awatukee!! Owners are amazing. Great family place!!! AAAAAANNNNND .60 cent wings on Sunday!!!

I was skeptical of cauliflower pizza crust but it was excellent. Can't wait to try all the types of pizza. BBQ Chicken was the best I've had. read more

This place is great! I have only ever ordered for pick up but the food and service has always been amazing.

Ordered wings and a side of macaroni and cheese. Service was excellent. Wings were quite tasty. However the mac and cheese they served was Kraft -- straight from the box made complete with sauce from that powdered packet! What the heck?! For $3.99 for the side dish I would at least expect homemade cheese sauce and a nice baked little casserole. Shame on you, Zzeeks. read more

I can't say enough about this place. We had pizza and wings and I'm here to tell you that they were great! The service was fantastic the place was clean and I am certainly going to come back in fact I think I'm going to buy 30 wings for the Super Bowl today. Check them out they do deliver and I'm excited to try other things I forgot to mention that I had the calzone it was fantastic read more

Great pizza, lots of varieties, everyone there is supper nice. This is the quintessential locally owned restaurant that has great food and service. read more

I hardly write reviews on yelp, but we picked up a 20" pepperoni and sausage pizza from this location that was so bad, we had to share it with our trash can. We couldn't eat, this thing they passed off as a pizza. Not one good taste came from the "pizza," so indescribable. How can someone mess up something so simple as pizza? Most everyone loves pizza, as do I, just not from Zzeeks. In all honesty, I didn't even dare feed it to our dogs. Lets put it this way, little caesars is a gourmet pizza compared to the awful pizza we had from here. When Zzeeks first opened, we liked their Italian sausage subs, but they progressively got worse and worse. I also have given up on this place - I say also, because other reviews have mentioned the same. read more

Thank you for the service! Great place to eat at!! I recommend the place to family and friends and I certainly will be back!! Thank you guys again for being professional! read more

Zzeeks Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Great pizza. The crust and sauce are great. They don't skimp on the toppings. Not the cheapest pizza, but not terribly priced. I enjoy their wings, but their flavors are a little too basic. If you get hot, you are going to be getting a typical hot sauce that honestly isn't even that hot. I would love for them to add a new sauce that would be extra hot or a suicide sauce. Overall, great food. I'm just not sure if I will order again if I plan on getting wings. read more

Good food. Always the spot for pizza and a cold cider. Usually quiet enough that I will take the pup to sit on the patio

Just tried the meatball sandwich. Decent size with diced peppers and onions. Was ready quickly. In the past, I've had their salads. Also worth trying. I will be back ASAP. read more

LOVE this place. Way too much oregano but I love that they sell eegees too me and my boyfriend love ordering from here. Love their wings too yum read more

Everytime I come here the service is really great, the food is really good and they are always very generous with everything. I ordered a 12' and they gave me a 16' for cheaper, free drinks and great service. 10/10 would recommend eating here! read more

Pizza and boneless wings are always great. Delivery is always on time as well. Awesome food and excellent prices.

This place was not good at all. We went in at 2 pm on a Sunday. The place was pretty empty so we figured we would at least good service but received average service (below average at the end). We ordered traditional and boneless wings and a pizza. The traditional wings were literally the size of my pinky and the flavor was almost non existent. Another reviewer mentioned the boneless wings were frozen Tyson brand and I believed it to be a joke, not anymore. The dough and crust couldn't decide if it was a thin crust or traditional and wasn't chewy or crispy, it was just there. The chicken on the pizza was obviously frozen, probably also Tyson. The cheese was your typical flavorless rubberized mozzarella and even though the pesto was supposedly homemade, they put so little on there was little to no discernable pesto flavor. The tomato sauce had way too much oregano for my liking and was about the only thing I could taste on the Hawaiian pizza. The ham was pretty gross, it was slimy and didn't crisp up like I'm used to. We ordered enough to have leftovers and at the end of it all we didn't end up taking it home with us. The server said she'd bring a box and after waiting 5 minutes in an empty restaurant with still no box we just left. So there's the food and service critique, now let's talk about the actual establishment. Simply put the restaurant was not clean. When we arrived there were multiple tables that hadn't been cleared and stayed that way for the entire duration of our visit. The floors were dirty, our napkin dispenser was covered in dust, all the glass in the place was covered in fingerprints and dirty, and overall the place just seemed and felt dirty. The worst part of it all is the fact that this place is expensive. We went on 60¢ wing day but they were so small that it may have been a worse deal then a normally priced wings at any other place. To sum things up, even though this place wasn't offensive to every sense, there isn't any area of this experience I could say was above average. Save yourself and your family the trouble and go to Oregano's up the street. read more

