They get new shipments every two weeks so this place is worth checking out regularly.

BUYER BEWARE. We began remodeling our home in San Marco in April 2025 and our contractor…read morerecommended Ferguson for the appliances. We met at the Ferguson showroom and it was a pleasant experience. The total bill came to $35,045, so not an insignificant amount of money. Later, our contractor walked off the job, leaving it unfinished. By this time the appliances had been installed except for the hood vent. "We'll be back to do this," said the install team. Now Ferguson refuses to schedule or install the hood insert because the builder's name is on the paperwork, not mine (our address is too, of course, but that's not relevant to them, apparently). The invoices were paid in full - including the installation charge for the hood vent yet they still refuse. I escalated and spoke with the floor manager, Leah. She was even less sympathetic and helpful than the first person I spoke with. Leah acknowledged that the builder wasn't present when we made selections and that this is essentially just a paperwork / computer problem. In spite of that, they are intransigent. We paid $300 for the installation. It is not a significant sum but it's wrong on principle. They are simply the worst when it comes to actually solving problems.

BBB "F" rating says everything you need to know about Shawn Breeden and All American Electrical of…read moreNorth Florida Inc. Had the misfortune of having them subcontracted for our electrical work by Jax Pro Construction. No project management by either of them, showed up for a few hours here and there with a different crew each time and took weeks to complete. At the end of the project they presented me with a massive bill - more than 4x what our electrical contingency was with no coherent explanation. Mr. Breeden then showed up at my house uninvited and immediately started threatening a lien filing. My sense is that this is the standard routine for this company given all of the amateur legal letters and certified mail that I received. Endured a hassle with an illegal lien filing and am now free of the issue but want to strongly warn others - avoid Mr. Breeden and his partner Yossi Kaslasi at Jax Pro Construction. There are good, honest and ethical contractors out there. Check BBB, Yelp and others - both for your general contractor and their key subcontractors. Someone was doing a routine termite check under my house and alerted me to something being very wrong with plumbing connected to new bathroom. It was a quick unprofessional job that would never have passed a proper inspection. It also did not have necessary protection from toxic sewer fumes that could enter through shower drain. I called my plumber who took pictures and confirmed the work was completely unacceptable and even dangerous. Called ReBath who said they would send someone to correct work but I insisted I use my own trusted plumber. After some back and forth with ReBath, they agreed to reimburse me for corrective work. I still need to contact them to fine tune some of interior work but continue to put that off because I am uncomfortable having them back in my home.
