Pizza was good but salty.... Maybe cheese. Salad okay. Pasta not good. Should have had seconds thoughts about ordering pasta when they did not offer spaghetti on the menu. I have been ordering from the Ahwatukee Foothills since they opened and today is the first time I ever got food that was not good. I have tried almost everything over the years, but the Buffalo chicken sandwich is not good. The amount of actual chicken on it was equal to the bacon bits. It may have had enough for half a sandwich, but there is more chicken in 3 of the boneless wings. For the price of the sandwich it is not good. On everything else I give 5 stars. But this sandwich gets zero because there is almost zero chicken on it. I will never order that again. read more

Zzeeks has a large selection and I have liked almost everything I have tried. Their regular pizza sauce is a little spicy for me, but my husband likes it. I changed to their zero sugar marinara on my pizza and it's great. Their Chicago beef sandwich is awesome! I didn't care for their Detroit style pizza, but one out of many is still a 5-star rating to me, because of the numerous options and just because I don't prefer that style doesn't mean someone else won't like it. read more

This place started delivering in my area (for free I might add) and what caught my eye in their flyer was the cauliflower crust pizza. I decided to give them a try when I was craving pizza while watching the U of A game at home with hubby last Saturday night. I know pizza is no health food but I was happy to have a lower carb option available. We got a 10" Deluxe and an order of 10 honey hot wings. I didn't really care for the wings since they were breaded but hubby ate most of them and seemed to really enjoy them. We both loved the pizza though! It was a little more expensive that someplace like Pizza Hut but I thought it tasted way better, even with the cauliflower crust. You could tell that all the veggie toppings were very fresh and I also loved the flavor of the pepperoni (I am a little picky on that). I will definitely order from them again! LIES! lured by fair priced beer and appealing looking pizza, my family and I were greeted with the horrid reality of this place. Save your money and buy a Digornio! It might be a bit better. While the beer was served cold, the pizza tasted like a microwaved lunchable. Toppings were over cooked, the cheese was rubbery and flavorless. After many recommendations on a Facebook group message board we decided to try Zzeeks. Sunday was the perfect day to go, they have 60 cent wings and $3 20 oz draft beers! Great deal and perfect for watching football games. Every booth has an individual tv and there are larger TVs throughout the store. They have many flavors to choose from and today we got medium and honey citrus pepper. The wings are breaded and fried and I will definitely ask for extra crispy next time. I didn't sense any heat in the medium flavor and will try hot another time. The honey citrus pepper were delicious! The sauce was great and you could truly taste honey, citrus & pepper! We didn't stay long, but we got two pieces of pepperoni pizza to go. Good pizza, reminded us of Barro's! Zzeeks also carries eegees!!! (Tucson people will know how exciting this is!) eegees is a shaved ice company in Tucson with shaved ice made from fresh fruit. We got guava today and it was so refreshing and tasted just like a guava! Yum! Looking forward to trying their cauliflower pizza crust which people rave about. read more

I've only eaten here once and usually I give things a second chance but I doubt I will this time. The pizza tasted like it was from the frozen pizza section in the bashas that is in the same parking lot...and not even one of the decent frozen brands. The bacon and sausage on top were pathetic looking and tasted the same. The whole pizza left much to be desired. I was also not to thrlled about the younger cook using his bare hands to toss the pizza dough in the air. Hopefully I am not the only one bothered by that. This was a take out order and after I had paid I asked for ranch. The manager said the ranch dressing is usually 30cents per container but this time would be free. Partially my fault, but was offered a coupon by mail for a free pizza which was originally what we thought we were getting by signing up for their text-to-phone coupon flier we received. Manager did not want to offer the deal even though it said nothing on the text about dine in only. No biggie though! I doubt we will receive the coupon but I was extremely disappointed in their "boneless wings" which were no more than Tyson chicken nuggets with a light flavoring of med buffalo. My wife described them as chicken balls. Very chewy and I actually spit out a couple of hard pieces that I couldn't chew through. 