Zzeeks Pizza - There were the smallest wings I have ever seen. - Pizza Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

We ordered the vegetarian and it was pretty tasteless!!! Really bummed me out. :-(

Pizza was great as well as speed of delivery and friendliness of persons I interacted with. There was an issue with the Eat24 service (online ordering on Yelp site). Seems to be some bugs in the system (error message when placing order when order actually goes through). This resulted in me ordering the same thing twice and having to call, chat, then finally received a response through email (Eat24) as the restaurant seemingly has little control over online orders. read more

Honestly.. zzeeks is ok. The pizza is expensive and it definitely has some good qualities too it. The sauce is pretty good along with the garlic bread. I mainly get the all meat pizzas which I mean the meat is good. The only reason why I have given this place a 4 would be the price. It's pricey. read more

Zzeeks is a well known Ahwatukee community pizza joint. I usually don't post reviews but today we stopped in for dinner and was shocked at the service we received from the young lady taking our order. We had questions about the sauces for wings and we were interested in an eegee flavors. She became quickly frustrated as we made our decisions. I asked if I could order a slice of pizza and she said sure, took our order and gave us our total. As I looked at my receipt I noticed she forgot our drink and the slice of pizza. When we asked to get rung up for it she became upset and said "that's why I repeated the order" She slammed her pen on the counter. For the 3rd time... she forgot our drink we ordered. She then pulled out a cup and slammed that on the counter and said take it! We love Zzeeks but we have never received this kind of service there in the past. read more

Saw their post on FB about having vegan options, recently have switched my dietary needs and was happy to try their cauliflower crust, oil, basil, garlic, artichoke with vegan cheese. It was sooo good and I would enjoy this pizza even if I wasn't on a restricted diet. Got my daughter a BBQ chicken pizza and it was also amazing. Service was super friendly and so fast I ordered when I was leaving Sams club and it was ready by the time I got there. Thank you for offering alternatives on your menu!! read more

Love Zzeeks! They were highly recommended by the hotel staff when I first visited Phoenix this year. I've ordered delivery from Zzeeks almost every night that I've been here, over the course of a couple trips, when I got back to the hotel after work. The food is delicious, the menu has many great, varied choices, and their service can't be beat. The delivery drivers and restaurant staff are always enthusiastic, helpful and very nice. I've had their sandwiches , salads, pizza, wings and "cheesy bread!" Yum ! I recommend, if ordering delivery , to be sure to request any condiments you might want with your order and they're happy to include 'em. read more

Zzeeks Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I've attended this particular restaurant on a few different occasions. My first day was on Thursday (the 4th) of this month. It was a walk-in at around dinner rush, I could tell it was a rush by the amount of packed people surrounding the diner. It took a bit to place my order but after a while It was placed and after a prolonged wait, the pizza is in fact great. While waiting, I noticed piles of orders filling up a screen that employee's kept looking up at. The number of employee's was questionable, there was only about 4-6 employee's running the show. This was either a mistake in proper scheduling or an unexpected rush, it was a Thursday after all. I could definitely tell from some of the employee's tone that something was not right. After leaving, I returned the following night (a Friday) and was met with an uproar of staff with speedy and friendly service. We all have our flukes and I believe the day prior was one of them. I actually recently picked up lunch from this restaurant a couple of hours ago and had zero issues. Nothing is perfect and I will be frequently visiting. read more

My husband won a keto crust pizza, however we aren't on a keto diet...so Jodi changed our order to a regular crust pizza. Pizza was zesty. Definitely will come again. read more

First off let me say I've ordered from here quite a few times and the pizza is great! I hate that I'm leaving a review when it's bad but tonight's delivery order was very sub-par. First, my large chef's salad didn't come with the ranch dressing it was supposed to. Second, normally I have to use two hands to eat this pizza due to being full of toppings and hot. Tonight, it was barely warm and stiff, like it had sat out for awhile. I WILL order from them again unless this happens again. UPDATE: The service and quality has been restored to 4-5 star ratings. The management reached out to me which was much appreciated. read more

Highly recommend the zucchini crush... SO GOOD. The staff was kind and helpful with our complicated order.

Mediocre pizza only to be delivered with half of my order pizza. I called to speak to the manager, they put me on hold for 5 minutes, the manager never came to the phone. The person who answered the phone eventually came back on to tell me that they delivery guy was we back in the store to pick it up. read more
