When I called, they sent someone out, but it took from October 2025 to January 2026 to get this all corrected, they left holes in the walls where they replaced the shoddy box! ..... I requested 1/2 of the $10,000 back, and was told they could only give me 10%.....I will see them in court, and I will be going after their license even code enforcement has a case open against them....STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHODDY COMPANY AND ITS MANAGER......

Six months later I started getting overheating errors at the plug and charging automatically drops voltage for protection. After a few times of this happening I decided to look at the plug to see if there were loose connections at the plug. The connections seemed to be not tight enough so I tightened them a bit more (I understand that they should be torqued so I didn't over tighten the connections). This seemed to have worked until it started to happen again seven months later. Decided to replace outlet with one recommended for EV charging and when I compared both plugs there was a huge difference in size. The one I ordered was industrial grade and was even marked for EV charging. Now they knew this job was for an EV charger and I don't understand why they installed a regular kitchen range NEMA 14-50, those cannot handle the duty cycle demanded by EVs. Perhaps they were not experienced enough on EV chargers. Needless to say, it now works fine and safely with the new plug.

We were traveling across country in our motor home when we discovered it was leaking fuel. We have…read morea Cummins 330 hp motor that is accessed from inside the rear bedroom as well as outside thru the back engine compartment. We arrived near noon and were told they would be with us as soon as possible. Around 2:00 Will Gunsaulus got with us and diagnosed the problem as loose fuel lines - difficult to reach. He had us in the shop, lines tightened and out before the work day was done. We spent the night at the facility where they have water and electric shore power. The next morning Will checked an engine warning light; he diagnosed a speed sensor that has a break in the line at no charge. We had had an oil leak repaired in Texas - a main seal replaced. It had thrown oil everywhere in the engine compartment & was a mess. Will managed to tighten the fuel lines without leaving one smudge of grease/oil or dirt on any surface although he was covered in it by the time he finished. He removed his shoes to enter the RV and placed papers and plastic covers on the carpets. We highly recommend Will Gunsaulus and Cummins Inc in Jacksonville, FL! Based on no follow through of something basic as a phone call, I went against my gut instinct and decided to give them one more chance. They gave me a one hour window of 2pm-3pm on Thursday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. The apologies sounded insincere as if it was something she was repeating all day long to people.