2 stars I think one of the biggest differences between the dine in and the delivery experience was the pizza. My wife is from Boston and the pizza during our dine in experience was very similar to Papa Gino's, a Boston favorite of hers. Our delivery pizza tasted something between Domino's and Papa Johns. What a great find!! I'm not from the area but I've been looking for a place like this for a while. I think there should be a Zzeeks on every corner. Super friendly, cheap, and GOOD! Awesome atmosphere fully loaded with 5 big screens for the games! Perfect size establishment and an experience you don't want to leave. Got the $5 lunch special complete with a large slice (1/4 of a 17" pizza) and a fountain drink. Ate there but was given a Togo cup when I was ready to leave. My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch yesterday and each ordered the cheese slice. They cut the slice in half for you but it's a good sized portion. The pizza came out overcooked and the cheese was so dark it didn't look appetizing. The lady asked us to try it and let her know if it was too crispy. While I thought it might be fine, it wasn't, so we sent it back since she politely offered to make it again. We got the new slice. My husband ate his but I didn't enjoy my pizza. I didn't care for the sauce and something about the dough and cheese was off. It reminded me of pizza I would buy in my high school cafeteria back in the day. Our family has been a fan of Zzeeks for years now, but tonight just solidified why they're the best in town. After a rough day, I decided to not only NOT cook dinner but to not go anywhere either. We ordered our usual order but after about 45 minutes and not receiving the delivery I checked the email to see what the delivery time was supposed to be. Zzeeks is always on time with her deliveries so it was unusual that they were running late. It ends up that I accidentally chose a pickup order instead of delivery. When I called to explain the girl on the phone was not only kind and understanding but they also remade the pizza (it had been sitting for a while waiting for me to pick up) and delivered it to my home. It may not seem like a big deal, but after the day I had, this was just the most wonderful thing they could do. Ordered online (so simple) order was ready when I got there 15 minutes later and the Deluxe pizza & meatball sandwich were amazing! I love that their sauce has a little kick to it. My meatball sub was more than one person can possibly consume. I think there were 10 meatballs on it and the sauce came separate so I could sauce according to my liking. The pizza which I call a supreme had tons of fresh toppings and comes on a light and airy crust that's crunchy too....I could eat it all day long. Bonus....if you haven't tried an Eegee, make sure you do. Lemon/strawberry combo is delicious. There's nothing about this order to go that I didn't like. I've had Zzeeks many times, both dine-in and take out. The food is always good. I love the pizza and so does my entire family. The ingredients are fresh (I saw them chopping toppings last time I was in). The wings are so tasty. I prefer the boneless, but the rest of my family loves the bone-in. The bread sticks are super good too. Check out the entire menu because they also have salads and sandwiches. If you like draft beers, this is your place! They have a good selection of craft brews-including some local. Right now they have the famous Four Peaks Pumpkin Porter. They also wine. Was not even close to NY style pizza. Ordered a 20" pizza and all the slices were cut super skinny and the pizza was over cooked. When I asked why was the pizza was like this? The manager said that it's hard to get authentic NY pizza unless you have NY water. Really!!! Your telling me the reason you cut the pizza in thin skinny slices and over cooked it is because of water! The no soliciting sign put up in front of my house wasn't there for my health. I was pretty clear about not wanting people to throw flyers on the ground in front of my door, they blow into the yard and driveway and look like shit. A detailed sign with reasonable alternatives to getting my attention and potentially my business was ignored by someone from this place though. If 0 was a rating I'd give it. EDIT: I understand that you(Zzeeks) do not put out the ads yourself. It is however the responsibility of your company to make sure you are using a reputable ad agency. I don't need to send my address, my desire here is not to get special treatment but simply for businesses to be accountable for the actions of the ad agencies they employ, thus forcing those agencies to be more respectful to people. Was there today for the SUNDAY Wing Special. Ordered 10 wings and a pizza. Upon sitting down I realized they charged me the regular price on the wings. Went to the cashier and told her she did not give me the special Sunday wing pice. She said, "oh