I had already been through the process with my first home purchase so I was already familiar with the timeline and process of buying a home. Where Kathleen and Bonnie stepped up was hooking me up with local people for getting the loan as well as home inspections, etc. Though we were looking out of their normal area, Kathleen's natural ability to network got me the help I needed. While looking at houses Kathleen's knowledge of construction and her own experience with renovating helped me understand what may be major problems with a home or what would be easy to deal with. I didn't realize how efficient the home buying process could be before working with Seide Realty. I closed on my new home in about a month, even with some issues that had to be dealt with during the process. I highly recommend Seide Realty!"

She provided excellent advice, which we followed, and we are so happy with the results! Thu answered all our questions with patience, kindness, and humor and efficiently guided us through what could have been a very stressful time. She did an amazing job during negotiations, procuring multiple offers over our asking price, and even obtaining a backup offer so that we felt reassured and secure throughout the entire sales process. Thank you Thu and Rabell Realty Group!

She was initially very responsive and replied both by email and phone (left a message while I was on the road), expressing a willingness to work with me and asking if I had found any properties in the area that I was interested in seeing. I replied by email that I had found a few that I wanted to see, said I was sorry I had missed her call, and asked when would be a good time to call back. And then... nothing. I never heard from her again. I called her back the next day, and left a message, but received no further replies by phone or email. The unprofessionalism was striking. I would actually have preferred no response at all to my initial email. As it was, I thought that I had found a realtor, and essentially wasted a day waiting for a call back that never came, time that I could have used to find another realtor. Why Meg could not have simply sent an email saying, "sorry, but I'm not accepting new clients at this time" is hard to understand.

I unexpectedly had to move and with less than 1 month notice I reached out to Tanya and she came by to inspect my home and didn't exactly walk into a turn key ready home. She suggested a few repairs, got me a range for how much the property can reasonably rent for and as soon as all the agreements were signed, with the help of Tianna, they had vendors getting her estimates and getting started on repairs. Once the repairs were done and my home was put on the market it rented SOOOO quickly! I expected weeks to maybe a month but within days we had a lease signed. As a first time landlord what I appreciated most was the open communication and transparency I got every step of the way. Tianna and Tanya are both very professional and their experience shows.
