This is exactly what I did this most recent time. I went in and bought an egg mcmuffin maker! It was also on sale! I love just walking around this store and seeing all the different stuff. No matter which Bed Bath you go into the set up is pretty much the same. The location in Gainesville was a little dirty and not very organized. I asked an employee where something was and they walked me to it, but when we got there the employee said, wait this is not what you are looking for and then told me the store is not the best organized. I thought it was interesting hearing that from an employee. But overall we found what I was looking for and it works great! I have used it a ton now! I would recommend this place! Bed Bath is a fun place to go shopping!

Well, today they charged my account $29 again as though I had signed up for monthly shipment protection. Of course reaching customer service to ask them to remove the charge has been a nightmare. Very unhappy customer here!

Haile Kitchen and Bath remodeled a bathroom for us in 2016. The bathroom turned out beautiful and…read morewe have enjoyed it. Recently, we had a problem in that bath and our first thought was to reach out to HKB to get some direction. We didn't have any expectations since the original work had been done so long ago. I called and was connected directly to Brad, who said that he would contact his subcontractor and get them to come take a look. The subcontractor came out quickly and took care of the problem. They were thorough and professional. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process. HBK did a beautiful job with our bath and they stood behind their work even after all this time! There were all kinds of high-end kitchen wares and bath wares not to mention the top quality cabinet samples, door knobs, tile, and counter-top samples in the back of the store. There was also a fabulous section of the store with the best specialty gifts for pets. They gave me a holiday block party raffle ticket. I came back to the store this evening to take a second look. I wanted to find out if this store was as great as it seemed to be at the block party last night. The owner, Jenn was here this evening and she was so kind and welcoming. She remembered me from the party. Me and Jenn shared pleasantries then I asked if her store carried reusable straws because those cardboard straws are not working out for me. Jenn had just what I was looking for and much more. I bought three sets; I'm going to keep a set and give the other two as Christmas gifts. As I write this review it's apparent that I need to go back to Jenn to buy several more sets.

The bathroom looks amazing, they kept me informed on when and what time they would be arriving. The communication was great! She also made a few suggestions as well. We took samples home and pondered them. The tiles I had wanted seemed they might be too busy for our small bathroom/shower, so back we went to the store a week later. We worked with Patti again and she listened to my thoughts on the busyness of the patterns , and very quickly she pointed us to the perfect tiles. Patti was so helpful in this process, which with so many choices can be overwhelming. Floor and Decor always has such a great selection, and is our go-to for whichever property we are working on, but as busy rental property owners, it's really nice to have someone make the decision making quick and easy. We highly recommend Floor and Decor, their fair pricing, quality tile, helpful staff and especially Patti, who was superb!

As we repair one thing, another opportunity/ disaster presents itself. Hubs was able to repair most of the beautiful hardwood floors that were ruined by previous owners but half of our home needed new flooring. Since we live in Ocala, we decided to use Floor & Decor as the option and chose to order online & delivery our first experience. We need countertops for our new kitchen so I suggested to hubs to travel up to the store so we can shop in person and browse options. We also want to weight out price options between different stores. We arrived in the early evening and it was not busy. As soon as we were about to enter the store, we were greeted very enthusiastically by an employee. It was so nice and welcoming. This store is massive! We decided to walk around the entire store since it was our first time here. I was surprised of the imbalance of product genres. Eventually, we located where the countertops were and it was the smallest section of this warehouse size store. Once we located the countertop section, we found very limited options but decided to pull samples together. There are areas where you can put samples together and see how everything looks. After we did that, we decided to leave. Upon walking out, an employee who was working the designing desk offered his card and informed us the services Floor & Decor provides, including someone coming to the home and assisting in ordering, designing, and providing estimates. We were also greeted on the way out of the store. The employees were really nice.
