I made what I thought was a warranty call and had the company come back out to inspect. They took the outlet apart and reconnected the wires. They then told me I had to pay $150 for what took them 15 minutes to fix. I said that it should be covered under their warrant but they refused saying it was something related to the landscape lighting. After I complained to the owner, they offered to lower the invoice to $95. Luckily I haven't had an issue since they came back out, but paying almost $400 for one outlet installed and then another $95 for what should have been covered by their warranty is a big disappointment. I wouldn't recommend using them.

We hired this company to pull electricity from the street To a building. It started off great and…read morethey finished the job quickly. The issue came when they pulled the power to the wrong side of the property! It was partially our fault as we showed them the post where we thought it should have be but at the same time, they have been in communication with JEA and even asked the question where the pole was going to be. JEA replied back with a map of the location of the pole. We told them that since it was everyone's fault, we are willing to pay the difference should it have done correctly. They said "no" as it's not their job to coordinate with JEA and only do what they are instructed by us! I verified with other companies that it is industry standard to do coordination with not only JEA but also, county inspectors. We argued and but they held us hostage because they stopped the job until we agreed to pay for everything and we had no electricity until the job was done. We ended up paying an extra $2800 for the job to a total of $15k. I gave it 1.5 stars because it was smooth at the beginning; however, I do not recommend this company because they do not take ownership of mistakes!

Head electrician came out for the free quote, explained what would probably need to be done and recommended replacing the main breaker box and he showed me proof of why. My old box was a Federal Pacific box that causes fires and my box was additionally wired wrong and illegally by previous owners of my home. We agreed on a price and he threw in installation of a new timer switch for my pool which had broken but I had not yet installed. His team arrived early in the morning as agreed and started work. To my surprise, Ken called me the next day, Friday, much to my surprise, it was the week of the car show in Fernandina Beach, with detours and lots of traffic! My insurance company wanted me to change my electrical panel to keep my insurance. Ken looked at it and said ut was the Cadillac of power panels and if he replaced it, it would be like putting a Yugo in it's place. He wrote a letter to my insurance company stating that. They still wanted to cancel me so I ended up going with a different insurance co. Ken could have taken advantage of the situation but he didn't!
