We scheduled a much needed window cleaning and screen replacement throughout our house and JOSH showed up promptly at 1 PM as scheduled. He's a one-man show and at first I was hesitant because I knew how bad our windows have gotten and thought maybe he would need more help but I was totally wrong. Our home hasn't had a professional window cleaning during the 11 years we've owned it, largely due to its height and issues involving outside access to upper floor windows. Josh is flat out amazing, as my immediate need for high-end, high-level, high-expertise pressure washing expert was urgent. When I scanned through a few different Yelp Review it was easy to decide to dial Shine Diego Services ... boy am I glad I did as we connected with the BEST! It gets better with Josh as the services I needed completed as fast as possible was cleaning up eggs which were thrown at a neighbors house (eggs on stucco are a bad combination and I am leaving out the details of why eggs were thrown at the houses ... bad choice). Josh listened to my situation, he seemed to understand the person I was trying to deal with (bottom line anyone would be very upset if eggs were thrown at their house). Josh explained to me the unique ways to prepare the egg stained areas and the pressure washing techniques he utilizes. He made no promises as to what level of success he will have, however explained this is best method. He was at the home of my neighbor that morning, my neighbor is absolutely being unreasonable with the demands he is request from the parents of all the kids involved, and a professional pressure washing expert is what I highly recommended as step 1 which our neighbor agreed. Josh showed up, he spent a fair amount of time explaining his strategy to attempting to clean the egg stains off, and my neighbor realized we had found the BEST caring person for the job granting Josh the permission to work on his home. A few hours later Josh sent me a follow up text with the best sentences ever ... "______ is very happy with the results." WOW WOW WOW!!! My day ended yesterday meeting with my neighbor to Survey the clean-up results which he then raced multiple times about Josh even saying "he worked so hard and was very detailed on each egg stain preparing it with a pre-clean first." It gets better as Josh's professional, caring approach, to our extremely upset neighbor, has allowed us to make so much progress in putting behind us this poor decision of throwing eggs at his home.