that's how they rang up." I asked for the manager and he point blank told me they don't give the Sunday special price unless you ask for it and I did not. HUH??? I was in a little shock considering the special is posted on their front door when you walk in and it does not say you have to ask for it on Sundays. He ended up crediting me the difference but I was not happy about his response at all. He seemed very uncaring and as if I was being a bother. To make matters worse, shortly before we left I ordered 20 Boneless Honey BBQ wings to go for someone else. When I sat down I then noticed that this time I was given the special Sunday wing price but there was a surcharge for the Honey BBQ sauce. Again I went up to the cashier who was clueless and could offer no explanation other then, thats what rung up and then the same manager came out and explained there is a surcharge on certain sauces. In very small print it does state that but does not specify what sauces and honey BBQ is a pretty common sauce. He was adament about it and not even nice about it. I told him this would be the last time I ever come to ZzEEKS. Then when I get the wings home to the person I had ordered them for, you didn't even give me boneless wings, you gave bone in!! The food was also overpriced and mediocre. The rudeness got me more then anything else and the feeling that they were trying to get extra money out of the customers. I went mainly to try the wings, and feed the family while I enjoy my wing fest! The pizza was good! We got the 16' Meat Combo pizza with 20 Honey Citrus Pepper wings, and drinks. We spent about $40 and had leftover pizza, and no more wings left! It was a great 1st experience, and plan to visit again when I am in the area! They were nice and answered our questions. Frustrated with simple one pizza Pick Up (terrible) service today. If I'm eating the pizza at home I always order for Pick Up so I can have Hot/Crispy Crust Pizza (we like the thin crust pizza) at home. Ordered at 607pm and Now 637pm (walking in to pickup my pizza), after 4 phone calls from the Curbside Pick (620p, 629p, 630p, 636p I never got a person to pickup those last 3 times) I go in to get my barely warm pizza that's is not crispy now. I spoke with Jody (owner) on my way home as I'm trying to save this sad soggy pizza for my wife and Jody basically said "Yep, one of our 17 delivery drivers messed up, took the call and needs to be trained better. Driver took my call and couldn't be bothered to relay the info that a customer was waiting at Curbside Pick". Basically, Yep we know Curbside Pick Up is and issue and My staff needs better training but nothing I can do. Thanks for the feedback. I wait and wait and wait call again at 629pm, Hung Up On after listening to their 45 second long advertisement before the call is transferred for someone to answer. (No one wants to be held captative to a 45 second long infomercial before they can speak with a rep to order a pizza.) 3rd call at 630p another 45 seconds and nothing, no answer, no hold music, nothing. 636p same. The only reason it is 2 stars instead of 1 is that we have had ok service before and my wife likes their pizza and she asked me to no be so hard on my review. I get that business and staff mess up some time BUT I would rather give my local business (money) to other local pizza places that say "Thanks for taking your time to let us know there was a major issue with our service. I used to eat pizza regularly, but that was YEARS ago. For the past umteen years, if I eat pizza more than once a year, that's a LOT... until I found Zzeeks. I got hungry for pizza a couple months ago and went looking for something besides the standard pizza chains. I ran across Zzeeks here and saw lots of good reviews so I ordered. I've ordered 4 MORE times since then!! Now, I can only tell you about the pizza toppings, because I'm a low carber. Everything has been super full of flavor. The white sauce is to die for but I still order half and half because I do like the red sauce too. But the Philly Steak is incredible, so that's been on ALL my orders... in fact, I've been ordering extra on that one. The meatballs are awesome too! As for the delivery, the guys are super fast (first place I've ever ordered pizza delivery where they give you an estimated 25 minute delivery time and then follow thru on it (and that's saying a LOT because my address is tough to find). Speaking of, if you have an off way to your house, they don't have a "special delivery note" area on their site yet (I've submitted the suggestion), so you may wanna call and have them add a note for the delivery guy. All of them that have come here have been super friendly too!! I don't find that ANYwhere on a consistent basis in today's world so when I do find them, I'll keep getting food from them! Also, you can order online for a later delivery.
