My poor neighbor lady. I saw her standing in her parking area looking astounded. I had to ask... Apparently this business has a representative that chewed her out in front of her kids about having too many pets or some garbage. Very unprofessional. Also, this tenant is the best one in that building. The lady in the front is one of the worst humans on the planet. Total radical political gun waving nut job. She's the worst! Anyhow... if someone talked to my family in this manner my wife would've served her lunch through a fist. These are good cool people and no one deserves that, especially her kids. Lying, thieving, crooks. the made me sign under threat, duress and coercion and then put me into a condo that does not accept pets. although they found me a house to lease , the realtor signed lease agreement as if they owned the property. Only to find out the house was owned by someone in California that tried to extort more money from me after she took a 25K deposit from another buyer, who subsequently sued for money back because it was advertised not as described. Got served by buyer the other day, after being in house for 6 months, the house is up for auction. The Pepin realtor stopped taking lease payments in the middle of the lease agreement because they knew they broke the law. CAVET EMPTOR. read more
