I chose them because the services they offer were exactly what I needed, and my initial meeting with the owner was very positive. I did not find her to be unprofessional at all.
If I could give them 6 stars, I would. After my mother passed away, my stepfather moved into an independent living community, and once he had moved, the task of figuring out what to do with the rest of the "stuff" accumulated over a lifetime was overwhelming.
